Awful customer service. I ordered a foundation product and was sent the wrong item. Contacted LF and was sent a form to post the item back at a cost to myself. A replacement was sent out to me but when it arrived, it was the same shade as the one that I previously sent back. Tried to get a contact number to report the issue. Impossible to get a phone number to talk to someone. Spent 30 minutes on the so called. Live chat trying to resolve the issue. So far no resolution, no product I ordered and no refund. It is THE WORSE company I have ever dealt with. A bunch of thieves. My advice is to never order from them ever!!

Item arrived within 2 days but sent to my address when I had requested it be delivered to my mum the other side of the country?! Furthermore the item was not in it’s original cellophane sealed packaging so I have doubts whether it’s counterfeit??? It’s a skin toner so will probably just bin it given the reviews of obtaining refund - wouldn’t risk using it for sure. Cheapest online price by £10- FOR A REASON !!! Lesson learned- always read reviews!!!

Terrible! I had order last year December 2020, for my birthday gift for myself , and they divided into 2 shipping , I receive the first shipping and now I am patiently waiting for the second order shipping but until now I haven’t receive the second shipping .! Hello ? Should I wait for Christmas 2021 to receive it ? Terrible experience.

Horrible experience with LF. I ordered €290 worth of items on Nov 27th 2020. The full amount was charged to me immediately despite my order stating nothing would be charged until dispatch. A week later I received tracking numbers for items delivered in September 2020. I waited a few days before emailing. Eventually most of my items arrived after me chasing up with several emails. The final parcel dispatched on dec 24th and arrived on Jan 13th but to my horror when I opened it, if contained nothing but brown paper and the outer box from the item I'd ordered. The outer box hadn't been tampered with. I emailed immediately with a photo and since then I have been offered a refund 3 times but each time I accept i have to begin the process of submitting photo etc so LF can 'begin investigation' with no refund in sight. Dreadful company.

really bad experince with L.F i ordered item on 9th jnauary and paid extra for next day day dilivery didnt arrive yet still missing very disappointed not helping not refund me back they just thief

I have had a most stressful experience. I ordered and paid for goods from L.F. on Nov 27th 2020. They sent the wrong parcel but showed on my account, that my order had been delivered. Then a month later, on December 30th another parcel which I never received, because when it arrived in the Irish postal system, An Post contacted me to say the parcel was damaged. This parcel ,they returned to L.F. I have sent numerous emails to L.F. but they now say that they will only refund me when they receive the returned goods. They have had my money since November 27th.

Really bad experience with lookfantastic! I place my order on 30 Nov and promised delivery date was 8 Dec. Money was charged immediately. It is 17th Jan and only one item out of 8 items arrived. Every time I send a reminder, reply is that investigation is in process, and no timeline or action plan to either resend my items or refund has been shared. Unacceptable customer service, very disappointing!!

I placed my order Nov 7th last year's and it was sent out November 12th. ISSUE: It's now January and I have yet to receive anything. I've reached out numerous times and still nothing. Now they are telling me that that can't find my account. I've even sent them a copy of my emails with ALL the information, but still NOTHING!!!

Please be careful using this site, false advertising discount codes that cannot be used!! Customer service atrocious, script driven. Advertising clearly state 20% off GHD but when I tried I was told they don’t discount this particular brand ???

Shameful customer service. I ordered some cerave cleanser and moisturizers at the beginning of December, after a few weeks they hadn't arrived. I chased them up and was told it has been delivered, despite no sign of them and to check my neighbours? It's now been over 6 weeks and I'm still chasing them, I have a look at the Royal Mail tracking and my package was returned to them on 30th December?! No one told me, they just sat on my money and products for over two weeks. This is stealing, if I had not chased them they would still have it all. The reply I got offered no explanation, no apology and told me I will get a refund in 3-5 days. That is not good enough, I'm a nurse and the ling shifts in masks is doing havoc to my skin, I have been looking forward to these products. Life is hard enough at the moment as it is. If I did not message they would have kept my money and my products whilst blaming my neighbours for stealing. Can you explain that? Shameful customer service, I expected so much better from you.

Absolutely terrible. Still have not received my December subscription box - 1 1/2 months later. Cancelled the subscription for January as I am tired of paying without receiving anything. Huge disappointment....

When it's good is good- wide product selection, prompt deliveries.. HOWEVER if you are faced with the issue, it is the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. Some people rave about great assistance on Live chat- Err.. the function hasn't been available on the site for a while, only generic messaging system. My order wasn't delivered as parcel was damaged in transit by the delivery company and it's been a month of back and forth and still no relevant update or resolution offered by LookFantastic, most probably will have to get my money back via credit company as communication with LF customer service is getting nowhere..

I'm so disappointed with this company. I have been waiting for my refund of since beginning of December. I have all the proof and the tracked number, that shows is been delivered and they are still, telling me they haven't received my order. After, the tracked number tells me it has been delivered and was also signed for. I am going to file a case against them because i have proof is been delivered. This company os quick to take you money but they dont want to give you refund when they have to. THIEF'S!!

The worst online shopping experience ever. Impossible to contact by phone or receive a straight response from. The impressive website is obviously a front for a complete scam. The only person I would encourage to visit this "company" is a trading standards officer. Good luck in recovering your stolen cash from these conmen.

After countless e-mails to Look Fantastic since last month and their usual standard replies, I've finally received confirmation that a refund will be in my account within the next 3 to five days (for an empty tube of eye cream). I'll believe it when I see it! Anyone here having problems getting their money back from them?

Pathetic service. They can not update my delivery address on the system even tho I confirmed it to the Customer Service team around 20 times. They keep sending parcels to the wrong address. Customer Service Team doesn't read the message history before replying, so very difficult to communicate with them as we just keep going in circles.

Terrible service. Ordered item did not arrive and I got the royal runaround since (not as of yet resolved, but their only redeeming quality so far is at least they respond to inquiries)

Absolutely awful! Are you F*****g kidding me? After more than one month of waiting I haven’t received my order with Christmas gifts, you think it’s alright? And now you say that you need to investigate it with your courier service? What does that have to do with me? Where is my order and money? Don’t recommend this shop to anyone.
