LastMinutefaredeal.com is a scam, I tried booking a flight on the phone with one of their agent and he gave me a booking number Agency Booking ID: 2203189016, He requested me to email a copy of my govt issued ID and a copy of my payment card which I did, few minutes later I got a email from them that they were not able to verify my card and that the transaction did not go through. I was surprised next day when i discovered my account has been debited for $1078, I immediately call the company who initially denied charging my card but after making repeated calls to them and my bank LastMinutefaredeal.com accepted they did charged my account but that they have refunded the money back......It is over a month now and I am yet to get my refund back from this fraudulent company. I just filed a claim with my bank and I am still waiting for my bank's response

Would have given less if possible. Charge more than shown amount and not honest reliable company. Stay away.

atrocious customer service. its very obvious that nobody cares in the business, which is a shame and they only care about money, which is typical of corporates nowadays. they have lied to me blatantly on the phone regarding a booking as i confirmed something else with the actual hotel. i decided to record calls which has now caught them out. i have vowed never to use this company every again and i'll be very surprised this company lasts another few years as their reviews speak for itself as they only get 1 star, which is obviously disgraceful and the managers and owners and clearly not bothered

Absolute garbage. Changing flight dates online doesn't work but "we're working on fixing it". Three weeks later it still doesn't work. There's no chat with any support staff unless you call them first and request a chat URL. And even after you request something so trivial like adding luggage it takes them more than 4 days to do it. We were supposed to receive a response regarding flight dates changes up to 4 days pass our chat communication. 2,5 weeks later nobody had contacted us and today a guy on the chat told us it's us who should cancel this request as it might be still in progress. We wanted to change our flight date from the 25th of March to the 12th of March, and today is 16th. Ridiculous! šŸ˜„ Avoid this company at any cost...

Zero star! NEVER book with them either independently nor via Booking! be careful, as Booking takes you directly to lastminute.com as my experience. They took the whole amount first, if you want to change anything, each enquiry cost money to them and commission to the enquired airline or hotel, why commission to them by asking for changes? Money sucker, and they will be bankrupted very soon, greedy and have NO credibility in business. simply AWFUL!

I don't rate Lastminute.com at all. There should be an option to give 0 stars. They are a scam outfit. 3 days ago I booked flights and hotel for 2 to Majorca. Before completing the booking I scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the page for t&c on cancelling, as I would need to get a visa for my wife to travel and I wanted to book and cancel if I had to. The cancellation terms clearly stated that I could cancel for free up until 3 days before travelling without charges and receive a full refund. No mention of losing any money. Unfortunately my wife couldn't get a visa appointment in time so I had to cancel the holiday, this was just the following day after making the booking. My refund options came through and were all substantially less than the full price. When I called I was informed that the flight wasn't refundable. That this was a low cost flight and I should contact the airline. I explained my contract was with Lastminute.com not the airline but the guy was like a robot reading his script. He said I could make a claim in my account in the help section, but there is no such option. They are not prepared to move an inch and refuse to pass the issue onto anyone else. It is a scam. I don't even know how this is legal. I still have to see how or if there's someway of getting a full refund. A warning too...I have used Booking.com often in the past and a booking through them can end up on Lastminute.com. Don't use them.. I'm sure in the future they'll be made to settle these claims. Also, the 3 refund options I was sent were for 3 different amounts. How can that be possible. A refund is a refund. How can they give a higher refund without a charge for a voucher and a cash refund with a Ā£70 charge and the lowest amount....Scam

Never booked with these scammers Never booked with these scammers, though they commit to refund my money I lost 249.16ā‚¬ from my hard earned money which I fought to be refunded. Luckily I contacted my bank for charge back dispute from this company which it took a month before getting a response from them and they have given me options how to refund my money which is all for their advantages. First option is voucher that you can only use to their website then 2nd credit that you can only use as well to their website and the last is the refund by the airline which they deducted the 249.16ā‚¬ that according to them not included in the ticket for I have bought it separately from their website as flexible insurance for their services which never been used because the airline itself cancelled the flight so I lost big amount from 3131.90ā‚¬ that Iā€™ve paid for them they only commit to pay me back 2,882.74ā‚¬. So never ever deal with these scammers please. I learned my lesson in the hardest way. I should have read some reviews first before booking to them so I hope nobody will be fooled again by their cheap flights. Yes they have the cheapest flight if you go to skyscanner website but the trouble that they will cost you itā€™s not worth the price so please be warned!!!

One star is too much but there is not option for zero stars. Last minute are an awful company with no support. They kept ā‚¬600 of my money and refuse to return it or deal with my requests to speak to someone

WAY TO GET MONEY BACK FROM LASTMINUTE.COM MIGHT BE HELPFUL FOR OTHER PEOPLE! KEEP READING: so I booked with last minute.com a couple of weeks ago and got free cancellation with my holiday and I paid for half of the holiday up front which was ā‚¬664 and I cancelled it the next day not thinking there would be an issue with the refund. However, a week later lastminute.com tried to rob over ā‚¬100 out of my bank account which my bank blocked and shortly after I get an email from lastminute.com saying they had been trying to contact me ā€œseveral timesā€ which was just a lie and said I owe over ā‚¬800 of a cancellation fee and if I do not pay in 10 days theyā€™ll be bringing me to court which is laughable. Anyways I tried to contact them which of course was impossible. However, my bank had contacted them and I explained what happened and they said I could get my money back through a CHARGEBACK which I just had to fill out a dispute form for with proof Iā€™d be trying to contact lastminute.com which I did. Please ring your banks and mention the word CHARGEBACK they will be able to help you be it a refund you didnā€™t get or a service you paid for that you didnā€™t get. They can put it on your bank statement as a charge back!! Now Iā€™m not sure if every bank is the same but this was the case for me itā€™s worth a try!

Terrible customer support, I paid for the flex fare (which inc the below, should I need to change my flight. When I had to change my flight, there's a message stating it will take 7 days) no idea if business days or not, it's been 8 days and it's still not solved.. . Called customer support and they just repeat that someone is looking into. How does this take so many days? This is a business class flight which should also give customers some additional perks and a speedy process but it turns out it doesn't. NEVER AGAIN with lastminute.com The chance to change the date & time of your flight, without penalty fees The ability to make changes to your booking without handling fees Priority assistance

possibly the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not refund monies for a flight that THEY cancelled during covid. They hide their email addresses. they do not answer correspondence. They have stolen Ā£1000 of my money. They are the worst company in the world to deal with. Do not even think about. Cheap is not cheap when you get nothing except a company whom you trusted STEALING from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IDID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM EXCEPT TO ASK FOR MY MONEY. THEY HAVE NEVER ANSWERED QUERIES ON ANY OCCASION OF WRITING. THEY ARE INCOMMUNICADO UNLESS YOU ARE BOOKING AND THEY CAN THEN STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN 1 STAR. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED NOR WILL THEY. THEY CANCELLED AND THEY STOLE.

I was horrendously let down by lastminute.com. I booked a flight and within three weeks of the scheduled flight, I needed to change the flight date and got in contact with lastminute to change the date of the flight for two days earlier. BEAWARE, once you book tickets through lastminute you are unable to change them or do anything direct with the airline, it all has to go through lastminute and they categorically refuse to answer any booking amendment requests!!! So, with three weeks to go before my flight, which I needed to move by two days earlier, I clicked to amend my booking online. It said someone would get back to me within 7 days. After 7 days nothing. I then called up and spoke with someone who said they had made my booking amendment a priority and they would be in touch within 4 days to confirm whether or not it was possible to change my flight/provide me with alternative options. 4 days went past and nothing so I called up again, same story, I was promised this had been escalated and made a priority and a manager was now looking into this, I was promised I would hear from lastminute within 4 days. 4 days passed. This is now 15 days of waiting for lastminute to respond to my booking amendment request and I now only have 1 week until the flight. I tried calling the airline direct but they said the flight could only be amended by lastminute. I called lastminute again and was promised the same thing, this time with an absolute guarantee I would get a response within 4 days. NOTHING. In the end, as I did not have the luxury to just book a new flight I had to stick to the original flight and it caused all sorts of issues for me which should not have been the case considering lastminute make a big song and dance about how easy it is to amend a booking. Moral of the story, BOOK DIRECT. Because in today's modern world where things can change quite quickly, you absolutely cannot rely on lastminute to offer you any customer support. I'd hate the same thing to happen to anyone else.

I travel a lot and never had such a terrible experience with any travel agency. LastMinute ruined my trip. Do not book with them! After 14 follow-ups and too many international calls I have wasted, all they can answer is "we are sorry and prioritizing your request". Yeah right, they are "prioritizing" my request for two weeks, my flight is in three days, and now that I understand I am not going to get any answers, I cannot also book alternative tickets since prices have gone up by 400%. They ruined my trip and birthday plans.

DON'T BOOK HERE! TERRIBLE! DON'T BOOK HERE! Changed our flights from a 2h direct flight to a 10h trip multiple landovers! The links to "Request an alternative flight" or "Request a refund" sent in a e-mail was non-functioning (probably on purpose). In an attempt to respond within the 48h limit, before they automatically accept the changes on your behalf I tried to contact them the only way possible, customer service, which just hangs up on you. According to European consumer rights law I have to be asked whether I accept the changes: I DO NOT! But the company has purposefully obstructed all means of communicating this. I doubt I am the only one with this problem, and I do seek ways of suing this publicly held company. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could put 0 stars instead of 1 because this was the most horrible experience I have ever had booking a flight. Ruined my holidays and caused a lot of stress for me. Never again am I booking with this site. They were unable to help me at all and would not answer any of my emails. Impossible to get in contact with them to get a refund whatsoever.

I booked a full flex trip. Their LASTMINUTE.COM commitment states a) you'll receive a voucher code worth 90% of your original ticket price within hours b) your refund request will be processed within 24hrs. I cancelled a trip 7 Sept 2020. After numerous requests eventually received less than 70% of what I paid 14+months after cancellation. These folk treat their customers shoddily and it seems like they trade on the very boundaries of legality. As a CFO I would never ever give them any custom, their approach to business is shocking.
