To be honest, if you subscribe with them, you're stuck for life. Initially I've ordered one box from them. Just wanted to try. And guess what? They somehow made subscription to my account for 3 months. I thought okay. I liked the first one, I'll just keep it. So 3 months passed and I receive notification, that I'm getting a new box again! I cancelled everything upfront and I was still in the loop. I complained and asked everyone, why is that? I cancelled my membership and all, and customer support said, it was the last payment. I open my email this month. Surprise surprise, your next box is ready to be shipped! But this time, I'm so lucky, that my card is not active anymore and I haven't updated to the new one! So 1 - me , 0 - lookfantastic. But to be honest, be careful, otherwise you will never stop receiving stuff from them and be charged monthly, even if you cancel.

Very disappointed and not first time! Shame, shame, shame!!! Always troubles buying from lookfantastic. I have ordered my goods week ago and my order is still processing. When I have contacted chat, there I thought is sitting 5 years old kids, sooo stupid questions and why I need to spend my time for them if I said my name, email and order number. Will never again spend my money there and don’t suggest to no one.

I ordered the zelens lip oil, I already paid for it but didn't receive the stuff. I waited for almost 4 months but did not got anything and I told them and they're ignored my message. After that they also send me an email for review this product. WTF It's such a weird and worst shopping website and the worst company I've EVER bought. I don't know how to review this product Because i did not get it So, Think twice when you guys want to buy anythings on this website. You may lost your money without their responsibitities :)

I received a £75 voucher and before I used it I checked the help centre to see if there was anything about not being allowed to use the voucher on more than one order, of which there was nothing. I spent around £33 using the voucher a few weeks ago. I then went to spend the rest of the voucher to be told by a rude and patronising assistant that I could not use this voucher again. She went on to tell me that this is included in the term and conditions. As this voucher was a gift I was sent the code and not an email with the T and Cs. Whilst I accept this is in the T and Cs it is not in the help centre section where most customers will go to seek this information. This is to be deliberately misleading for the customer resulting in them losing their money. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Hi its my 1st time ordering from the site I ws really impressed at the myriad of international brands they have in stock and the price at which they were selling so I happily ordered it 3 months back and my order didn’t arrive twice so on asking a refund dey r denying saying the order has been delivered so going back and forth I asked them to give me the details of the supposed “delivery” which dey r nt able to provide. The only reason of denying a refund is because its my 2nd claim. So according to them dere is no possibility that i have really nt recieve the products both times???please dnt waste ur time or money instead order from sites like Amazon way more better service

I too am waiting for an item That there’s no sign of Mobile phone message from Hermes Said delivered etc Went to collect & NOTHING !!!??? Anyone else been shafted ? No phone numbers No human No live chat even

My order number:220304287 was purchased early and supposed to be delivered on 06-06-2020. Note: it is a prepaid order. The customer care representative was reluctant and told me to wait till 06-07-2020 for the delivery might take some time. However, we are approaching July end and my product isn't here yet. One time the representative even stated that they can't help with the delivery issue as it has been stated completed at company end. Yet the prepaid product is nowhere to be seen. They don't have proper knowledge of the status of the product. Please don't buy from lookfantastic site as they don't have any sense of responsibility and doesn't respect their customers' hard earned money.

Same experience as Most before me. Ordered and not delivered and no reason as to why! Contacted them three times and so unhelpful finally they said that they’d refund the money however I’m not sure how long that Will take. So disappointed. No remorse to the fact they they are just leaving customers high and dry! Don’t order with these guys. Seem to be cowboys.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I purchased a massive order which was €215/£195 and I have been waiting 3 weeks for it! I emailed look fantastic 3 times about the whereabouts of my order but it was ignored they never contacted me back! I checked the tracking everyday and it just said 'dispatched' Today I finally got a reply back on their instagram page and they told me my order was being returned by the courier?? This was 2 weeks ago and they never informed me of this?? Why wasn't I offered a refund 2 weeks ago? I pushed back plans because I needed this package. I will never buy anything from look fantastic again. There's no excuses for this it's absolutely ridiculous. I am very disappointed and I feel scammed. I 100% recommend buying your products elsewhere it will save you the trouble.

Terrible. No option to email, you have to log in to their website to contact them. Then since they can't send a pre-paid return label if it's their fault, there is no option to upload proof of return so you can get postage back. It's a total joke.

So I purchase a bundle set from lookfantastic.com. There were three items in the set and I received only 2 of the 3 items. I did not get an email notification that the item was not included, but I was still being charged the full price for the three items. They did nothing to contact me to let me know that the item would not be in my order. They did not cancel my order because the item was out of stock. They just sold it to me anyways. When I tried to get a refund they would only give me 33% of my mine back. Do not do business with this site. I have never experienced customer service like this before. It was not like I ordered the wrong item. They did false advertisement and they did not care or even acknowledge that they sold something that they did not have.

They sent me expired Skincare. They did not offer to send new products. They just said " I am so sorry you were unhappy with the nature of these products" and refunded my money. I was unhappy because they were expired, maybe if you would have checked the expiration date before sending it things would've have been different.

21 days after placing an order, still nothing delivered. Reported twice to customer services- who offered to escalate to their courier service and reply within 48hrs. No further comms from them. Use another company. I won't be ordering from LF again.

My product has arrived damaged the seal has been broken and some of the liquid has licked out. I have immediately contacted a very unhelpful help desk and explain the situations have spoken to so many different people who were not bothered to read the original complain who have been requesting from me the same information over and over again ref. nature of complain and my details. This company has trained their customer services to play delay tactics and avoid payment of refunds or compensations. I will have to get PayPal help to recover my money as Lookfantastic customer service has no intention to conduct speedy resolution. It is very alarming that In current COVID-19 pandemic skin care product arrives with broken seal and the product is open to contamination. No wonder some people do net get the gravity of this pandemic!!!!!!

Absolutely horrendous, I am still trying to get back 300euros for orders not received! These were orders for may 2020. I contacted the company by email, help desk and now Paypal but they still will not believe that I didn't receive the orders. Personally, I think their customer care and attitude is appalling. This is my first ever bad review of a company and I hope it will be my last!

I purchased a product which I had problems with and I asked to return but look what I was advised: You may find it beneficial to visit a dermatologist, who will be able to advise you better as to what may have caused the reaction you have described so that it will help you identify the best product specifically for you which upon confirmation of this, should help to avoid any future disappointment. Please note that we are unable to accept opened and or used beauty and cosmetic products back into warehouse. This is due to, but not exclusive to current Health and Hygiene Regulations and as your product is not classed as faulty, we are unable to process a replacement or refund on this occasion. If you are able to provide us with a copy of a doctor’s note, detailing that this product caused these problems we will be able to investigate this issue further for you. - It took weeks to get this response.

They draw you in by offering free (complimentary) gifts and I ordered some products, in part, because I wanted to trial the complimentary gift on offer. During check out, they then offered me a ‘new customer’ discount which sounded great. When the products arrived no ‘free’ gift... When queried, I was told I couldn’t use two ‘offers’ at the same time! There was nothing stating this on the order (had it been, I would have opted for the complimentary gift as this was my primary reason for ordering as I didn’t want to pay for a 200ml version without trying the complimentary 30ml version (not available to buy). Very sneaky tactics... And they bombard you with spam afterwards too - several emails a day ‘offering’ similar enticements to buy. Will not order from them again.
