I purchased an LG gas dryer on line, or so I thought. My credit card was charged but apparently my order didn’t go through. I have been on the phone, text messaging speaking to anybody I can think of trying to find out about my order for over an hour. Most of that time was having to spell my name over and over and over again my name is very simple. They want me to wait 48 hours to see if their system will refund my money. In the meantime I’m going to check elsewhere for a dryer. I will not buy recommend or use LG again worst customer service ever.

I bought a new LG refrigerator in November of 2024 & a new Over couple weeks later, only because I wanted matching appliances. The refrigerator ice maker did not work from day 1, called LG and they said they would reach out to a technician. It was a week before anyone reached out to me, & it was via text?? 2 weeks go by not another word, I had his # so I called, no answer, he text back?? We scheduled an appointment and he said he was waiting on the part! What part no one has even been here WTH! Dude shows up a week later with wrong part! imagine that. I called LG asked them to assign another vendor, so we’re starting all over while in the meantime my 2k brand new fridge doesn’t make ice. It took 2 months to get this resolved, LG could care less. During the middle of dealing with this my oven gets delivered, works fine for 3 days then all of sudden the largest eye (electric) only works on high. Called LG again and the rep starts asking g me to check that my pan isn’t to big for the eye and the silly questions get even more ridiculous. I did get a service day scheduled, still waiting, in the meantime another eye started doing the same thing. STAY AWAY FROM LG PRODUCTS. Once both are properly working will be selling and purchasing a different brand. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to deal with, they just don’t care and they are reading from a script.

I purchased an LG split system inverter air conditioner expecting a high-quality and reliable product. Instead, I encountered a serious design flaw – one of the indoor units turns on by itself and starts blowing hot air into the room, even when it is not set to do so. As a result, the room becomes unbearably hot instead of being cooled. I contacted LG customer support, hoping for a solution, but their response was completely unacceptable. Instead of fixing the issue, they suggested that I buy new air conditioners at my own expense! This is absolutely unprofessional and unfair customer service. I expected better quality and support from LG, but I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this product to anyone! If you value your money and peace of mind – stay away!

The LG refrigerator bought in mid-2024 replaced the 2006 fridge (another brand) which stopped working. It's a smaller size as it had to fit built-in space. (Model: LTCS20020W /05.) But there's still plenty of open space on all sides for circulation. So far the biggest issues are with the design & materials. Every time you shut the fridge door the freezer door pops open ever so slightly. This should not be happening. The magnetic seal on freezer needs to be stronger. And the design has the fridge section going all the way to the floor ... no more skirt area like many styles. The freezer is larger and comes down farther into area that used to be where most fridge areas are located. I have to bend down far to get things out of the fridge. I'm only 5'2" tall but have hit my head nunerous times on the wide freezer door when getting things out of the fridge due to this design. They would have been better off putting freezer at the bottom of this smaller-size refrigerstor (model LTCS20020W /05.) The doors including magnetic seal are about 3.5" wide. Unfortunately I did not get to choose the refrigerator or I would have found a different style. Have owned an awesome LG tv but won't get an LG refrigerator again.

Stay away from LG if you are smart. They have the most horrible costumer service ever. Make sure that you arm your self with a lot of calm when you get a hold of them. Imagine that in 2025 they still ask receipts for products that are in warranty!!! I will never in my life buy LG products anymore.

DON’T BOTHER JOINING ANYTHING WITH LG! They don’t take care of their customers who have paid good money for brand new defective appliances. They would rather spend 5x more than the appliance is worth trying to get someone to repair a BRAND NEW APPLIANCE! I have been trying since NOVEMBER to get my BRAND NEW DEFECTIVE MICROWAVE replaced. They have sent repair guys out 4 times and ordered the wrong parts 3 times. The repair guys have scheduled then canceled MULTIPLE TIMES, again today. They were supposed to come today and I just got ANOTHER message that they won’t be here. LG has spent FAR more trying to stick to their “process” (their “President’s Ambassador’s words), than it would have cost to just replace their defective product. Too bad LG’s business model doesn’t include taking care of their defective products. The appliance is so new that they can’t even get the right parts! Not a happy customer. Do not recommend.

After initially depositing $97,000 into my account and growing it to $510,000.00 in a short period, withdrawing the funds turned into an incredibly difficult and frustrating experience. I was devastated by the situation. Fortunately, a friend introduced me to the team at Linda Caro Recovery, who came to my aid with their effective strategies. They guided me through every step of the process, ensuring I recovered every penny that was rightfully mine. Beware of LG Products: A Cautionary Tale I am writing this review as a warning to potential buyers: avoid LG products at all costs. Despite facing multiple lawsuits, LG continues to sell faulty products, prioritising profits over customer satisfaction. Our experience with LG's "Knock Knock" fridge has been a nightmare. Within two months, we needed a service repair, and just over three years later, the compressor collapsed. LG claims a 20-year lifespan for their products, and our fridge even features a 10-year linear compressor warranty. However, when we contacted them, they blamed us for the issue, citing insufficient gap around the fridge. Here are some key facts: We didn't install the fridge; their supplier did. We maintained adequate gap around the fridge, which LG acknowledges. Their marketing materials consistently show fridges with no gaps around them. I have filed a case with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), which is investigating LG once again. Avoid LG and choose Samsung instead

I purchased a refrigerator from HOME DEPOT and in only 1 day of having the refrigerator it messed up! The fridge started making a loud vibrating noise. Home Depot did not want to take responsibility for any issues because warranty was not purchased through them. Smh! The I contacted LG, had to chat with a robot chat for like an hour! Then I was finally able to speak to someone, and for that person to only tell me that someone could come and service the fridge but to keep in mind that I may be charged for the services if it was not a manufactured issue. At this point, I said no thank you. I was not going to pay LG a penny more- when clearly the fridge doesn’t work properly and it was purchased less than 30 days! Never again. This is ridiculous.

I have never encountered customer service as terrible as this! I've been misled, abruptly disconnected, and transferred to incorrect departments multiple times. I've opened cases without any follow-up, escalated issues to "corporate," and still received no response. This entire ordeal began with a refrigerator repair and a flat rate purchase agreement. After 5 or 6 repair visits with incorrect information, I was eventually informed that the unit was beyond repair—only after I expressed my frustration. After the third repair, I was assured that the refrigerator was functioning properly, so I bought groceries. However, after returning from vacation (which coincided with the Thanksgiving holiday), I discovered that all the food had spoiled! The call center representatives are completely incompetent and seem to have no understanding of their departments, simply reading from a script without addressing the actual issues. I have ALL products in my home and have began the process of removing them. I will never purchase another LG product and will go out of my way too make sure everyone I know does the same.

I paid $2000 washer dryer combo until on July, 2022 and less three years I’m paying close to $500 dollars to fix DHE error. I wouldn’t recommend this product. My whirlpool stackable lasted 10 years without issue before it was replaced with nice looking but poor quality machine.

I doubt that LG really cares that their Microwave LMC1575ST is a lemon. It rattles so loudly with use after just a couple of months. We lived with it and then found out it was out of warranty. Our loss. I would not recommend this product. Other reviews also note the rattling of this microwave.

Service is terrible! I ordered a $2200 tv from http://LG.com in November (OLED77C4PUA.AUS), and it was delivered a month late with no way to get updates on my order status. When I ordered the tv, it came with free delivery, and installation including a free wall mount (which never arrived) when I called LG customer support they said they would send me the wall mount, but two days later I received a text saying that I needed to purchase the wall mount, so back to customer support. They claimed I failed to check the box on my order for the wall mount (there was no check box, the service and mount were a promotional bundle) and refused to make things right, so I said I wanted to return the tv, and they had the audacity to tell me I was beyond the 14 day return policy (I’d only had the unit for a few days). Eventually they accepted the return, but this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a purchase!

Worst customer service ever in my life. I called for service for my 7 month old Range because 2burners would go on at the same time when I only turned on one. I called multiple times and finally got to speak to a live person that told me to pull out the range and unplug it to try to reset it myself. What? I want a service person to come I am not going to pull out my range to unplug it. So after calling again multiple times trying to get service I received text messages asking if everything was fixed when I never had an appointment with a Person come to fix it. I called the store and they helped me by called the service department of LG. So after about a month and a half finally got An appointment and the stove was fixed Just by replacing a couple of plugs. I will never ever buy another LG product Ever.

I have to pay a repair service fee for a faulty manufacturing error, not a customer error. When playing a streaming service, the TV will freeze and then say that it is not connected to Wifi. Yet, when I go into the settings, it says that it is not only connected to the Wifi but that the Wifi is connected to the internet. I went on LG's website and followed each "solution" customers have apparently been able to use to fix the problem and it didn't work. Turns out, it is a hardware issue that requires me to have to pay someone to fix my TV. How is it that I have to pay for something that has nothing to do with someone I did, but everything to do with the company. I asked her this question very frustratedly and she then told me it was my fault for having to pay for the repair. I told her I was done talking to her and to hang up so that I could do the customer service review, which the automated robot told me would be there after the call was finished. However, she then put me on hold so I couldn't rate her, so this is my rating. She was absolutely unprofessional and the issue I have still remains unresolved. It is unacceptable for a customer to pay for an issue that is a fault on the company. I hope no one ever buys from this company or be prepared to have to pay for something you didn't contribute to.
