Still awaiting reply after been ripped of by hotel manager for 257 euros and locked out of room because of an accidental spillage never go to interpalace by blue sea in tenerife Common crooks who try to make you feel like a criminal the only crimnals are them for calling it 4star

We are both in our mid 80s with health issues .We flew to Barcelona for a transfer to Lorett we were put of the coach (having to remove our own cases from under the coach ),then was told that the hotel was over that way 600mtrs into the middle of town.Same thing on return at 5am ,no interest shown by the company implying HARD LUCK, DONT USE THEM asked them to point this problem to future bookings as yet nothing.The holiday was great

Terrible company .hotel nothing like they advertised. Resort rep none existant.Hotel in icmeler filthy we payed for another hotel on our card love Holidays offered me £41 compensation please dont go with them contact me for all.pics ets 07716253432

You will book a holiday and have no communication with anyone but a bot. LH is not user friendly and any amendments needed will not be dealt with immediately. I wanted to cancel my booking and get a full refund. My email was ignored and confirmation email returned to me. Not a service I would recommend to anyone and would not use again.

Their customer service is non-existent. If something goes wrong there is no back up! You cannot communicate with them directly, just a "chat" line which wastes 2 hours of your time to be fobbed off at the end. The only time you can communicate better is if you stop payment at which it's by email. You can't talk to anybody unless they are selling!!

Used them a few times with No issue, But on the 20/09/2022 the French strike Ryanair contacted love holidays and love holidays never informed us. we flew to Alicante and made our way to Malaga and when we got to the hotel they had no reservation for us. they gave us a shabby room. we lost out on a lot and it cost us a lot of money. I will never used them again and people should be careful. All fine when nothing goes wrong, but when you need them it is hell. Book it yourself

01234 230 430 - Don't bother. On hold for hours, got through, they put me on hold and hung up. This company has booked the wrong baggage on a flight and now is refusing to give us what we paid for. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I’m trying to claim a refund from my insurance company for my daughter who sadly was unable to travel due to heart conditions she also has down syndrome and doesn’t understand why she could not go away I have tried on numerous occasions to explain to a love holidays representative I need a letter stating her name and how much her holiday cost as a individual All I get is you need to do it via the website which I have so many times but I just can’t get the relavant paper work from them to send to my insurers

I booked a holiday due to start on the 11th of November in Greece. Due to flight changes I arrived at 1am the next day. I got confirmation from love holidays via their live chat before my trip that I would be able to check into the hotel at 1am. On arrival, my hotel was not booked, I had to pay an additional fee or else I would of had nowhere to stay. When I asked for a refund from love holidays they refused. Not impressed with their service and would never recommend

Be careful with loveholidays. We booked a nice experience 5 🌟 hotel in Turkey through them, when we arrived to the hotel we found out that the hotel was overbooked and few of us from the UK were moved to a cheaper hotel that was in the middle of nowhere. No support nor compensation was provided by loceholidays. It was our first and the last booking through them

Absolutely rubbish holiday company. When things aren't right they don't want to know. We were a party of 12 and when we arrived in Turkey there wasn't anyone there to assist us in where we should go etc, so the holiday was a mad rush to start with, then when our holiday was coming to an end we were to return back to the airport. There wasn't no transfer for us and nothing turned up to collect us leaving us all stranded at the hotel so we had to pay 150 euros for a private transfer even thou we had originally booked it when booking the holiday. We also had to pay further cost to check in online which again was pre booked, there's no one to speak to and no reps so they leave u stranded..they rang us at 4am in the morning the day of the departure day trying to put us on a different transfer destined for Manchester even thou our departure time was 2pm to Birmingham so when we tried to sort the issue nobody was interested. We also pre booked our seats but again when we were checking in we were all placed all over the plane even thou we had pre booked at extra cost. Honestly avoid booking with love holidays because if u have any issues when away then your on your own to sort it.. I'll never book with them again. We even tried making complaints when we returned to the UK but again they weren't interested.. There only interested when u are paying them money.

Our daughter booked us a trip to tenerife that we are due to go on 1st December. She paid 6 installments and love holidays insist the final one was not paid. All payments where made through the my bookings section. When you contact customer services it takes over an hour to get through then they terminate the calls.. The rudeness of the staff are amongst the worst I have ever witnessed. After speaking with our bank they have told us that love holidays have received all payments. Please never ever book with them. Pay the extra fee quid and book with your local travel agent

Terrible customer service. The only thing they can do is terminate the conversations before you have the answer . Leaves you very frustrated and I cannot believe they get away with it. Please avoid this company.

Charged me for transfers that we did not book, contacted them prior to holiday date. Would not refund and caused endless headaches with my car rental. Would not use again and will be telling everyone not to use.

Beware Love Holidays/Hotel Edison New York. I have just flown out to New York having booked a year ago with love holidays. We believed everything was included with our price however we have just been hit with a $200 fee at check in for facilities fee for water in our room, breakfast which I have already paid for in advance and use of the gym which we have no interest in using. To eat breakfast in hotel you have to pay $5 each day per person, plus tip . I understand there is a city fee which is fine, but a $200 facility fee which we haven’t budgeted for is not. I have been online chat to Gagan (love holidays) for past hour, and they seem to disconnect my chat. Surprise surprise no managers are available I have spoken to hotel managers who said love holidays should make clients aware of this. This has totally ruined my husband and my 20th Anniversary. Also make sure the room you booked is the one advertised, we have moved twice so far. Only good this about being here is the location

do not use. They will take your money and offer no service at all. They are so unhelpful and just cut you off if you try to contact them (it's actually impossible to talk to them by phone anyway)

This company will Leave you high and dry.. Dont use We booked flights, transfer and Hotel through love holidays. We arrived at tunisia with NO luggage.. All 4 cases missing holding everything including medication for heart failure and respiratory disease. We lodged this with the airport and were told that the next flight 7 hours later might have them on. We told the transfer this and they said "don't worry your rep will sort" . They insisted we got on the transfer. We then travelled 180km for 3 hours with NO baggage... We got to the resort and we were told that noone had ever heard of love holidays.... The guest relations tried the UK number numerous times for in resort services with no reply. Tui and the "meeting place" tried to help. The transfer company refused to help even though with our permission they could have looked for our baggage. We were stuck in an Arabic and French speaking country with no help whatsoever. I managed to "speak " with the online chat on Sunday 16th whom were unsympathetic, unhelpful and deleted all the chat.. Funny that. They would not even give me relevant phone numbers If we had of been helped we might of been able to enjoy our holiday and be reunited with our baggage. As it turned out our 10 day holiday became a 7 day holiday as it took 3 days with loads of assistance from guest relations to actually be reunited with our bags... You sell yourselves as a package holiday but you aren't.. You are nothing more than a broker.. Your in resort reps dont exist. Your online chat services are managed by uncaring, unempathetic alleged humans. Once the "holiday" has been sold you provide nothing at all.. No support at all. I would never ever have booked with you if I had realised you aren't actually a package company. The flight wasn't even a connecting flight.. 50 mins to run through CDG paris Airport.. Its crazy.. To spend 3 days of a holiday that you've saved hard for distressed, anxious and unsupported is an absolute disgrace Shame on you.. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. You are cheap for a reason. Far better booking everything yourself then at least you have control and dont rely on non existent reps I have had discussions with citizens advice bureau, sent my complaint to rip off Britain, trading standards have been contacted... They are disgraceful.. The offer they have given me is a £75, voucher to use with themselves.. Appaling

Twice day after day I try to book a holiday in Cyprus on 04/2023. The first time the price increased by 30% when paying, and the second time it increased by 60%. They took the money willingly (in advance), but the tasks were not fulfilled.

Do not use Love Holiday, I couldn’t go on holiday due to sudden family bereavement in May. I need no show evidence for my insurance company and love holiday won’t provide it! I’ve spoken to the hotel and they won’t provide evidence as I booked through a holiday company. Can’t speak to anyone in customer service, only the live chat which is really unhelpful. Totally disgusting customer service, will never use again. I just want my money back!
