Before anyone considers booking with Love holidays please take a look at the various Facebook sites that have been set up by disgruntled customers. This company is a joke ran by crooks, there are no phone lines live to speak with anyone, they have been taken to court on numerous occasions and hundreds of CCJ's against them. They now refuse accept recorded delivery letters, customers are still awaiting refunds from March, the CMA have made rulings on them which LH are ignoring and they resigned ABTA. Don't take my word, do your research. Crooks of he worst kind!

I hope the company shuts down, they don’t deserve to trade or else they continue to rip off customers! It’s a fraud company! Even after CMA regulators ordered Loveholidays, they are refusing to refund the customers and continuing with unfair practices where our travel is impacted by coronavirus. Apparently I booked a special flight which is non refundable even if I cannot travel and impacted by covid. What a big lie!

I booked 3 holidays thru them first one was fine. Holiday 2 & 3. Not so good! Right at the start of the pandemic had a weekend booked then cancelled a few days before I also had a family holiday booked in August, what I shifted too next year same dates..flights,transfers but hotel same 2020 date!! Where you can’t speak to a human I wasted endless hours on live chat and they gave all the speech it’s in hand check in your manage bookings up until the holiday date came and went then I was advised the hotel hadn’t been cancelled and there was nearly £1800 to pay.. All they could say was have you got travel insurance...Fortunately I have with my bank..I’m currently waiting for them too send me a demand letter? I get the constant reminder email each morning.. Once that arrives and it’s set out I have all live chats screenshotted. Then I’ll consult my travel insurance to get back the £1100 they still have of mine.. Shocking Company Lip Service not Good Service!!!!

My flight was cancelled and I asked for a refund for my accommodation money I had paid separately due to the fact this holiday was booked on credit notes after the original holiday was cancelled too , the response was it's not close enough to the date of the holiday for us to respond as yet , you can cancel the holiday but you may not get your money back , you can change dates !! I am unable to get to the resort as there is no flight available so they still won't give me a refund or a credit note because the government have said it's safe to travel there even though you need to self isolate on return to the UK. Last time I book with love holidays

dave holiday in benidorm loveholidays are a joke i have told them my hotel there is closed on the dates there have booked us into the hotel i have been on the live chat line 5 times to try and sort this out and get them to transfer to another hotel not a chance there are useless and very unprofessional i am going to ask for my money back no stars at all

If I could give -100 I really would. This company is a bloody joke. They cancelled my holiday, on the same day I requested for a refund that was back in September and I am still waiting for my money. They closed their lines and only way to contact them is on chat where the advisors literally copy paste the same information and don’t bother reading what you send. Under the package holiday regulations by law if the company providing the package holiday cancels your holiday they have to refund you in full. Love holiday clearly don’t give a toss about following the law. I have screen shots and evidence of them saying I have to get my refund from my airline who by the way we’re still operating meaning even if I could cancel with them I wouldn’t get any refund unless the booking was cancelled within 24 hours of booking. At this point after ready many many disappointing reviews with same issue as me I am following suit and going the legal way until they start getting bailiffs I guess that’s when they will give me my money.

My flights were cancelled for a holiday to Turkey (not booked with Love Holiday) in writing Love Holiday agreed to change my holiday to July 2021 once I manage to rebook my flights. Once my flights were rebooked i contacted them three times and someone called me back and said they made a mistake and wont be rebooking my holiday..meaning I loss nearly £8k as the holiday date had past. I have asked several times on chat and messages for someone to contact me and no one has three months later. No CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND REALLY DONT CARE!! DO NOT USE THEM, I WILL NOW FORWARD PAPERWORK TO LAWYERS.

I had trouble with loveholidays, ignoring all my emails, I even emailed the CEO and was ignored. They made out I agreed to a credit note which I had not agreed to. Most of my ignored messages were stipulating that I did not want a credit note. I took them to small claims court and from when I applied I charged them interest on my money. They allowed it to go as far as days away from bailiffs when they paid up. Interest and my court costs back. They asked me to confirm my payment but decided to treat them in the same manner they treated me and did not respond! It’s your money so get it back.

I put them in the crown court after waiting a month for a refund. THE BAILIFFS MADE THEM PAY ME .

Booked a holiday june 2020. Had the holiday cancelled 3 days before due to covid. Ive spent over 6 months ringing emailing to try and sort my deposit refund. They have sent it to a card i informed them had expired. They gave me an email for credit control and 4 emails later still no response. Im actually ready to call it a loss as i have little expectation of recieving my refund let alone an email from themselfs. Cannot contact on phone as due to covid only live chat available and i keep being told to email credit control whò domt reply.

Just do a chargeback with your bank its quick and easy i got all my money back within 30 minutes dont let love holidays get away with it they should be shut down.

DONT WHATEVER YOU DO BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH LOVE HOLIDAY.me and my partner cant self isolate for 14 days she is a nurse and I work in the university. we tried to change the holiday but you cant phone anyone or chat its all got to be done online they tell you you have to cancel the fight yourself and give them a number (even though it was a package deal that they sorted?) the flight company Ryanair was just as bad. anyway after days trying we finally contacted them they wouldn't change our holiday and have charged us £600 to cancel a £1000 holiday and we have to wait for the refund. ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL JOKE OF A COMPANY.

If i could give 0 stars I would. We have had two holidays cancelled due to covid, granted this is out of loveholidays control however I am waiting for 2 refunds on flights since March 2020. I was issued a voucher from loveholidays which I decided to use and book another holiday, unfortunately that holiday was cancelled also and Loveholidays issued me a voucher again with no option for a refund. I am unable to contact them by phone, messenger, online chat option has been removed. They do not respond to letters. There is NO WAY POSSIBLE apart from going and standing outside their headoffice of contacting them. They owe me 2 thousand euro. I decided to see if the voucher would work on another holiday knowing a refund was not possible (wishful thinking) the voucher doesn't work..... so now i have a useless voucher that doesn't work. No refund option. No way of contacting them. It took us a year to pay off that holiday. Its heartbreaking to be treated like this. I was very very patient at the start even reused their voucher without complaining of the no refund option. Now im at my wits end. I will never ever use a third part holiday company again.

I booked a holiday to Las Vegas at the beginning of 2020. After a couple of months of course Corona hit and well you can imagine the rest of that story. As soon as it became obvious that no holiday was going to happen I contacted love holidays to try and work with them to postpone my holiday until 2021. There was many, many messages exchanged but all boiled down to the same thing. No!!! They did agree to postpone to January 2021 but as everyone knows there is no way the travel industry are going to be up and running by them. Then I thought I had a breakthrough.....an agent said I could delay until April 2021. Ok I might be able to work with that. The catch was that I was to make a payment of £497 up front before they would even try to book flights. 'You are having a f**king laugh' was my reply. I told them I would now sit back and await for either a compulsary refund or for them to go bust. During this time they made it absolutely impossible to speak to an agent either through 'manage my booking' or by phone. And of course they also left the ABTA scheme so that they didn't have to adhere to the travel agents code of practice. The only thing they did right was eventually I did get my refund. But even when that was being processed they were threatening customers not to try and do chargebacks through their bank because if they did they would not get their refund. Bunch of absolute cowboys. I would never use this company again and would strongly advise anyone not to use them. The pandemic certainly did sort the wheat from the chaff for customer service

Awful, awful service. Booked to go to Amsterdam in January. I have since realised that covid19 will not be solved by then, I kindly asked them for a cancellation and refund. They refused to refund anything at all. I tried contact the hotel to see if I could atleast move the hotel booking dates to April time and then get some cheap flights couple weeks before departure. The hotel came back to me today and advised it was a third party love holidays had booked me with so the hotel themselves could not change the booking dates, and that I had to contact hotel beds. Hotel beds have 0 means of contact, no email, no phone number, can’t even DM them on Twitter. 100% would not recommend, I will NEVER be booking with loveholidays again. To top it all off, there is 0 reassurance from the company, no apologies, cannot contact them what so ever. I am in bits, lost over £600 for a holiday I will not be going on :( .

We had more than a fair few snags on our holiday & thought we would discuss like adults with the company once back. Firstly the room we booked with the hotel was supposed to be sea view which we paid more for but we ended up with a side sea view room. Also the staff were very rude up on arrival as well as lots of Russian people who did not care for any sort of social distance especially in 4 person LIFT! We also made sure we booked a direct flight which was perfect for us to come back & work from home on time. No they decide to not really give us an option apart from travel to Budapest and then go home which added a lot of unnecessary hours to our journey. When we got back home we had to wait over 8 weeks for a response just to say they will not do anything nor compensate the difference costs we endured which should of been done as a minimum. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
