Tried to make contact on a number of occasions. Email and live chat with no response. Child member of the family on the vulnerable list and letter to confirm this and shared this via email with LoveHolidays with no response to move dates. We are due to fly in 1 days time and not had any confirmation of holiday going ahead or cancelling. No email/text/phone call from LoveHoliday. Shocking lack of customer service - leaving customers in limbo. We stand to lose all our money for the holiday as my son can't fly with Covid restrictions.

If I had not used this company before I would have said they did not exist and are just there to scam people. No way of contacting any1 and just get cut off on the online chat after being on hold for hours

Don't bother booking with this company they won't be around for long. We were due to fly to Spain at the very start of April I.e. the start of lockdown, I requested my refund online and was told I would need to call to confirm I definetly wanted a cash refund. Don't have to do that when I'm booking online you just take my money straight away - funny how things change when you're paying money out for a service not delivered! Anyway I called them to confirm and was told my refund would be processed Almost 4 months after our departure date no refund has landed into my account. We were told the refund for our hotel was paid at the start of June and should credit in 5 working days needless to say no funds have landed (now nearing the end of July) and there isn't a human being around to talk to. Not only is it beyond shocking that love holiday seem to forget that people have also handed money over for flights to them too, but they can't even get the refund for the hotel sorted! Absolutely disgusting customer service... Noone responds to emails or webchat, noone answers the phone. I've got family who booked on the same girls holiday with the likes of travel Republic and jet 2 who've had a full refund for months. Future bookers - chose your company carefully, customer service counts!

We were due to fly to Florida on Thursday. LoveHolidays left it until the last minute to confirm that we couldn't go, which left me four days to try and rearrange the whole thing! They are uncontactable by phone or email and their webchat has been constantly busy for two whole days. We eventually asked for a full refund, but they have issued us a credit note that we don't want! This means we are without the means to independently rebook our hotel and flights. And we're still not even sure if we will get our flight money back, as they seem to be trying to tell us we have to do the legwork with TUI ourselves - even thought this was an ATOL-protected package. Disgusting service and would NOT recommend them.

Due to depart 10/7/20. BA flight cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to this date. NO CONTACT from LH even though they have mob/email address since I booked back in January! Disgusting lack of customer service, as you cannot speak to a person. Live chat 9-5 all day, everyday there are always 250 people in front.....! I didn’t use manage my booking as i feel that if I use the flight cancelled option, it would assume that I had cancelled the holiday - NOT TRUE!

Pretty much a repeat of all other comments here. Receive confirmation that holiday booking still on a few days before final 80% instalment due. Make payment then 5 days later receive cancellation despite only flight out being affected. Obvs can’t get through to them to resolve as their much boasted about tech platform can’t cope. Ever thought of employing more people? The founders cashed in when they sold in December and are no longer directors. I suspect new management is struggling and under pressure from new private equity owners but no excuse for Failing to deal with customers in a moral way. Brand shot to pieces and I will never use them again. Appalling arrogance and disregard for customers . Shame on loveholiday. Gross incompetence

tried to rebook due covid 19 to march 21 havent acknowledged our request been on chat all day cut off and put back into queue then to be cut off after 8 hrs online cant manage bookings online but yet the can still take payment disgusted tried to rebook flight with the ref given easyjet dont recognise it??

You cant get through on the live chat, no one returns your emails and the promises to call you back We still haven't heard anything from you since you cancelled our holiday in may. I understand there has been a pandemic but come on, you need better customer service than this Your customers are left fuming, as we are not getting answers Love holidays you are pathetic

We literally had nothing but trouble with Love Holidays from the minute we booked our holiday. We went to Tenerife at the beginning of March, first of all they ripped us off for money and charged us extra for something we had already paid for and booked. Then they told us our holiday was still going ahead but when we got to Tenerife all the Covid stuff kicked off and we were confined to our hotel rooms and everything was closed down. We had paid £4000 for an all inclusive holiday, which it ended up not being as everything was shut and since we got back Love holidays have just ignored all of our emails. They are an absolute nightmare of a company, wouldnt advise anybody to book with them!!

NEVER use this company. They do not reply to emails and no tel or webchat available disgusting. Still waiting for flight refund even though RyanAir have refunded them I have had to resort to complaining via resolver in the hope I.may actually get a reponse😡😡

We had problems with Lanzarote trip this July and now flights for Dominican Republic also got cancelled for October, but no communication from LH and we cant reach them. I went to Resolver to forward a complain at the moment Im so fed up I just want whole trip refunded. Im scared I will arrive and hotel wont have my booking like it almost happend this time

TUI cancelled our flights due to COVID-19, which was actually a relief. TUI promised that we’d be refunded the money back into our account within 14 days...try telling that to Love Holidays who have not been in contact with us regarding any refunds! Love Holidays Live chat is impossible to access 24/7 and the Love Holiday switch board can’t transfer my call through to credit control or customer services because in her words ‘their lines aren’t taking calls at the moment’ Absolute joke of a company. They are quick enough to take your money, but obviously not refunding back to the customer. There are no excuses for this. I understand that this is trying times, but other companies have paid their customers back money owed within 7-10 days!! I would never recommend this company EVER! Alex Francis so be ashamed at the unprofessional way his company has and is treating his loyal customers!!

Still waiting for my flight to be refunded - i have a confirmation from Easy Jet stating they refunded it to Love Holidays over a month ago - i cant get in touch with Love Holidays through any means - does anyone know how to contact them??/ ADVISE TO ANYOEN THINKING OF BOOKING A HOLIDAY - DONT DO IT WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS

Awful. I know things will be manic for them at the moment but they are not conducting themselves very well at all. No hope of contacting them, all chat/phone/email contact details taken off the site. “Manage my booking” tricks you into accepting a credit note instead of a refund. Their lack of communication is very telling indeed. Dreadful company.

Holiday cancelled , only part of refund paid , still waiting on remainder . Airline stated they have refunded their money back to Love Holidays but we are still waiting . Won’t ever use this company again

Everything from the start of this crisis. If you book with LOVE HOLIDAYS you may as well just throw your money down the drain. Appalling customer service its impossible to get hold of them by phone, email or chat and now they are totally ignoring the messages I have left them for the past 2 weeks on their own Manage My Booking website. Do yourself a favour claim against your credit card its the only hope you will see your money again

How do you get in touch with them, I know they are busy obviously, but I have no way of making contact to find out my options as my flight has been cancelled, no phone number, no email address, no live chat, no hope!!
