I booked a package holiday through these guys and didn’t think anything more of it. Having been on many package holidays, I’ve never really checked the distance from the airport to the hotel as it’s usually within reason (1 hour or less). Get to the airport and it turns out the hotel is 3 hours drive from the airport the package flies from!! We had to get a taxi to the bus station for €42, a bus down to almeria for €40 and then an 1 hour and 10 minute taxi for €120!! We come to find out there’s a closer airport… Why did would this package not fly into almeria airport for this hotel?! It is my fault admittedly for not checking the distance but it’s not clearly displayed and you just always presume it’s close, I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before. Took us nearly 7 hours to get to the hotel from the airport all in all and my mother is in her 60s, with a bad back, lugging a heavy suitcase around for hours on end. We only brought €210 cash as it was all inclusive hotel and a 4 day trip. Contacted their customer services, sat on hold on the chat for 45 mins, despite logging on when they first opened, to ask if we can change airports, get a transfer or what else can we do, said they could do nothing and don’t seem to care at all once they have your money. Will be putting in a formal complaint.

Booked a holiday with flexible payment plan and completed the wrb form with deposit. Upon receipt of the confirmation we learned that there was an error with the names. Luckily I had screen shot the original webform, my partner wanted to forward me the details before proceeding as I was away. The first thing a customer would naturally do is to contact the customer support, apparently they cannot be reached at all, no contact telephone or email or even a post. The only way to contact them is via Insta chat which I found it odd. We explained our issue and our expectations is to be dealing with a "Customer Service" but instead it was an arrogant angry 'pimp behaving' person who was extremely defensive not accepting any of our explanation and insisting that the fault lays on us. Bare in mind that we only requested to correct the names, finally the agreed but for an extra charge, just to change names We refused to pay and explained that it is not fair, the arrogant person snapped and said that our order is canceled, no refind will be issued and they will not discuss this booking any further, also threaten us clearly that if we informed our bank they will then dispute and fight back, then he left the chat. We informed our bank that our order was cancelled for no reason from their side, we provided our story and in return, the the arrogant customer care has Don exactly what he said, he informed our bank that we initiated the cancellation and now our moneys are gone.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this travel agent had an amazing week in dubai booked by this company. Can't thank them enough Raffles the palm. Absolutely amazing hotel. Would also recommend booking at this resort. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to all staff. You were all amazing and the owner should so proud of each and everyone of you. . 01.07.22 to 08.07.22

Horrible company to deal with. Poor customer service, rude agents on chat and no phone numbers to call. We are still waiting for a refund.

I will never use these cowboys again, Wizz air cancelled the flights and had no contact from LH takes ages to get through on the online chat then someone takes several minutes to answer just 1 question you ask them, to be told someone will contact me within 7 days they never do, still awaiting there contact and refund, called Wizz Air to be told they refunded LH within 7 days of our flights been cancelled and still no refund from these cowboys, PLEASE DONT USE THEM

Loveholiday is a total sham do not book with them .They are not members with ATRO oi AITO , they deliberately make impossible for customers to raise complaint. The complaint form they refer to doesn’t exist and the only way to contact adviser is through online chat . They will not call you to discuss your issues, or respond via email. When the chat closes down the thread disappears. They only way to attempt to get your money back is by the following : Section 75 Charge back Or a small claim Please avoid at all costs they are crooks

I had to cancel my holidays due to my mom accident and health condition. They helped me out to cancel the holidays with no fees. Friendly service, really helpful. I would definitely book another holidays with them once my mom gets better. :)

This is my experience with them. We went to Antalya, Turkey and stayed at ‘Azure Deluxe’ resort with my family through this company and my grand daughter had her arm twisted and we had to see their nurse, but she couldn’t help us therefore she called a doctor and they took my grand daughter to their small hospital owned by them and they have charged us in Euro1600 for just a small treatment which we were shocked by as it was a RIP OFF. We have the invoice as a proof. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone in my life.😡

I would give the review no stars if the option was available. I've never had such an impersonal,experience on what was supposed to be a magical week. Where to start, firstly we couldn't check in online, due to love holidays nor providing us with correct log in details. This meant I couldn't check in online meaning we had to pay £55 each at both airports. Then we get to Italy & no airport transfer either way. We then waste the 1st & last day of our mini honeymoon organising public transport & taxis in a country, where we fo not speak the language. We tried to contact Love Holidays via email & phone calls and we got mo response from either. I will NEVER, EVER AGAIN use this joke of a company(and abaddon joke at that)!!!

do not use love holiday no customer service we payed for transfer which did not turn up, the only way i could contact them was on live chat and asked for a refund . they pretty much dismissed it and said tough so no refund ,again do not use this company

Terrible company . Lots of customers believe they are a scam . No customer service . No chance to explain faults in booking or make changes . No relationship with the hotels ( mine has never heard of them ) . Avoid at all cost . BEWARE !!!!!

Disgusting company. Took my money for a booking then sent me an email saying pending. They were unable to secure my booking and offered me another option for over double the price. I requested a refund which they agreed to and then sent me an email with refund of 0.00. I had to start a dispute with support from my bank. Do not use this company.

Had to cancel my holiday last year due to covid so changed to this year but although love holidays sell you the flight they don’t manage the booking your expected to re book the flight yourself its so confusing, long story short I’ve now got no flight which I’ve paid for because they only sell you the package and don’t manage the flights if you have to change. It’s so confusing I wouldn’t book with them again and their reviews are terrible wish I had read them first

Booked a bed and breakfast for Zante staying at Letsos Hotel, 16/06 -26/06. We had a delay with our transfer from airport to hotel by 40 minutes upon arrival it seemed the company were trying to build up numbers to as many on the bus as possible ended up sharing someone’s private shuttle as the we’re staying at the same hotel. Upon arrival we had to pay 100 euros for air con safe key and holiday tax, the first room we were shown was awful not as advertised on love holiday web site, in fact prison cells look better. I quickly refused to stay in the room was offered a second with a balcony which we had paid for on our booking, the room was slightly better but wasn’t great, in fact the room was rotten , dirty shower area , kitchen area dirty, fridge area dirty and very dated bedroom furniture. The mattresses were not great no mattress protectors, towels were old and rough. It’s a real shame as with the correct level of cleanliness and revamped rooms the hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was a joke, basic selection, if you didn’t get there early there was no eggs, limited bread, one coffee machine hence having to wait, staff were not in ant type of uniform, one young girl just stood texting and eating the breakfast food, on one of the mornings it looked like someone had been sick and the remains stayed on the floor for the whole time we were there having our breakfast. The outside pool was very big lovely design but just didn’t look clean, watch one night how pool man just went round outside edge with a fairy liquid bottle presumably with some chemical in it !!!. Love holidays you need to make a visit, so many of your customers complaining at the desk, in fact one of the reception said to me before I mentioned who I Booked my holiday with guessed it was with you and said to me you won’t be staying here again. It seems that if you complain about rooms they offer up a room that’s advertised and want more money to up grade.

I had a flight delay of more than 24 hours, and they said they can't refund, I couldn't change or exchange my tickets because they made the purchase. I lost all my trip, all my vacations, horrible emotional exhaustion, I was at the airport for 7 hours and I didn't have any support, I'm devastated, I lost all that money, I lost my vacation, and I didn't have any support, they just said they can't do it anything. Since I bought directly from them, it's only they can make the exchange, I lost all the money and my vacation, apart from the stress I've been experiencing since Friday, because I spent more than 400 pounds on this trip, I DO NOT PURCHASE WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS, in case have a problem, they just don't care, you lose your vacation and your money.

SCAMMING THIEVES, BEWARE. THEY HAVE FALSLEY BEEN ADVERTISING HOTELS THAT HAVE NO AVAILABILITY OR HAVE CLOSED DOWN. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND IM DUE TO FLY OUT IN A FEW DAYS BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION. THEY HAVE DEMANDED MORE MONEY FROM ME TO COVER THE EXTRA COST FOR AN ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT AND NOT MY FAULT BUT I SOMEHOW SHOULD BE LIABLE FOR THEIR ERRORS. IF I WAS TO GO THROUGH THE LIST OF ERRORS THEY HAVE MADE, YOU WOULDNT BELIEVE IT, TRUST ME ON THIS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HOLIDAY EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED. THEY HAVE REFUSED ME A REFUND AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO UPGRADE MY HOTEL OR GIVE ME SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION. INSTEAD THEY HAVE DEMANDED FOR ME TO PAY EXTRA MONEY OR FOR MY HOTEL TO BE DOWNGRADED. I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM A MILLION TIMES, MESSAGE THEM THROUGH THE APP A MILLION TIMES AND I EVEN SENT A LETTER TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
