Bought from Leon's. Couch was delivered and we were not living in our house yet. Which is fine but once we moved in two week after delivery two of our sectional pieces had no backing inside the couch. Only reason we discovered this is because we went to move it to vacuum and noticed it was hollow. They won't compensate us because it's not within the return timeframe. So disappointed that our very first purchase as new homeowners ended up being with Leon's. Never again will we purchase from the store in Guelph. Terrible quality control. Very disappointed.

I've purchased the sofa and chair on July 23rd and paid full amount, the sales person Mehdi told us it's gonna take one to two months to deliver, when I asked two months is too late he said don't worry it's gonna be way before that but we say that just incase, okay , when I came home and saw it's said two to four months, my head exploded, so we went back to store and the answer was don't worry it's not gonna take that long , after 5 weeks I tried to track my order and was told it's going to deliver on end of November, and mean time I've gave away my old sofa cause I thought new one is coming , we went back to the store and talked to the store manager Zaw ,and after he checked everything and called so many places, he told me he found one in Victoria and I might get my sofa week after but not the chair and said it's okay as long as I have something to sit on or laying down because I have fibromyalgia and always in pain , was surprised the next day he called and said sorry you are getting your furniture the second week of October and he promised me that's going to be the latest. Oh boy when I received a phone call from the store yesterday that there is more delays and I might get them on October I am so so disappointed and I would like to cancel this order cause by now I've lost so many opportunities to have my family and friends because I don't have furniture šŸ’” and by the time I get if I get them summer is gone and so the friends and family gone back to their home country, and here I am wide no furniture and lost all the good sales opportunities in other stores. So would someone tell me why I can't cancel this order ? The darned thing is not even made yet but they have our money and won't let us to cancel the order, I am so so disappointed and need some answers please. Bad bad bad experience in my whole life ........

Terrible customer service. No care for customers. They don't respond where they are accountable, make false commitments. You just keep on calling them, they put you on hold and don't answer. Bad experience!!

My husband I were eyeing the stampede leather sofa chestnut seen on commercials for sometime. On August 24 at the CNE we saw the Leon’s display in enervate building. We went and sat right firmness , height length and comfort. We loved the bright chestnut colour. My husband watched as they brought in the couch unwrap and he guys left. He thought it was just the day light that made the couch darker. Well it wasn’t daylight it was the cognac sofa they delivered we took photos and sent to Theresa customer care well and Ont. She told us that the couch was under LEF lighting that’s why it’s lighter at the CNE..,we went to Leon’s in north York as it’s closer to us and Camilla saw the photos of the couch we were given and the couch we chose CNE but on display there too. Huge difference… That Theresa and other people at Leon’s are all about not customer satisfifactipn. She gaslighted us and we just don’t want to fight these big company’s that do it all the time to people… be very very careful. A friend told me about her mattress mix up a few months back she ordered a very expensive mattress but got the lesser of the 3 types. It took Leon’s 7 weeks to come and take it back and they charged her for the pick up fee Beee careful everyone. They are hurting and they are duping.

I bought an LG fridge from Leon's in 2020. The delivery men scratched my hardwood floor. They did offer some small compensation. Well 5 years later the fridge doesn't work at all and spoiled all my food and frozen food. Five years! Customer service said I only had a 1 year warranty! Don't buy appliances from here and certainly an LG fridge!

Aug/28th2025( 11:55am) #2- Delivery Review: Once again having talked to Hamsa, the supervisor at Vega Blvd store in Mississauga. Yesterday after Two phone calls I indicated as A senior and physically unable to Unbox( Which was promised by Raj; Henry; Leons & Supervisor Hamza;] Now once again Delivery Person ( I believe name; Biajin) left the Appliance in my small dinning area and said "He has never UNPACKED A DISWASHER & he left! Now tried to Contact Hamza at Leons( 905 288 2780) and Either I get recording or Get CUTOFf. [[ I believe they are using Ai to screen calls and DON'T want to hear for Genuine customer needs as they have MADE the sale! This is Terrible 2nd DAY in a row from Leons n it's Customer service.

We have bought alot from leons. Never had problems except for deliveries. A year ago we bought a dining set. They told us back ordered and would take a month. We'll took 3 months! Then another 2 weeks for delivery. A few weeks ago we bought a livingroom set that they said was in stock. When we went to set up delivery they apologized because it would take 2 weeks to have it delivered. The day before it was to be delivered they called and once again apologized and said it would be another 2 weeks for delivery. They claimed because we are 5 miles out of town on an acreage. They were told that when we were setting up delivery. That is the only complaint I have about leons, all else was good. They really need to improve on their deliveries. It makes me think twice about buying from there.j

I would strongly suggest to refrain from purchasing from this company. I have had the worse customer service experience and worse product I ever purchased in all my years as a consumer. I purchased 2 couches from this location. One being brand new and one "as is" in which the "as is" ended up being a far better product/purchase. Not only do they not inform you that no matter the circumstances the product cannot be returned but better yet the assistance is unobtainable should there be any issues with the received product. I have countless months of emails with no response. I have had 2 calls with head office which assured me a call from the store manager which I have yet to receive to this day! As I am now almost reaching the 3 month mark on this purchase I am being advised that a "hole" which has been now glued is acceptable by manufacturing standard, let me add that the technician even stated it will not hold and will over time enlarge. My other option was to have a patch placed which is on the front of the couch but in a difficult area so could not guarantee nice results. Who wants to purchase a couch and have a "patch" visible on a 2 thousand dollar purchase. The burn mark is also apparently acceptable and what ever it is that been left within the fabric on the back rest. As the the technician its "too big of a job" as he would have be required to remove the entire fabric to locate and remove what ever it is that been left behind in the fabric causing it to be all bumpy. They are "ordering" after 3 months a new entire section of back rest cushions as the cushions wont even zip up as they don't even line up and I am supposed to go pick it up upon arrival. I have also experienced damages to my resident upon delivery. Of course I was the last of the day and as I understand they wanted to complete their day but despite my efforts of informing them how to work around the space and that they needed to take their time as it was a tight fit, they did not listen and rushed causing damages to my baseboards and walls as well as the ceiling. I have attached only some of the images and I can assure you that this is quite upsetting as this condo was just newly renovated. I was informed through the warehouse manager upon speaking with them that the investigation process for the damages would involve them speaking to the delivery team and taking a statement regarding the damages sustained but the worse part is they kindly shared with me that it would require to taken directly out of their pay! Under no circumstances should the drivers be responsible to pay and what chance do any of us have really if this is the case? I do not believe I need to say anymore on this subject. Good luck! To this day there is still nothing being addressed regarding this matter. There is 0 accountability, communication nor resolution with this company just a lot of empty promises if you are not simply ignored. I am a single mother and I can assure you that I am so devastated from this experience. Allow me to save you some grief and do not purchase from this retailer.

I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I bought a bed and was given a delivery time, but after wasting my time waiting, I was told it can’t be delivered as promised. Very unprofessional — respect customers’ time!

We ordered a leather loveseat and 2 matching chairs from Leon's Nov 2024. In March of 2025 they told us we won't receive them until April. In April, we received the loveseat and 1 chair and was told the other chair was coming in September of 2025. Now we are told it won't be here until November 2025. ONE WHOLE YEAR AFTER BEING ORDERED! I contacted the Leon's in Moncton NB and they don't seem to care! Their answer was "Well, maybe some other store took it". I have contacted the Leon's headquarters twice, and still no response from them. I've never in my life have had such poor customer service!! I will not ever, in my entire life, by from Leon's again. I'm also letting everyone know that they are not a good company to buy from!

Worst service for protection plan. Called zucora homes multiple time for stains cleaning. They simply send one solution every time. Make our sofa so bad. They never listens and never send anyone for the repair. Not worth buying.

We were in need of a platform frame , for our king matress. I called and Maria was very, very helpful. Maria told us what we needed, the price and that the frame was in stock. Drove up and picked it up. Sleeping comfortably tonight. This isn't our first purchase at Leons in Barrie. We have always had good experiences with all our purchases in the past. Thank you.

At the time of purchase, the sales rep at Leon’s informed me that if I decided to buy this certain type of warranty that I could have any damaged elements replaced within 5 years. Now, four years later when the cushions are now damaged, and the foam pieces are molding a certain way, I called Leon’s and spoke with their warranty representative who informed me that I do not have this warranty and it only deals with fabric. Wish I knew this at the time of purchase and very disappointed that they lied, and after four years we are already having problems with our sectional.

We purchased a three-seater sofa in July 2025. The sale Rep was pleasant and helpful, the delivery went well and as expected. My question is: Why do Leon's (Ottawa) deal with a Quebec firm to do its fabric protection ? There are plenty of firms within the province of Ontario that would appreciated Leon's business. A Rep from "Magie Seal" (Montreal) was at my house, for a whole 5 minutes, to complete the fabric protection. Here's my thought -- how much protection will that be in the end ?

Bought 2 power recliners. The wife loved hers, but mine aggravated my sciatica. Tried to return but it was refused. Didn't know it could not be returned until after they were bought and paid for

Would not take boxes away from furniture order. No logical or professional explanation given. Sad price to pay for my next 2 orders...Never again. I know know why they have a 2. 2 rating. Low end company. Will keep this in mind if has to be returned. Buyer beware.

I want to take a second to thank our delivery person Nolan who delivered a pair of sofas to my house. There was a small mishap on the front step that he quickly brought to our attention on one sofa. Leon’s thought it best to replace the sofa rather than try to repair the smallest hole in the front. Nolan came back a second time. Both times we found Nolan outstanding. So very professional, kind and courteous. Their care and attention to detail was above and beyond. We were extremely satisfied with their work. We understand things can happen from time to time. We hope to have the pleasure of having them again on my next purchase. ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø
