Do not order from this site I paid for 1-3 working days delivery and after 16 DAYS my stuff worth £65+ is still not with me ! I have been in contact with look fantastics Customer Service team and it just GETS WORSE! Not one person can give me an honest reason why my order isn’t with me instead they make excuses and tell me to wait longer - this is every time I speak to them. I have also asked for there customer service contact number 3 times so I can speak to someone over the telephone I have not been provided with this either I have been ignored and forgotten the lack of care shows ! I work in customer service myself and if I was to leave a open investigation this long and leave the customer hanging with no answers like look fanastic have done to me I would be out of a job !

It said on the website my order had been delivered which it hadn’t, difficult to contact them then very slow response and delivery. Took over 3 weeks to receive original order. Not worth the savings won’t use again

Ordered a set of Benefit eyebrow superstar products on 20% discount for £42. As this was a good price I placed my order on 4th November with LookFantastic. Recieved wrong shade in post and was told to contact Royal Mail to arrange pickup myself, which I had to pay for, and LookFantastic now have my returned item (14th November Royal Mail returned it to them) and they still have my money. Live chat super slow and uninformative, as they keep asking me to confirm things I've already explained! Not impressed. Where's my item exchange or money back?!

Ordered advent calendar Sept 22. Received many emails over next 60 days apologizing for delay but promising delivery before Dec 1. After inquiring 2 days ago, an email arrives suggesting my order will not likely be dispatched. No explanation. No alternative product offered. So much for advance planning. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I was alerted to this site via an NHS staff discount site and made a big order. I received a notification that my order had been delivered however, it was not delivered to the specified address. I raised the matter with the customer service right away and provided all necessary information. A week later the matter is not resolved and I am now being asked to provide all information again with no sign of the matter being resolved i.e a replacement order sent or a refund.

Shocking service took order fir advent calendar 10 sept it’s still not shown up I’ve had delivery date moved now three times yet no delivery still and it’s end of November, vile customer service reps that just fob you off and send generic emails .

Awful customer service my order came incomplete and I paid £145 ... taken money quickly order came as they said but item missing though order shows as complete. I have a very small bottle of something not ordered in it’s place not sure how they are going to refund me ? Been waiting ages for them to get back to me perhaps they are busy with lots of complaints???

Wrong item received that costs a fraction of what the item I paid for and ordered! No help from customer support at all I expect they make a lot of profit from their mistakes won’t be using again ...

In short. I made an order. Order was delivered but not to my address. LF refused to accept responsability. Phone calls and emails met with dull repititive answers denying all responsability. I gave up, I gave in, I'd lost nearly £100. I decided to have one last go and 'scrutinise' all emails from LF. low and behold, I came upon something interesting. I forwarded the email back to LF. Within 24 hours I recieved an email apologising, saying that I would have a full refund within 3-5 working days. Basically, if an offer looks too good to be true it probably is. I will try to stick with businesses that I can trust where there is the most accountability.

What a truly awful customer service they have. I contacted them again to chase up refund. Totally got fobbed off that I had to contact clear Pay. Not messing around anymore. It’s not about the refund anymore it’s about principal. Going to take legal action now I have photo graphs of all their messages that were replied back to me and not one of them matches anything that the other customer Advisor had said. . It’s just not fair we’re are in a middle of the 2nd Pandemic of Covid 19. And their is some people with little money or lost their jobs and Businesses and quite frankly Lookfantastic couldn’t care less about their customers. Let’s hope some legal action may now help all the other people on here who have no refunds or Good Customer Services.

Customer Service is so very poor. I paid for an order. Something was out of Stock so I got through to someone via message after messaging a robot over & over again . Was promised a refund back into my account 5 weeks later still waiting and trying to contact them. Lesson learnt will not be placing any further orders.

Have been waiting 5 weeks for a decent excuse as to why LOOK FANTASTIC keep saying they have not received my faulty straighteners even when I have sent them signed delivery receipt ! Customer service is a joke keep repeating the same answer (it’s not showing as received in our warehouse )!!

For several weeks now I have been trying to obtain a returns label for a faulty order (one item was a powder which smashed and leaked all over the other one) Not only have they not apologised, they’re actually WITHHOLDING my right to return until I can supply them with a “clearer image”. At first I was willing to help and sent them pictures, but after getting the same message for weeks it’s clear they’re being deliberately obstructive. What about older people who don’t own a smartphone and order from desktops? Are you going to penalise them too? LookFantastic - My order number is 247204994. Enough messing me around, if I don’t receive your return address by the end of the week I’m going to my bank to reclaim the funds.

his company have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I returned an item at my own expense on 22nd October which was tracked and signed for. After 4 emails enquiring about my refund I have received numerous excuses ranging from warehouse will get in touch once they locate parcel to customer service will respond. I was told on 28th October after basically begging for my refund of £100.59 that it has been processed (3 to 5 working days)! I am still waiting for this refund so do yourself a favour by reading down these reviews and you will notice they only respond to positive reviews if you think I'm just on a rant. Stay well clear of this company if you might want to return anything ,(heaven forbid!!) UPDATE Another four emails and still no money ( Now passed onto Finance Dept!!) 26 days now waiting!! What a joke from a supposed Large company.

Absolutely devastated!!! I ordered an advent calendar for my mother on 4th Nov and was assured it would be delivered in 2-3 working days. Over 2 weeks later this has not happened. After getting in touch with lookfantastic they reassured me my order would be delivered my December. On 17th Nov my order was cancelled by lookfantastic as they have non in stock! Have never, and will never be ordering from them again!!

Just received my nuface trinity today. I bought it without realizing that it was delivered from outside of US so I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. It was shipped with DHL international without any problems. I was kept updated with any change during the delivery process and actually was happy to find it on my porch today after coming back from work. I also got a good price with their discount and payment plan.

I brought my items 12 days ago it said it would arrive in 2-4 days. I’ve asked for a refund as I had to get my products elsewhere and I would just get repeatedly ignored.
