amazing from start to finish my hotel I originally booked was unavailable and love holidays contacted me offering another hotel.. was paranoid after reading reviews! But soo glad I trusted my instincts and went ahead! had a fabulous week in Benidorm thanks to love holidays!!!

Zero stars would be more fitting. Currently involved in a lengthy court battle to recover funds from a holiday which failed on all counts. Customer service does not exist. This firm will lie to authority at every stage in order to avoid paying what’s owed. Do not book with this company. It is unbelievable that they are still allowed to be trading.

This company will take your booking and deposit, then rip you off by increasing your price!! Then the don't deal with the issue. They take your call then hang up on you when you want to speak with a manager or raise a complaint. Do not use!! This is for a current booking and more and more excuses, with no resolution! Have spent over 7 hours this week trying to get this resolved and you keep hanging up on me, so i have tried on the phone and chat! Stop making excuses and deal with all your unhappy customers!

DISGUSTING customer service. I amended my hotel due to terrible reviews that had recently been left and I was advised to do this via Livechat. This was all processed through the app but 10 days later I still hadn’t received confirmation of my new hotel. I have chased this up today on Livechat and spoke to ‘Amanda’ (my second interaction with Amanda - she needs serious re-training on her customer service skills). I was told there was no availability at our new hotel and they had cancelled the booking at my original hotel. They were going to let a family fly to Turkey and arrive without anywhere to stay!!!!! She then proceeded to have an attitude and give me the wrong information about hotel availability and processes. I have now asked TWICE to raise a complaint. And both times I have been told I don’t have reason to complain and the chat closed on me. To top it all off, my outstanding balance was confirmed as £49.88 on Livechat but they have sent me an email advising I have £913.59 still to pay. WHAT IS GOING ON???? I am one VERY disappointed and disgusted customer. My advice to anyone thinking of booking with loveholidays is to think twice and run!

ABSOLOUTELY DISGRASEFUL COMPANY! Booked a holiday to Sharm El Sheikh last Tuesday only to receive an email a day later saying part of the booking couldn't be confirmed & that I would be contacted within 72 hours to resolve the issue (obviously them falsely advertising and wanting more money). It is now Monday the following week & I am yet to be contacted by any representative of the LoveHolidays team & when trying to call customer services, forget about it!!! You get put through to an automated service machine which asks you to put in your LOV reference number .. which off course I haven't been provided with ... and without that you cant speak to customer services! Live Chat? Nope forget about that too as again without the reference number you cant access that or the Manage my booking section either. Quick enough to take the £1000 out of my bank account though! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Appalling, rude and completely unhelpful "Customer Service" (via online chat only). Obviously pay peanuts for people to respond to the chat who know absolutely nothing. Tried to check in the day before our flights to be told by the airline that they had my 10 year old down as an adult and there was a chance she wouldn't be able to fly. After being told by Love Holidays to contact the airline and vice versa, the final Love Holiday employee we 'spoke' to basically told me I should have noticed earlier! There was nothing they could do, and she ended the chat. We ended up driving to the airport the day before to speak to the check in desks there to see whether we'd be able to travel. They reassured us. If Love Holidays could have told us that 6 hours earlier it would have saved a 2 hour round trip and a lot of distress. What's the point of paying them for a service they don't provide? Do not use - book direct with the airlines and hotels.

Me and my partner went on a trip to Egypt Via LoveHolidays. I cant say the trip and the Hotel was bad however due to how unorganised the Company as they forgot to book our Hotel, on arrival in result this caused me and my partner extreme stress not knowing if we'd get a room. In the end we got a room which I had to put down a deposit, the next morning I had to call direct from Egypt to England (the customer service wasn't great and took too long to handle everything) which cost me almost £100 in fees which I tried to get back however due to the Insurance Company they provide the insures you is completely terrible and they rather make money than help their customers. Strictly wouldn't recommend this Company for any Holidays, go and find a different provider but make sure to read reviews before.

Sham company! Held the price while we booked it, took payment and then didnt send the confirmation. Only contacted us after 1 week after us chasing them only through sales phone line and they then increased price by 50% as air fares changed. Kept sending emails after 72hours saying they are working on it, still no solution untill we called new sales bookings, Absolutely unacceptable, never again!!! 2301GBLCTT8A Wasted our time and such a disappointment

Not surprised about these reviews There rude, unhelpful and they still refuse to send me the email address I need to log in to ryan air account who i have booked the fllight with So untill i get this i am worried i will have to pay fees to check in at the airport which will be 55 pounds there 55 pounds back There a disgrace i would say bordering on evil South africian call centre where the cutomers service is based are completelly useless And after looking at the reviews the transport wont turn up probably My god what a gangster company Iam thinkimg of cancelling it I dont even know if my flight will turn up there or back Why are they still in business The owners are obviously gangsters Everyone should complain to there mp Why is love holidays still im business ?

RIP OFF COMPANY do not use , cannot get in contact with any one phone numbers send you round in circles then hang up on you I have lost over £1000 and had to cancel holiday due to lack of information

Dreadful company, ripped us off badly, will never, ever use this company again. Shocking experience, charged for rooms we did not use, but we know they re-let the rooms. Double Accounting for profit and a disgraceful company, would advise anyone to stay away. Rating minus 50, rubbish dishonest company.

I wouldn't even give them a star! An absolute joke and appalling service. Trying to get hold of someone is impossible and when you do they show no empathy for your situation. At the time we were told by the hospital not to travel as my partner and I were experiencing a missed miscarriage. Having tried to cancel the booking we finally got hold of someone once we were supposed to be on our holiday and told because it looks like we are away we have to wait until we were back to use the post travel query options which I now can't do as they've cancelled the booking and can't use the manage my booking option. The company is a disgrace!

Shocking apartments, not as described on location, extremely tired with hole in bath filled in with poly filler and some h & s issues. Loveholidays were no use, we checked out by ourselves after 3 days ( it took that long as it was Xmas) Love holidays closed the case on the accommodations owners say so with no photos and not listening ( also closed the case prior the owners response?) complained again when we got home and the offered us a £75 loveholiday voucher not the costing for our accommodation else where. Love holiday I will not use your voucher as I will NOT ever book with you again. You are a rubbish firm who has now customer care or concerns for yr customers. AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS,!

I am disappointed with the flight connection they gave me and the hotel The way going from Manchester to Dubai, changing in Istanbul I missed the flight as the Turkish Airlines were late with 2 hours and not enough time for my other flight. The same happened on the way back Also the hotel location was not good at all So it came not really cheap When contacted loveholidays they apologised but said they can’t help

Like other customers, our Transfers did not turn up, either from or to the airport. So even though we had paid for transfers, we had to get a taxi both ways. LH said it is not their problem and to contact my insurance company. I explained that the transfer company were not answering our calls, even the emergency no. Basically they don't care. This was to Rome in December. Absolutely terrible customer service. Perhaps everyone should take them to the small claims court.

Ref lov 4487320u Hi all I booked 2 weeks at the concorde el salam front Hotel with love holidays and when I got my confirmation the front page showed I was staying at the concorde el salam front Hotel but the hotel voucher had the concorde el salam sport hotel address on it . When I queried this with love holidays they confirmed I was booked into the concorde el salam sports hotel. I explained that I never booked to go to the sports hotel given the type of hotel and dire reviews. I was told then that I would have to pay extra money to stay at the front hotel which after some consideration I thought it would be better to get it sorted now and paid the extra money . I received my new hotel voucher but it still has the concorde el salam sport hotel address on it and love holidays will not confirm I am at the front hotel . I have spent many many hours trying to sort this out with love holiday but am getting nowhere so I am going to give the 7 days to confirm I am at the concorde el salam front hotel or I will reclaim the money. If this has happened to you contact trading standards as the are using the hotels similar names and location to miss lead you .

*scam Company* We booked transfers through love holiday, on our arrival and departure the transfer did not show. Whilst on holiday we contacted LH for reassurance the return transfer would show up and it did not as a result we had to pay additional taxi funds to the airport. When we googled the transfer company they used all reviews state the company is a scam. I provided this evidence to LH including receipts dates and times. LH refused to refund or address points raised. Even more disappointingly they are still using this same transfer company meaning other customers will have to go through this same stressful experience!

We booked a £4000 holiday to Cuba on the 28th of December, all inclusive for March 2023. After paying the full amount, only by chance we were made aware that we may have to pay an additional £300 for US Visas because our flights change in Miami (we aren't even leaving the airport). I contacted Love Holidays via their live chat (which by the way is the only way to contact them). A very obnoxious agent called Banele told me that they cannot give any details as to travel requirements and I needed to check online. I then asked to cancel the holiday and was informed that I would only receive a refund of £1867.87 of the £4000 we have paid. We are also unable to speak to anyone on the telephone as it is more than 4 weeks until our holiday. Starting small claims claim today for the full amount. Absolutely shocking behaviour and Love Holidays you should be ashamed of your customer service.

I booked our Christmas holiday to HL Paradise Island in Lanzarote love holiday said it was 5 star it was awful experience It was myself husband and 3 kids that went it’s a very ruin down hotel my husband got attacked by some man on the second night he was never removed we had to see him everyday there were flys invested in our hotel room it was never clean we spent over 5000 on this holiday we checked out early as we could not take it anymore and love holiday could not do anything they said cause we checked out but we had no choice it was awful it was my first time booking with them and it will be my last to save yourself hassle don’t book through them
