If you book with last minute and receive an email from the charlatans saying your trip has been scrapped due to the airline cancelling your flight, do yourselves a favour and check with the airline that this is true before asking for a refund. Lastminute outright lied to me and said the airlines cancelled my flights and urged me to request a refund as a result; instead I boarded my flights as, unlike lastminute, they aren't actually a bunch of nasty, conniving little thieves

To this outfit itself I say: do you get the plot? Is there not a shred of decency or humanity about you? I am less angry than sad about the way you have treated me. Because, do you realise, ultimately what you put out is what comes back to you?

My flight was canceled due to COVID. Lastminute promised to issue a refund. For 1,5 months the refund has been in "processing" status and no money sent to my account. The support of Lasminute.com only repeats "we are processing your request, you will receive your refund as soon as possible". This is literally it. Not saying anything else. No money, no information about the current status of the refund, no estimations on the refund.

Our flight to Palma was cancelled by BA 7 weeks before the date due but we were never told by anyone at last minute that the flight was cancelled. Since then 3 1/2 months ago we have still not had our money back despite emails, phone calls etc. this is disgraceful and nobody deserves to be treated this way as paying customers! We will never use this company again and the public should boycott the company. The company have made it so difficult to contact them and do not acknowledge our emails and calls. So dissatisfied

This is such a rubbish company. People should definitely avoid them. Been trying to get a refund for over 1 year now and they just use different reasons to delay it. Will never ever choose them again. If there are zero star, i will go for it.

I would give this pathetic company -5 stars if it were possible!! My flight bookings were refunded to them by Jet2 at the end of July (and I have proof of this). Despite at least 15 phone calls and emails to their useless Customer Services I am still being told I have to wait. I’m sure they are so stupid that they cannot deviate from their script and so I’m told exactly the same thing every time I call! They have my money and are holding on to it...that is the bottom line and it is, at the very least, dishonest. I will be taking this further.😡

If i could give 0 stars i would! Absolutely rubbish customer service! Dont book with them! My advice is Book direct with the airline and hotel! As an agency during covid they have been rude and extremely unhelpful. We booked to go to Abu dabi in October half term (we made the booking in February before covid). Abu dabi were not allowing tourists to enter the country during October 2020 due to covid restrictions. The flight company policy was to refund us but as we booked through last minute we had to request the refund through them. YES WE HAD TO REQUEST THE REFUND! They were happy to just keep our money. Finally after 2 months of complaint, calling, and emailing them we have finally received confirmation that we can have a refund but not in full!! No!! Lastminute kept their cut!! Im disgusted and appalled by their customer service team who all but laughed at loud at our situation, and wouldn't put me through to the person who was actually dealing with our request to cancel! One guy even lied about not know who was dealing with it, and then let it slip later in the conversation that he did know!! I will never ever book with them again!!

The most horrible service and customer service! Bought a ticket on a Sunday afternoon tried to cancel it on next day on Monday morning the booking was not confirmed by LastMinute.com the agent on the phone said I couldn’t cancel it because the booking was not yet confirmed by them and I asked twice how long would I have to cancel it once confirmed by them, the agent said 72h. Booking was confirmed on the same afternoon tried to cancel on evening online on my bookings, received message it was not possible because my flight was within 24h which was not true, since my flight was within 3 weeks and when I called on next day (Tuesday) because they don’t provide a customer service on the phone for the evening period, they said it was not possible to cancel it anymore and receive a refund. I open the claim saying that their agent said the 72h and that I have tried to cancel it twice on Monday and was not possible because first the booking was not confirmed by them and online gave this wrong message. Claim is open from more than 3 weeks and I never received a return from them. I always speak on the phone with agents who cannot provide me with any correct information nor any update about my claim! Terrible service and misleading company!! Never again!

We could not go on holiday due to covid 19 but last minute.com didn't want to help instead want us to loose 80% by cancelling. Staff on the phone were not helpful at all. Will never use these again terrible company and terrible staff.

GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!! ABSOLUTELY CATASTROPHIC service. I have not addressed such disastrous service till date. I Have booked a journey to Poland and it got cancelled by airline. Its been 5 months, No one from lastminute contacted me for refund or reschedule. To get refund/reschedule flight when I AM trying to call the customer service since 5 months, no one replies.!!! The contact number given in the invoice does not work nor does the contact number that google shows work. Why should I waste my time and money for the problem that is caused by lastminute ???!! Waste of money, waste of time and hell lot of frustration. It wonders me how some people make living out of frustration of innocents. This is so not done Lastminute!!

Contact Lastminute.com to book package holiday to Dubai but was lied to by the telesales guy was sold holiday to Sharjah.He lied to us that Sharjah was 10 minutes journey to Dubai when it was in fact about 20-30minutes depanding on time of the day.He also sold us a 2-3 star hotel and told us it was 5 star.I will never recommend Lastminute to any one.

LM DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! They are absolute liars, don’t ever ever ever eveeeerrr book with LM trust me! I booked a holiday to Sweden for my parents, auntie&uncle and I paid for the flights & hotel & car reservation. When I was booking the hotel, I refinded my search to 4 adults and 2 rooms, when I received the holiday booking confirmation the booking stated that the hotel is for 4 adults and 1 room, wth? I called LM straight away and I spoke to them about this and asked them if they can change the rooms to 4 adults 2 rooms as thats what I booked and they said no you need to pay a fee to change it. I said no and told them that I want to cancel my hotel reservation as it’s all incorrect and I asked them if its free to cancel they said yes it is. I also had to cancel the car reservation because after I booked it the email confirmation stated that the car has no insurance, they are really misleading and the website should have stated that there is no insurance. Anyways I asked the person who I was speaking to at LM (I don’t remember his name but he said he was Albanian) to cancel my hotel and car reservation because it was all wrong and he said fine we will give you a full refund minus the flight. The cost of the hotel & car for 4 people + the flight is £1156.12. We received an email from LM saying that they will only refund us £849.18. BEAR IN MIND when I booked the holiday the website clearly stated that hotel & car bookings can be cancelled without no charge - even the person who I spoke to said this and he was the one who cancelled it for me!! What I want to know is where the F is the rest of my money?! The whole holiday included flights cost me £1156.12 and the flights only cost me £130 for 4 people. £1156.12 - £130(flight) = £1026.12 which is what LM own me, I don’t know where £849.18 came from. I am absolutely fuming! I have sent an email to LM and I also stated that I will be taking further action if I do not receive my refund back as I was promised by the person I spoke to at LM & by the website. LM is actually the worse company ever, I book holidays every year with other companies and I have never in my life ever experienced this EVER. Honestly please do not make the same mistake as I did and waste your money on booking a holiday at LM. This is absolutely terrible I cannot believe an agency like last minute has the audacity to steal their customers money, this is totally unacceptable!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I booked with them for a TUI flight £501, which got cancelled, this was booked in August. 3 months later no refund, they have blamed the airline. SAME airline TUI refunded me £2500 yesterday for a flight which they had to cancel which was due to fly end of this month. No way to contact lastminute.com. about my refund I've been waiting for, it's been over 3 months now.

Trashy scam company. Booked a ticket before covid for £120. Flight got cancelled. They held the money for 8 months. I had the option to get my cash back this week which was £110 out of £120 which I selected. Out of the £110 that I was supposed to get, I'm only getting £58 back. So not only did they hold my money for 8 months, they also scammed me out of £62. No way to contact them as they hid the number and chat option. Avoid this trash company

Absolute scum bags Absolute scum bags! I picked the option for free cancellation which obviously charges more! And it does not say anywhere on the website that I will have to pay more money out of my pocket to cancel booking! They refusing to give my £300 back on top they asking me to pay £100 more to cancel my booking! WTH! I want my money back I’m not paying single penny extra this company is a scam!

Do not use this company at any cost. They do not return money on cancelled flights, blaming the airlines, in fact the airline in question in this case has a 6 week turn around for refunds, whereas we have still to receive our money from Lastminute.com 5 months after the flight was cancelled. It is bordering on fraud.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Absolute disgraceful booked accommodation through lastminute and couldnt go. The owners of accommodation refunded my money back to lastminute.com nearly 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to refund it back to me. And judging by the reviews I'm not likely to recieve for quite a while if at all!!!!. I have phoned them numerous times and all I get is you'll just have to wait!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. Now I'm having to go through my bank to try and get it back. We will never use again. I wish I had reviewed this company before I used them lesson learned. EVEN IF THIS IS THE CHEAPEST DO NOT USE NOT WORTH ALL THE STRESS AND HASSLE.
