“Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They’re complete fraudsters. I ordered a shampoo set as a birthday gift for £47 with their 2-3day delivery service… 3 days after I’ve ordered they still haven’t dispatched it so I emailed customer service to cancel the order. They read my email but decided to post it to me anyway the following day. By now it’s past the birthday it was intended so I ask why they posted it when I cancelled it. I’m told I will have to return it if I don’t want it?! To return it you need a return label so numerous messages back and forth asking for a return label and being ignored. Finally I get a label and it’s not freepost so they expect me to pay for their mistake! I’ve just reported them to trading standards. I’m £47 out of pocket and they seem to be doing everything they can to avoid giving me a refund. AVOID this company, they’re not legit and if you’ve suffered a similar experience then I suggest you report them to trading standards too.”

“Shocking - ordered €250 worth of products in a sale, they never sent them, were supposed to replace them and just refunded me and now want me to pay an extra €80 to reorder what I paid for after a month of waiting for my products”

“I have two separate orders, none of them was delivered. Their customer service is very rude and they don’t care really. It’s been 7days and I payed for next day delivery. They still haven’t deliver it nor refund my order. They basically tell you they don’t care if you receive your order or not. They are scam, it’s a hit or miss. One day you get your order and most times you don’t! Neither do you get your money back!”

“My order was never received despite the delivery status says it was delivered. The customer service only gave me a form to fill but cannot even gave me a simple clear instruction of where I should upload the form. She didn't even give any useful information about how they would handle this. Except for filling the form the customer service is completely useless. I wonder if anyone had received their replaced item yet due to missing in delivery.”

“Item was never delivered and Look Fantistic are useless at helping! They keep insisting I fill out a form and upload it, though they are not helping me with the instructions n how to do this. As well as me stating that the details requested on the form have already been given, MANY TIMES! I don't feel that a customer who has paid and didn't receive an item, should have to do all that admin! I will not use again and not recommend”

“I bought a top with cat print on it as present for a friend and when received I was disappointed as looks extremely cheap material, several sewing faults. I will definitely not recommend nor purchase any item using this site ever again.”

“Sadly or more pure frustration wise, I’m experiencing all the issues of the other reviews. Ordered something a month ago and still hasn’t arrived. They said they would resend it and it still hasn’t arrived. The notifications from the couriers regarding delivery from HERMES?? saying when parcel will be delivered l. Even saying will be delivered today but wasn’t. Horrendous and scandalous customer service. There was never an issue pre Brexit bit never again. I’m fuming!!!”

“Don’t waste your time or money ordering from them. I never received my order but was constantly told it’s been dispatched. Customer service is a joke aswell. I was told they would look into my delivery and would contact me. Still waiting 2 weeks later for that. Joke!!!!!”

“Don't waste your time. That was my first order from LOOKFANTANTIC and I spent €200!!! I've been waiting a very long time for this delivery and ended up with nothing. I wrote to the company and asked what was going on. But they are still pulling the time and nothing is happening. It's been 1 month already. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. This site is extremely un-trustworthy, it took me so many emails to get any response. I mean lots of emails. Don't waste your time. I just can't believe how bad it is to communicate with them. It's absolutely unbelievable. They are useless! What a joke.”

“They put the wrong currency on my invoice because of which I was asked to pay a huge customs duty in my country. When I complained they asked me to reject the shipment and send it back. Now I’m being told that I will get my money back when and if they receive the shipment back at their warehouse . I’m effectively paying for their mistake. All because instead of putting the value of the shipment in Saudi Riyals they made a mistake and put it as £.”

“Worst customer service ever. Didn't deliver the parcel but because the delivery company marked it as delivered (the photo they took wasn't even my front door) Look Fantastic considered it delivered and would not refund me. AVOID!”

“I received damaged goods. Two eye crayons which had been exposed to heat in transit (probably due to heatwave and inadequate protective packaging). I wrote to Lookfantastic immediately on receipt of the goods to inform them and ask how to claim a refund for 56€ or how to receive replacements. Nothing! Sent two further emails one to their customer feedback services, once again nothing. I will now send a registered letter, but in the meantime am very disappointed the after sales service.”

“i’m absolutely disgusted. i’ve always used look fantastic and trusted them, i recently moved house due to unforeseen circumstances i had to get our pretty quickly and the last thing i thought to do was cancel my subscription, my payment had not processed for months so i assumed i was not subscribed anymore. had an email to say my box could not be delivered and due to nobody living there i thought it would be returned to sender, it sent to the parcel sorting office and then i received an email to say someone (not me) has received my order ! then look fantastic has taken yet again ANOTHER £13, ive tried to cancel this and made contact explained the situation as i do not live there, they said due to my subscription i can’t get a refund, can’t change my delivery address, but you’re happy to take my money? watch your backs guys you’re gonna have the ombudsman ALL OVER YOU!!!”

“I have a sucription on bb for five years, no problems. But last few mounth...no boxes. i wrote them 11 mails, no answer that would help me. They are sory... Is like talking to a rock. Now i see im not alone. I think they change delivery service. Total disaster...”
