“Don't use this operator. The drivers who collected and delivered the car were friendly enough but when I returned, the car was scratched. Also, fuel level was significantly lower than when I left the car with them, with only 30 miles left to go, meaning that I had to fill up first thing after a long flight and a 3 hrs journey ahead - something I always avoid. When I called the company, I was told they would sue me for libel if I leave a negative feedback. To be avoided in the future.”
“I made two separate bookings in the course of a week, today on checking my bank statement I find that they had taken the payment twice on both occasions??? Obviously not a one off mistake, the treatment I received from the employee in the call centre was dreadful. No apology or explanation, I now have to prove to them that they have actually charged me twice, this is not a problem accept that they will see my bank statement, fingers crossed!!!! Scam comes to mind.”

Nightmare from start to finish.. booking alone was hard work as the site kept crashing at payment (red flag right there so I should have known better)
Finally got the booking sorted.. arrived at Stansted Airport Jetparks carpark and they had absolutely no record of my reservation, therfore making it a nightmare to get sorted and parked.
Upon return, exactly the same issue yet this time I was informed that looking4parking isn't a legitimate company and I shouldn't have used them?
All in all, using this 'company' made everything so much more hard work than it needed to be so just avoid.. there's plenty of other websites.”
“arrived back at 5am at Stanstead , phoned to arrange collection and were told they did not have my car and it must have been parked at another car park . he drove out to see us , confirmed we were not on our list and he did not have our car so left us in the cold while he went to look for our car , came back and re confirmed he did not have our car. when we mentioned that we had a copy of the drop off detail he took us back to the parking area where I pointed out our car ,

During the booking process there is no info about extra charges like 9£ for entry (stansted) to short stay car park.
I'm strongly not recommending this rubbish company at all! !!
Ones arrived I have been waiting for driver over 20 min regardless he told me over the phone prior arriving: " I'm already waiting for you".
Pretty similarly on my way back. Called them ones ready to go (pass the custom collected luggage ). Driver said: see you in 10 min. Arrived 25”

Looking4Parking operate an awful customer service, they would prefer to give customers a discount rather than refund them in case of a problem. Also there is no weekend cover so customers who encounter difficulties during the weekend cannot get any help whatsoever; a bit backward in the travel industry. This means there is a lack of empathy for the customer, when in most other companies, customer is king.
I am in the office now and it seems the staff are doing no work; any developments are slow to come. Also a colleague got paid late and never received the monies they were due (2k instead of 5k).”
“Very simple! DO NOT USE Looking4parking.
This company offered a reasonable price for Manchester airport parking, therefore we payed online over a weekend. Unfortunately family matters (family bereavement) took presidence over going away. So we TRIED to cancel our booking 10hrs after our payment was taken. Using the mobile number on Looking4parking website, we were spoken to rudely and abruptly and TOLD! to use the email to cancel, conversation over?
We did as required filled in all details etc, to only have a email reply stating that we cannot have Any! refund as it was over the weekend? Very strange as there is no-one available at their offices at the weekends. Seems like a very good get out clause for taking our very hard earned money. So without going on.... Use another more Professional/Quality company as to avoid the Hard lesson put upon ourselves!!”
“I have used them several times. The description was always very clear. This time, it wasn't. As a result, i had to pay £92 for 3 days stay. I showed the person where i park my car. He also states that the description given to me by Looking4Parking was confusing which makes sense that i park in their area. If you're going to use them, make sure that before you park you car, you go directly to the customer service of the car park and ask them to confirm. Do not rely on Looking4Parking description. I am in the process of bringing them to court.”
“I booked meet and greet parking with Looking4Parking and was disappointed when the confirmation email arrived to state that, due to my travel dates (which, naturally, I had disclosed before I got the quote), there would be a £10 surcharge, payable to the driver upon arrival. I then contacted customer services to ask to cancel the booking as these charges were not made clear before I made it, and was told that there would be a £9.95 cancellation fee, as I had not purchased the upgrade to free cancellations. I had to contact my credit card provider to file a dispute and they cancelled and refunded the payment to Looking4Parking. I would not book with these crooks again.”
“MOST DREADFUL PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER! Don't book via Looking4Parking! Don't!
It was horrible. We were dropped at 2am in the morning in the back area of a petrol station with our car not working and parked in a public space, its battery completely flat for the radio being left on for three weeks by the parking service staff. Service provider escaped when asked to explain and help and Looking4Parking rejected any further request to refund us for the dreadful experience and rejected any request to seriously investigate the matter, after we provided them with evidence about this service being very dodgy and not looking at all as a regular lawful parking service. Investigations by the police and the trading standards are still in due course. Please find details below about what happened and never ever book via Looking4Parking.

We booked on Looking4Parking a service called "Stansted Parking Solutions - Meet & Greet - Undercover". A man came to pick-up the car at Stansted Airport on the 3rd of August. We left the car with him. When we got back to Stansted Airport on the 24th of August they didn't bring the car to the airport, came to pick us up with a dirty and dodgy vehicle, they drove us to the back area of a petrol station where they dropped us. Our car was parked in a public area and its battery was flat. They said they could not start the vehicle, which was totally obvious as they had left the radio on for 3 weeks. There was rubbish underneath the passenger seat, sandwiches paper and empty bottles. When they were asked to explain the situation they quickly took our luggage off the car, jumped on their vehicle and escaped. We had travelled with a late evening flight so once they dropped us at the petrol station it was already 2am in the morning, it was me, my girlfriend (6 months pregnant) and our 3 years child. After a while we fortunately found a man with jump leads and managed to start the car and get back home. It was clear the car hadn't been kept in any undercover parking space. Probably it had been in some public area all over the whole three weeks. When complaining with the service provider it felt like being in a gangster/mafia movie. When we asked them to provide us with the location of their designated parking area they gave us a postcode (CM22 6DR) which doesn't seem to have nothing to do with their company. When we asked for a refund from Looking4parking we were just replied they could not refund us and invented the most ridiculous stories to cover and justify such a ridiculous irresponsible behaviour and dreadful service. We have informed the Police and Stansted Airport about this case and be assured further investigations will be carried and they will do the best to stop this people operating is such a disgusting way.”
