I booked a flight with Bravofly and I opted for a cancellation policy. I received an email from Lastminute.com who were handling the fullyflex cancellation policy. The instructions were simple and clear (and too good to be true): 1. Email us with your booking ID indicating you want to cancel 2. indicate if you are an individual 3. an email will be sent to you within hours with a voucher code for 90% of the fare. I end up cancelling before my flight. I hear nothing. I email again reiterating that I haven't heard from them. It turns out that instead of this being the straight forward process that I was promised that the company has added a layer of communication asking me to reconfirm if I want to cancel. This had naturally gone into my SPAM box and now they are saying I haven't cancelled the flight so I have lost hundreds of pounds not to mention the insult of paying for the insurance policy. This is just unethical and it's playing with people's lives. But to add insult to injury, this is the email response I received, which looks like it was written by a 12 year old in haste which does not exactly install much faith in this company's customer service. The email is displayed as sent: Hi Helen Thank you for contacting us we check with your request in the previous mail we repeated asking you for reconfirming the request. but unfortunately, we received your mail after the flight already departed. from now we are unable take any action on your request to cancell with insurance we are very sorry about your cause we kindly advice yo to contact airline for the further procedure Thank you Kind regards, Customer Care Team

Sorry, I don't find less than 1 star so have 1 star. Booked a ticket through lastminute.com and the Total fee is shown on the final payment screen and the deducted amount in my account is different. When inquired they are giving the explanation that there is an Agency charge (Around 35 Euro's). It's completely not acceptable. Careful before choosing this site for flight bookings. Thanks for your lessons and hereafter will choose the flight service provided website only.

Booked flights, asked to change time and dates - was told the new times and dates are not available yet I looked on Ryanair and I could see them, I had to book new flights direct, lost over £450 on flights then was charged £111 for the canceled booking. will never book with them again. Avoid like corona,

Just read the other reviews and they're trying to scam everyone in the same way! They have cancelled our flights, said 'Ryanair cancelled the flight' which is a complete lie, then their customer services is none existent

Our flights got cancelled via email on the 1st of March, we asked for an alternative flight because all of the prices had gone up since our original booking. We're now 10 days from our original date for flying and still no flight. We call every day and we get, we'll send you an email today. And nothing. They're a third part seller so there isn't much they can do but still, maybe call if a flight gets cancelled. Don't just send an email.

This is what is written on the right side: "A worldwide leader in the travel and experience industry since 1998". I dont know what kind of leader they are but they are far from being a leader when it comes to customer care and service. I have been waiting to get reimbursed for 2 years now. When my flight got cancelled just about when Covid became real (March end 2019) they gave me an option to choose from and I acted gullable and I sadly chose to get 10% more in voucher value instead of my money. (though I really wonder had I chosen to get my money back, would have I already). Anyway it has been 2 years they are talking about some complexity and banking on my 322 EUR. I have tried to contact them many times myself and even with a mediator which didnt help. All the deadlines we have given were ignored. And I started writing seriously only after a year or even more actually as I tried to be accomodating and understanding, given the pandemic and this sector being hit one of the hardest. But seeing that they are still operating and selling thousands of tickets daily but my valid request and waiting is being ignored sickens me now.

I have booked a ticket through the Lastminute.com on the website shows 80chf but they charged 97chf.(even charged in euros with extra fees) its took to me 40 minutes contact them. They are the scammed company. Be careful!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! If you have the slightest inkling that you may have to change your flights in anyway do not book with last minute.com! They kept sending us to the airline, when the airline clearly stated that all changes are controlled by the third party booker. This went back and forth for a week, until lastminute.com finally said that they couldn’t do anything for us…. The morning of the flight! So new tickets had to be purchased for £240. I advise you just spend the extra few £/$ you save by going third party on actual airline tickets. As when the 1 in 10 time that you need to make a change comes round, the airline will be happy to oblige. Unlike useless lastminute.com employs, out sourced from a call centre in Timbuktu reading of a sheet!

LastMinutefaredeal.com is a scam, I tried booking a flight on the phone with one of their agent and he gave me a booking number Agency Booking ID: 2203189016, He requested me to email a copy of my govt issued ID and a copy of my payment card which I did, few minutes later I got a email from them that they were not able to verify my card and that the transaction did not go through. I was surprised next day when i discovered my account has been debited for $1078, I immediately call the company who initially denied charging my card but after making repeated calls to them and my bank LastMinutefaredeal.com accepted they did charged my account but that they have refunded the money back......It is over a month now and I am yet to get my refund back from this fraudulent company. I just filed a claim with my bank and I am still waiting for my bank's response

atrocious customer service. its very obvious that nobody cares in the business, which is a shame and they only care about money, which is typical of corporates nowadays. they have lied to me blatantly on the phone regarding a booking as i confirmed something else with the actual hotel. i decided to record calls which has now caught them out. i have vowed never to use this company every again and i'll be very surprised this company lasts another few years as their reviews speak for itself as they only get 1 star, which is obviously disgraceful and the managers and owners and clearly not bothered

Absolute garbage. Changing flight dates online doesn't work but "we're working on fixing it". Three weeks later it still doesn't work. There's no chat with any support staff unless you call them first and request a chat URL. And even after you request something so trivial like adding luggage it takes them more than 4 days to do it. We were supposed to receive a response regarding flight dates changes up to 4 days pass our chat communication. 2,5 weeks later nobody had contacted us and today a guy on the chat told us it's us who should cancel this request as it might be still in progress. We wanted to change our flight date from the 25th of March to the 12th of March, and today is 16th. Ridiculous! 😄 Avoid this company at any cost...

Zero star! NEVER book with them either independently nor via Booking! be careful, as Booking takes you directly to lastminute.com as my experience. They took the whole amount first, if you want to change anything, each enquiry cost money to them and commission to the enquired airline or hotel, why commission to them by asking for changes? Money sucker, and they will be bankrupted very soon, greedy and have NO credibility in business. simply AWFUL!

I don't rate Lastminute.com at all. There should be an option to give 0 stars. They are a scam outfit. 3 days ago I booked flights and hotel for 2 to Majorca. Before completing the booking I scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the page for t&c on cancelling, as I would need to get a visa for my wife to travel and I wanted to book and cancel if I had to. The cancellation terms clearly stated that I could cancel for free up until 3 days before travelling without charges and receive a full refund. No mention of losing any money. Unfortunately my wife couldn't get a visa appointment in time so I had to cancel the holiday, this was just the following day after making the booking. My refund options came through and were all substantially less than the full price. When I called I was informed that the flight wasn't refundable. That this was a low cost flight and I should contact the airline. I explained my contract was with Lastminute.com not the airline but the guy was like a robot reading his script. He said I could make a claim in my account in the help section, but there is no such option. They are not prepared to move an inch and refuse to pass the issue onto anyone else. It is a scam. I don't even know how this is legal. I still have to see how or if there's someway of getting a full refund. A warning too...I have used Booking.com often in the past and a booking through them can end up on Lastminute.com. Don't use them.. I'm sure in the future they'll be made to settle these claims. Also, the 3 refund options I was sent were for 3 different amounts. How can that be possible. A refund is a refund. How can they give a higher refund without a charge for a voucher and a cash refund with a £70 charge and the lowest amount....Scam

Never booked with these scammers Never booked with these scammers, though they commit to refund my money I lost 249.16€ from my hard earned money which I fought to be refunded. Luckily I contacted my bank for charge back dispute from this company which it took a month before getting a response from them and they have given me options how to refund my money which is all for their advantages. First option is voucher that you can only use to their website then 2nd credit that you can only use as well to their website and the last is the refund by the airline which they deducted the 249.16€ that according to them not included in the ticket for I have bought it separately from their website as flexible insurance for their services which never been used because the airline itself cancelled the flight so I lost big amount from 3131.90€ that I’ve paid for them they only commit to pay me back 2,882.74€. So never ever deal with these scammers please. I learned my lesson in the hardest way. I should have read some reviews first before booking to them so I hope nobody will be fooled again by their cheap flights. Yes they have the cheapest flight if you go to skyscanner website but the trouble that they will cost you it’s not worth the price so please be warned!!!

WAY TO GET MONEY BACK FROM LASTMINUTE.COM MIGHT BE HELPFUL FOR OTHER PEOPLE! KEEP READING: so I booked with last minute.com a couple of weeks ago and got free cancellation with my holiday and I paid for half of the holiday up front which was €664 and I cancelled it the next day not thinking there would be an issue with the refund. However, a week later lastminute.com tried to rob over €100 out of my bank account which my bank blocked and shortly after I get an email from lastminute.com saying they had been trying to contact me “several times” which was just a lie and said I owe over €800 of a cancellation fee and if I do not pay in 10 days they’ll be bringing me to court which is laughable. Anyways I tried to contact them which of course was impossible. However, my bank had contacted them and I explained what happened and they said I could get my money back through a CHARGEBACK which I just had to fill out a dispute form for with proof I’d be trying to contact lastminute.com which I did. Please ring your banks and mention the word CHARGEBACK they will be able to help you be it a refund you didn’t get or a service you paid for that you didn’t get. They can put it on your bank statement as a charge back!! Now I’m not sure if every bank is the same but this was the case for me it’s worth a try!

Terrible customer support, I paid for the flex fare (which inc the below, should I need to change my flight. When I had to change my flight, there's a message stating it will take 7 days) no idea if business days or not, it's been 8 days and it's still not solved.. . Called customer support and they just repeat that someone is looking into. How does this take so many days? This is a business class flight which should also give customers some additional perks and a speedy process but it turns out it doesn't. NEVER AGAIN with lastminute.com The chance to change the date & time of your flight, without penalty fees The ability to make changes to your booking without handling fees Priority assistance
