Would give it zero but one star is lowest! I had purchased two injections of Gardasil 9 online one week ago. Straight made an appointment trough the link they sent.Done the prescription with the doctor online too. Based on searching a lot information online and heard a lot friends complaining about how hard they done the vaccine with your branch. I decided to select a store far away from the central which is Walthamstow E17 5RQ.and also I made a phone call to the store to double check my appointment. Tried 9 times finally one of your staff picked up my phone. As expected they don’t have any information about my appointment.She discussed a few minutes with the other colleague then asked if I mind to change the time half hour later at the same day.Of curse I don’t mind at all. It spent me nearly one hour to the shop and the weather is terrible like my mood. I still arrived in the shop half hour earlier. Two staffs working in the store. After the lady knew what I wanted to do today.First thing she checked my appointment in the storage room at the same time she started complaining the lady who made the appointment for me on the phone with the other man who working with her today. She came out without any apologies and asked me to come back the other day. The reason is they don’t have enough staff today. the wonderful words I heard today is she said “This is not your fault “ Excause me,I made the appointment online and phone. I also screenshot my description just in case you have any excuse to reject done the vaccine for me as I heard from my friend. After she knew I came from far away today she asked me to wait after she finished service for the other customers. I tried to ask two times without any exact time how long should I need to wait. After about 10 minutes I am the only customer left in the store.they are still busy with their own business.No body care about me.I stood in the store like a idiot. After we are really unhappy talking and I want to leaving she decided to done it for me.but in this situation I really don’t want to do. The reason is I really don’t want to come back to this store to done my second maybe my third vaccine again. I spent nearly two hours,a few hundred pounds,I done everything by their rules.I got such poor service and it seems I begging them to done this free for me. I really don’t mind to wait half hours more if they can give me the time how long should I need to wait. I really upset about their attitude,and no one say sorry to me about their mistake at all. You don’t have enough staff to work. It’s not my fault. Your colleague made the appointment in the inappropriate time. It’s not my fault. I made this appointment one week ago,you have plenty time to give me a call back to cancel my appointment before I came to the shop but you didn’t. I will cancel the vaccine and request my refund back.And make the new appointment from the boots. I would not use any services from your company again. You will lose more customers if you don’t improve the quality of service of your staffs.

Ordered gift for Xmas online, paid 13th Dec. No delivery for Xmas - can't fault LP(Lloyds Pharmacy)for that as postal strikes. Had e-mail after Xmas to say item had been delivered to selected L P . Went today ( 27 mile round trip) to pick up item.Its not there. Phoned customer services while in the chemist on mobile. Eventually told ,after clarifying with a member of staff, that the item "was lost in transit & now out of stock". Why send me an e- mail to say it's been delivered,when it's not there! . Refund due.. Disappointed

Never have full prescription in stock despite it being a regular monthly order. When i didn't get a text in time and was going to run out of meds, i was told that I will only get a text when prescription is completed and it was my fault for coming in before getting a text!! I ordered 10 days in advance of running out. They still didn't have full amount so I would have been left without anti-seizure meds if I hadn't collected it! Asked them to order extra stock to prevent this happening again. Literally could not get her to understand this concept. This month I had a text, went to collect it- no pharmacist on duty and they owed me 2 items that may or may not be in later today! So why did i get a text?! As a pharmacy technician myself ( temporarily caring full time for disabled relative) I understand that it is a pressurised, stressful job but it can be made much easier by pro-active stock control and good communication skills. Poor, incompetent service month after month is unacceptable.

Online order blaming unprecedented demand and carrier Evri. Cannot cancel order or get refund. Email bounce back as unmonitored and cannot get through to Head office. Do not use them.

I placed an order on 11th Dec and that was due to be delivered before xmas. There was no communication from them on this. When I called them today, I was told that the order has not been sent out from warehouse. The online team can only request the warehouse for the items to be dispatched. When I asked why didn't it post yet so the answer was we are busy and we try our best we can. Now I can see they started refunding the money as they didn't action on it at all. The products could be out of stock so only way to resolve it cancelling the order. Not sure what sort of service is this. People purchase xmas gift and those are not delivered on time

Toftwood pharmacy have just let me down for the 2nd time in 3 weeks for a flu jab. The 1st time 3 weeks ago received an email the day before to say no pharmacist so they would have to cancel. Yesterday I turned up 15 mins before my appointment the door was locked and a note in the door said no pharmacist so closed and to call a number given. I left off work early for this appointment, so unprofessional I dont think they give a dam reading other reviews on various sites. Will not be using again and certainly would not recommend. 0/10

I strongly advise not to order from Lloyds Pharmacy. I placed an order on the 29th of November, and still haven't received it!! Their customer service is non-existent. Having waited for approximately 40 minutes each time I tried to call them I gave up. I have no update/information about where my product is and when it will be despatched and delivered. I have sent them multiple emails. Again, I haven't received any response from them. At this point I wish to cancel my order. However, I am unable to do it! This is unacceptable. I will be making an official complaint to Trading Standards. Order number 2084948

This is the most stupid and annoying experience I have never had for years. I have brought vaccine with Lloydspharmacy. The product I bought is 3 injections. I followed the online booking system, chose the service, selected the nearest pharmacy, but when I arrived there early morning, the pharmacist told me, my prescription is not with the pharmacy. Also, he said I only need 2 injections rather than 3. As he suggested, I have to call online doctor telephone line to request the prescription to be sent to the clinic I have selected, I was waiting more than 10 mins to speak a human being over the phone. Then the lady told me, the pharmacy I have selected is not eligible for the injection. if the pharmacy is not eligible for vaccine, Why is it still appearing on online booking system for the service? I have to rebook my appointment with another clinic, but the earliest available date is in 1 and half month time. I suppose I have no choice, I just want to get my injection done as soon as possible. I try to call the clinic to confirm my prescription has been sent to there, but there is no one answers the phone. if You thought you have paid more than NHS can offer and you would received a better service, then you are wrong. DO NOT use Lloyds pharmacy.

HIGH GREEN HEALTH CENTRE THOMPSON HILL, HIGH GREEN SHEFFIELD S35 4NF I am complaining on behalf of my elderly mother who is 90+ years old and unable to reach your chemist. I have to strongly complain about the incompetence and conduct of this Lloyds chemist. It is no secret that almost all customer are rising their voices on a daily basis due to frustration at this chemist by not being able to pickup their urgent medical prescriptions when it has been previously arranged with the chemist for weeks. This chemist is not contactable by phone virtually all of the time and it is known that they are ignoring the phones as my wife and others have stood in the chemist and phone the number on many occasions to prove they are lying to customers about continuing phone issues, it has been seen that they place the handset on the table and ignore frantic customer who need there prescriptions. This is shocking behaviour, this chemist is not serving its customers urgent needs and it has to be closed down. It is a common an annoying fact that customers are told to carry on returning to this chemist with no certainty that they are going to receive their prescription in full. Indeed my wife has to visit this chemist from several miles away numerous times per month to get our mothers prescription, this just happen in perpetuum and is putting our mothers health at further risk by her urgent medication being continually delayed by this chemist. Also to note is the fact the customer service is virtually NIL, the staff are abrupt and rude with customers. Indeed I have seen a story today on social media that this chemist has banned a customer for daring to make a complaint about the conduct and incompetence they have received there. If this is true what are YOU who are in charge going to do about this?, are you going to sack this terrible staff? It is my campaign and intention to have this chemist closed down by collection all the dissatisfied customer names and contact details and bring this campaign to your door, if you do nothing it will go to the Ombudsman. I will at the earliest opportunity will be asking all visitors to this chemist to sign a petition on a daily basis if they wish to be part of a collective campaign to have the chemist closed down and replaced with a reliable customer focused chemist.

The Lloyds pharmacy staff in Haverfordwest are superb. Having difficulty with prescriptions from my surgery, the staff at this branch cannot be more helpful, supportive, understanding and professional. During a difficult time in my life, I cannot express how very much their helpfulness, cheerfulness and prompt assistance are helping me. Sincerely, THANK YOU for everything.

Lloyds pharmacy are a absoulte joke, first time placing a order for 4x perfumes from them but wish i now had not as the the service is applalling, ive now had to chase several times of as they have failed to provide a update or deliver the items, you just get fobbed off , the local chemeist to where i live and where the items should have been delivered fail to answer the phone calls and terminate with out answering, im now on the phond to head office and guess what? Im in a long que not knowing whdn they will answer, if you want unnecessary frustration then youll get that here wigh lloyds pharmacy, such a negative and terrible service.......

I changed from My Local Tesco in Leyton pharmacy collection to Lloyds online pharmacy as Tesco stopped their text message service to let you know that your medications are ready for collection and Lloyds were sending me emails for me to switch to their delivery services. It is the worst mistake of my life as they got the Prescription from the GP on the 8th of August and only posted to me glimepiride and Tranexamic Acid after two weeks. They keep sending me test messages and emails saying there is a delay for the rest of the items. They sent an email yesterday saying that some of them are in stock now but didn’t say why it was not sent to me. I haven’t taken Metformin for over a week because this good for nothing pharmacy could not deliver it, and I can’t reorder from the GP online because it shows a two months prescription has been sent to Lloyds so it is not possible to order another one before two weeks. It is not even possible to talk to someone on the phone.

I have two messages about my next day delivery which never happened. I have requested a postage refund but nothing happens, I just get ignored. Terrible Customer Service.

Signed up for what seemed a simple service. It never worked for me. Trying to get a necessary medicine as the time ticked down is not good for a 76 year old with ME. I had to leave the service that never worked as they never had one of the medicines and they were uncontactable. I now take my prescription to my surgery and collect from a local chemist and Lloyds has sent my prescription back but they are still pestering me to send for my stuff from them. I think they must have a computer with a mind of its own?

Chasing up an order that was placed on 27th July. As it was a large order it qualified first free next day delivery corded delivery This was to be delivered on 28th July. Not delivered. Not replying to my emails requesting an update & status on when it will be delivered, Have called in twice and you are not answering calls. Both times was placed in a queue and I abandoned calls after 45 mins of waiting. You have taken the payment but not delivered a product.

Seriously this company and its services are getting worse. I use to use our local dispensary but after delayed/missed laid prescription I went over to on-line when it was echo. Since LloydsDirect took over prescriptions are not being shipped in time, no one is responding to on-line chats, phone just keeps ringing and after an hour you are disconnected and emails are going into the black hole of customer service. Seriously their license needs to be revoked, people are dependent upon getting their medication on time.
