This company is a complete joke. You can never get to talk to anyone from the team. There is absolutely no way of communicating with them. They do not help with anything. They take the money for the booking & run, afterwards no communication or assistance. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

They say they’re open between 9-5. Yet they don’t let you get through to anyone. They say to do everything online however the options are unavailable. You literally can’t amend or change anything they’re absolutely trash.

No customer service - if you have any issues no chance of resolving! I have booked two holidays with this company. First one was very simple and easy to book, easy payment plan etc. Our circumstances changed and we needed to cancel the holiday for financial reasons. The lack of customer service was so bad and shocking we were never able to contact an actual human, was on hold for pretty much every lunch break for about 4 weeks and ended up not being able to cancel because of this. The most recent booking has been even worse. The first issue was we needed to book for me, my fiancée and our expectant baby (who does not have a D.O.B for obvious reasons) so that we can attend a family wedding. Again, trying to explain this to a robot or seek advice on an FAQ page is impossible. No response to emails, calls cut you off as the robot “cannot help”. I then managed to find a number through google for new bookings and after 2 hours of being on hold managed to speak to an actual person who resolved the baby D.O.B dilemma, which in total took around 5 days. Once we had managed to do this we could then inform other family members that it has been confirmed and to also book the same hotel & flights. The newest issue is now the initial confirmation and then cancellation of our accommodation! We booked a specific hotel as parents and grandparents can be together and with us to help with child care etc. The again automated email us gave us 5 days to either choose the new suggested accommodation or have our holiday cancelled automatically. I have tried to call but get cut off as I’m not making a new booking and recognises my number. I have emailed and had no response. Being told constantly to head to the “manage my booking” by robots where again that is no use for the issue. I then decided to message on twitter… and you guessed it, an automated robot where you can only select multiple choice options and get told to go the manage my booking page. On the contact us, there is no number, no email, no contact form, only live chat. I’m now on around the 20th time trying to start a live chat, only to be told by another robot that they are too busy. After sending a public tweet to Love Holidays I received a reply saying they have responded to my DM, which reads: “ Hello, I have passed your query to the relevant department who will be in touch however please note they are working in departure date order”. Could be a robot but who knows?! Not the response we were hoping for as we have only 2 days to speak to someone before our holiday is cancelled, which in turn will mess up a lot of other family members plans! I should of learned the first time but stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt! Avoid and go with a company with a customer service department or at least a contact phone number!!!

Completely outrageous rubbish company, been trying to contact loveholidays for over 3 weeks to cancel my holiday or make changes. Totally unreliable, unable to speak to anyone, they never reply back on chat or so cut you off. AVOID

Cannot get a proper refund on hotel booking 6 days before arrival date due to having passports robbed thus unable to travel further. Shocking bot system on the manage my booking site which is the only way to cancel a booking. This Company are a disgraceThey had no difficulty in taking the booking and money from Ireland but cannot contact me because I have an Irish phone number .

I have been trying to remove passenger from our booking and it's been few month and we did not receive credit either no changes has been made, this is first and last time I am making booking with them, very disappointed! Customer service is so useless, no contact whatsoever.!

they suck absolute ass, I tried to change my booking, got a response to contact them, but they DON'T ANSWER. now we are 15 days from our flight and do not know what to do as we have to pay a extra night as our original flight was leaving during midnight and the new flight is leaving midday.

Where do I even start! do not book this is a legit review I’m not trying to claim no insurance back I haven’t even travelled yet booked a hotel that later I wasn’t happy with wanted to change it I couldn’t there’s NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, their line rings and cuts you off as it’s an automated operator, been contacting them since September so for nine months now day in and out calling and calling and nothing and I’m travelling in a week got in touch today finally I could’ve cried, after being on the phone for 1 hour and a half the lady hanged up on me after I told her my query, you can speak online chat however the advisors are extremely rude and unhelpful, do not book with these guys the amount of stress tears and headache that I have they’re not letting me change hotel saying there’s no availability for any hotel where as there is when I go onto other websites as well as on the love holiday websites there’s availability for the exact dates and rooms I want however they’re just not letting me change no matter what I don’t mind paying extra but no one’s bothering to help me, I wanted to cancel holidays ages ago but I’m gonna lose over 50% of my money Contacted British airways to find out more about my flight details, British airways are then telling me that love holidays haven’t been transferred my details over to them and I’m supposedly flying in a week, nothing to do with British airways it’s all on love holidays and they’re incompetency. I’m honestly telling you guys they’re a money making scam ran by a bunch of scums, pay the extra money and book on actual legit holiday websites where there is support, flexibility and an actual customer sevice team . I’m reporting these guys in to the fraud team with my bank.

Our booking was for a self catering appartment. Our room had a fridge and a tiny kettle ! Great room, but not self catering. The hotel said they have converted to hotel room only status. They did offer us all inclusive for 700plus euros extra . We were unable to contact LH or a rep in any way at all. Nor get any help at the hotel . I don't have have photos of the non-existant hob, sink, pots&pans, tea towels, crockery, etc. We have STILL never managed to re- make contact with Love Horriddays. BOOK WITH THEM AT YOUR PERIL.

We had a trip to Rome. Transfers both ways to the airport and back didn't turn up. We ended up getting taxis and being out of pocket. We then missed our flight home as a direct consequence. We then had to fork out for different flights to London. Our car was parked at Manchester! Horrendous. You can never get in touch with anyone either. Terrible customer service. Awful company.

rude, dismissive, information was incorrect and seemed annoyed that they even had to speak to me. Between this and the ambiguous and anxiety-inducing email saying my flight 'may' have been cancelled and the incorrect info showing on your online portal I decided to cancel our holiday rather than take it through this provider.

Booked a holiday with Loveholidays to Costa Adeje Tenerife staying at the Sunset Bay Club for a week. The apartment was very good and had a brilliant balcony over looking pool, can’t fault anything except the transfers, the coach dropped us off 10 minutes walk away from our apartment at night in the dark. I understand the coach couldn’t get any closer because of the narrow roads, but the driver couldn’t speak any English and we had to find the apartment on our own. Loveholidays told us to confirm our pick up which we did. Pick up was 4.30 got to our pick up point 4.10 waited 1 hour no pick up, telephone the numbers for the transfers nothing, so got a taxi to the airport. Contacted Loveholidays about the transfer situation nothing. It’s been a few weeks now and they can’t be bothered to do anything about the problem, so my advice is to give Loveholidays a wide berth, you get what you pay for, remember Loveholidays aren’t interested they just want your money

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE. Have tried to get in touch with customer service for 5 days now and no response. Once they get you to book they will never answer your calls, online messages or emails. I need to change my booking but literally no answer.

Two days before my trip I received an email saying my hotel had been changed to another hotel. The terms and conditions on loveholidays state that you would receive 7 days notice of any changes to my booking. When I did arrive at the hotel they asked for payment of €249 or else I could not stay the night. I had already paid loveholidays but the hotel manager said they did not receive any money. Once I got to my room it was not the same as I had booked. My room only had one bed, however upon reservation I booked a room with 2 beds. I contacted the agency and they told me to submit a claims form online. I have followed up with phones calls to be told that there is nothing further they can do and I should wait to see if the claims team think I should receive the extra money I paid back. 3 weeks later and still nobody has been in touch. I will not be using this agency ever again.

The absolute worst company I have dealt with of any description. Avoid at all costs. Brutal customer service. 15+ hours worth of calls (all one way, they don’t call or email) to try and reschedule a suitable return flight from America to Ireland after the airline had changed the times. They refused to help us or offer an alternative. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pay the extra and book with another company.

We complained in our resort about issues we were having no action taken. We have done two emails about the quality of the holiday and lack of information given about the holiday if I ai had been told of the issues I would have booked something else. There was inclines and many steps everywhere,not good with heart problems we should have had more information when booking the hotel or more to the point massive complex,it was situated under the flight path,dusty work going on every week day under our room. The bathroom has ants,ripped sheets on the bed,paint coming off everywhere,the cafe or factory canteen like conditions. There was a good choice but poor quality food. The staff worked hard,clean and efficient but not very friendly. Needless to say we will not be going back,we are very disappointed with Love Holidays,we have had no reply at all about our concerns,it seems they have your money and that’s the end of it. Doubtful we will use the company again.Could write many more issues about it but it’s annoying to think it goes no where!! Mrs K Barkway.

Booked an all inclusive holiday with Love Holidays in January 2022, paying for accommodation, transfers, airport parking and flights. Received conformation everything except for the flights, when chasing this up I had to wait on hold for 45 minuets to find out our flights had changed and nobody had bothered to inform us of the change and now we would be expected to make our own way from Luton to Gatwick to pick up our car after our holiday. Given we had conformation of everything but the flights I very much doubt the flights got booked. When I did eventually speak with someone I was told I have the choice of arranging transport and expenses or changing flights and paying the extra. To be fair to Love Holidays the lady on the phone was helpful and did arrange the new flights (at my expense) and the travel industry has had a hard time of late, but we cant take away I would of been stood with my family asking to go on a flight we wasn't even booked on but had paid for, as Love Holidays failed in their duty of informing the customer.

Absolute joke of a company I’d it is even a legit company! Paid for half board, got an email to confirm it then an email a day before I left stating I now only have bed and breakfast without any explanation or refund. I rang at leader ten times to resolve and spent over an hour on the phone each time. It still was not resolved! Girl on the phone was extremely rude and when asked for an explanation for the new email she hung up the phone. Avoid this company if u want a stress free holiday!
