Refrigerator bought in Feb 2023 has stopped cooling within 3 months. Have been chasing them for a technician visit since a week now and no one has turned up. RNP230518055951

I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment with LG's customer service and the handling of my monitor repair. After sending my monitor in for repair, LG managed to lose it, leaving me without a monitor for an extended period of time. Despite my consistent efforts in chasing their customer service team for a resolution, I have been met with nothing but frustration and empty promises. It is truly disheartening that a reputable company like LG can mishandle a customer's product and then take no responsibility for their actions. I have wasted four weeks of my valuable time trying to resolve this issue, only to find myself still without a monitor or a suitable replacement. As a result of this unacceptable experience, I have decided that I will no longer be purchasing any LG products. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by LG is simply unacceptable. I believe it is necessary to share my experience with others to caution them about the potential frustrations and disappointments they may face when dealing with LG. Furthermore, due to the negligence displayed by LG, I have now taken legal action to reclaim the cost of a replacement monitor. It is unfortunate that I had to resort to such measures, but I firmly believe that LG should be held accountable for their actions. In conclusion, my encounter with LG's customer service has been an utter disappointment. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing LG products due to their poor customer service, lack of responsibility, and disregard for the importance of consumer satisfaction.

Hi, We bought one of your products at Lowe's 3 months ago for are new house it went on the blink error message on the digital part and the fan went out according to the repair man you guys sent we said the part would be here in two days from the time we say him its been two weeks so we tried to contact some at your corporation they said the part would be here May 22nd then other person said June 6th then another person said April 27th which we were already in May not sure if you are aware of all the confusion or miscommunication they are having with the customer back to the fridge we would like a refund as we are NOT happy with the time line to fix it and we need a fridge just for everyday living ,but on trying to get a refund the person keeps saying the portal is down going on 4 days seems like we are the victim here ?

Bought a brand new LG refrigerator online. Had it less than one week and it ruined all of the food in the frig and freezer. The WIFI did not send a notification until 4 days later and this was to notify something was wrong and this was even after we noticed it wasn't working! Called the Home Depot Crawfordsville, IN manager and they would not take it back. Called LG and they would not take it back! Got the run around from both of them. BEWARE - we are stuck with a new frig that doesn't work, can't get anyone to take it back, they insist on repairing it. Why, it's NEW, one week old and LG has had lawsuits regarding their refrigerators (see disclosure before purchasing). Over a week before anyone will even come look at it. Never again! Dr. Hachem

Of all the companies I have ever dealt with, I have never experienced the level of extraordinarily terrible customer support that I have with LG. After four years dealing with this complete lemon of a refrigerator - including visits from multiple service technicians, at least ten live chat sessions (most of which ended with the representative just disappearing), several hours on the phone, several refrigerator/freezer’s worth of food going to waste, and being told today that there are no options available to me other than to continue having technicians come out - I’m soooooo done with LG. There is no chance in hell that I will ever (intentionally) purchase another LG product as long as I live. ----- Note: The refrigerator had great reviews when we bought it. It wasn't until after it had been on the market for about six months that people started having issues.

We bought a dryer from LG. It broke down after 10 months of use and the parts to repair it have been on back order for several weeks. I have wasted several hours on the phone with LG customer service, which has been giving me mixed messages regarding the availability of the parts required to fix the device. LG is unwilling to commit to honoring their warranty if the repairs have to happen after the warranty expires, even though the device broke while under warranty, and the delay in repair is due to their own supply chain delays.

The company always be best if the Service is Ok. Worst Service, because your service Supervisor didn't bother to reply on time or even the Seniors like CCO didn't bother to attend the calls or reply on WhatsApp after querying for my complaint number.

We had a LG washing machine that started to smoke and was about to go on fire, reached out to LG and the customer service is horrendous! Will never buy an LG ever again

I had all LG appliances and had a microwave for 8 years until it stopped working, just 2 years afer purchasing a new one it rusted inside. I sent photos etc and now they inform me after wasting hours on phone calls that rust is not a design fault. I will never buy another LG product as long as I live. I see now why in customer reviews you have the overall rating as terrible.

I am extremely disappointed and disillusioned to see the poor quality of LG ACs. Almost every 2 year, one is being left in a state where there is no option but to buy a new AC. The cost of maintaining LG ACs is becoming exponentially higher that the one-time buy cost itself. The quality of copper coils/tubes is so bad that every season one has to spend huge amounts of money in getting the leekages fixed and gas filled. This scenario has been there with several models of LG ACs. May be this is what is the strategy of LG now, gather more money through repair and AMC by deteriorating the quality of the product. On top of this, even the service centres are not paying any heed to customer requests. More than 24hrs elapsed but no one has turned up despite booking for today. No option left but to shift to a better brand. All may kindly re-evaluate before buying LG ACs. RNP 230413088296 raised for request and also and message sent to CEO using raise to CEO option.

I will never purchase an LG product again. After paying over £2k for a new television, it started experiencing issues after 11months. LG failed to fix the issue, LG failed to offer a suitable replacement, LG failed to stick to a signed agreement for compensation. I would rather throw the tv away and eat the loss then deal with their lying, incompetent UK support.

I bought a new LG washing machine, F4V310WNEH, it was an expensive choice, and was installed by Currys. Within 6 weeks the machine stopped working and they won't replace it, and I have been waiting another 6 weeks now for a repair. It is not ideal in a busy household not having a washing machine, the repair has been marred by them not having the parts and delays along with poor service . Very poor company who don't care about making it right . Suggest you look at another option.

Lg have the worst and least competant customer service of any company going. They even are actually dishonest. 1) refund I am told weekly will be processed within a week or day but it never does happen 2) They told me initially that their own reciept was false when it was real until I tried to contact them again 3) told me my washing machine was going to be delivered the day before and then it was not as was not in stock 4) told on multiple occassions it was comng back in stock within a week but it never did 5) Was told that I was being processed for a refund but when called a week later they had not started the process and were still awaiting restocking of washing machines 6) have called each week for ages trying to get the money back and am always told dishonestly that they will sort same day and call me but they never do

I ordered a microwave from LG Online. I was given a delivery date and was told I would be contacted 1-day before delivery with a time. Never happened. 36-hours later, after the stated delivery day had passed, I called LG (trying to get help online gave me a migraine) and was finally told I could cancel the order -without a penalty- because (well gee) the product had not been delivered. Guess what, nothing was cancelled; instead I received a message saying I had been granted a new delivery date. So still waiting for a microwave I no longer want. This whole experience has been a 'twilight zone' nightmate. Never again!!!!

Appalled by the response for a refund for our compressor replacement. We have ten years warranty on the compressor, and apparently, the PCB board was replaced without our knowledge. LG has no proof apart from a report sent to them and no image evidence to say it was replaced, so they will not refund the money! A joke of a company will never repurchase LG! Pointless writing a review, TBH, as they will never reply or acknowledge it anyway!

I would like to say I bought 2 washing machines and 1 drier spent over 2.5k and they are great - LG shop are a complete nightmare and would benefit with a customer service course. Delivery delayed 3 times the LG shop told me it would take 3 days to speak to their warehouse - UNBELIEVable - the chairman is not interested the LG shop manager in my opinion is arrogant and help must be 10th on his list. They offered me £40.00 ref my bad experience. Will never buy a LG product again and I have a 50k pot for my flats which now will go to Samsung - If you want to buy LG do it through John Lewis who are fantastic and the LG shop manager and LG should take a many many leafs out of their book - Horrendous experience never ever to be repeated for me

It took 2 weeks to have my refrigerator repaired. Then it took 2 weeks for them to give me an offer of $200 for reimbursement of food loss. Told me 3 times a Presidential Liasion would call yet received no calls at all just text messages. LG is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Never again will I buy another LG product!!
