I’ve had multiple issues and find the customer service to be extremely slow, difficult and often rude. They will not speak to you on the phone unless you are within a certain period of travelling. But in my instance, I was 3 months away from travelling and the connecting flights had changed 3 times. So understandably I would like to speak to somebody quicker. Replies through app take anything from six hours on one occasion up to two days via message. You also find that they don’t answer all of your questions on message and that they repeat the same things as if they haven’t read it and they are copying pasting from pre-scripted jargon or talking to a virtual chat assistant. The outcome of my flights being changed cost me nearly £600 because all so offered me was a 16 hour wait in an airport for a flight. I asked if you could re book and allow me to stay over and you refused. Also when you make payments it goes wrong because I had an instance where I made a payment and the money was taken but the website says that I haven’t paid. That took 2 weeks and your were still trying to take the money every day and offered no answer having asked multiple times. I ended up paying 2 times and recovering the money from my bank as you did not help Asked multiple times for an email address to make a complaint and they would not supply. They kept giving me a phone number to call and when you ring it there is an automated service which asks for you booking reference. If you are not within 4 weeks then it will not accept the call. Asked for a voucher to re book another holiday and was refused. Had a call eventually as I was trying to transfer to another holiday and the cheek I was quoted over £200 more than they were advertising on their own website for the same holiday Having asked to speak to a a manager I was refused on multiple occasions. Having asked to raise a complaint multiple people did not do it. I left a review on trust pilot and someone replied saying please send more details and we will look into it and I was again ignored. (You were hoping I wouldn’t response so the review could be removed) Final nail in the coffin. I get to the hotel and there was 398 dollars to pay as you had not paid the resort fees before I arrived. I have stayed there 23 times prior to this going with other companies and not once did I ever have to pay fees on arrival. I checked my paperwork to make sure I hadn’t missed something but no. No mention of it when I booked and nothing on the paperwork. I contacted the on-site resort team at love holidays for support who sent a screen shot of the 3rd parties website that you clearly used stating fees payable on arrival. But I had no view of that as it’s obviously where you have booked it not me…. Then suddenly overnight it appears on your website what a coincidence. I then get told it’s on the website and I have to pay it. Considering these fees were for cleaning the room and maintenance……. The room was dirty upon arrival which we had to clean. There was mold on windows and ants in the bathroom. The bed was not changed once in 2 weeks. Housekeeping didn’t show up on 4 days. 2 times I called maintenance for a leaking toilet and broken ice machine to which nobody came so the fee was a complete joke anyway. I said no to your resort team anyway and I have all your paperwork in front of me that states nothing about fees and clearly states balance due is zero. I asked to be called to discuss and received emails back saying they would not answer any emails from me now and we’re not prepared to do anything. They said to complain when I got back. So here we are. A holiday I originally booked for 2000 turned into nearly 3000 because of your inability to be upfront, honest and helpful. I wasted hour after hour begging for responses and help and you ignored me. You put me out of pocket and didn’t give a Damm. You couldn’t even call me to help whilst there! 24 times I have been to Orlando and never have I ever had so much trouble. You completely ruined it. I couldn’t even upload Äa reasonable post travel query as site limits to 3000 character ( including spaces) Horrible horrible company

Please don't west your money ,I add pictures have a look ,The information on love holiday website was inaccurate, and I was misled into booking the holiday them. I have recently booked with love holiday company at the Voxx Inn Family Club Hotel in Marmaris, Turkey. I booked the holiday for July 2023. We booked for nine nights, all-inclusive This holiday was advertised in the Love Holiday website brochure. In the information for this hotel, it stated that there was a 4-star hotel with Turkish bath, Indoor pool, Sauna & massage, Table tennis and fitness at this property, and because of this, I booked my holiday with them. when we arrived, we found out that all the facilities had been closed a year ago. I spoke to the receptionist, and she confirmed the hotel did not have all the facilities anymore. The room they offered us had a lock problem. We missed breakfast the first morning since love holiday website stated 7-10 a.m., but the hotel's breakfast hour was 7-9:30 a.m. The hotel was dirty, and the room service was terrible; they didn't clean our room for three days. There was no tea maker in the room; and there was no toothbrush cup holder in the bathroom. Your website states that it is a four-star hotel, but it is no better than a bed and breakfast. It ruined our holiday because of poor facilities, a dirty hotel, and wrong information.

I booked a package holiday to Fuengirola - Las Palmeras Hotel and was very much excited to go on holiday for the first time in a year. Before booking I checked the reviews and everything seemed OK (I may have only looked at around 5 or 6). Anyway, thought I would have a look again (now that I had booked) and I have noticed that people have reviewed and said that they have experienced lots of cockroaches in the hotel rooms, that the pool is dirty and also the fact that construction works have commenced so that you can't even enjoy and relax by the pool if you wanted to. I booked an AirBnB and a new flight. I contacted LoveHoliday to ask them if they would refund me the admin fee, they said that they would come back to me within 48 hours but didn't. Four days later they came back with "We've spoken to the Supplier and they have confirmed that the hotel is fine, have a nice holiday". I have now cancelled the booking and spend 40 minutes on the phone to someone who said that this can't be refunded, she spoke to the 'support' team who relayed the same information. I then proceeded to ask to speak to a Manager, no one available. Asked to speak to the 'Support' team, no one available. I felt sorry for the call centre agent if I'm honest, she even admitted that she would like to start looking to work for a different company because she has to deal with this everyday. Anyway, they have now stolen £75 for doing absolutely nothing apart from incorrect advertising a hotel. I am disgusted that a company could be so unhelpful and not even have a care in the world. I will be sure to make reviews on every platform to shame this awful company. Disgusting how they can just take money from people without doing anything!!! Fuming.

I booked all inclusive with this agency, but they are not at all careful with what they put up for sale. They are very unprofessional, they play with people's vacation. I booked all inclusive 4 days before departure. After I paid for the package on the 2nd day, it still shows the confirmation in waiting. I called them saying that the flight is no longer valid ... but the money was taken from the account.They sent us to call from one agent to another...nonsense. I don't understand if in that package the flight is not longer valid with any company you work with, why are you still displaying it?😔😔😔

Booked all inclusive trip to Turkey back in early July - took a few weeks to choose the right destination & right hotel. Then, with just over a week to departure, Loveholidays email to say the hotel has overbooked and we will have to find alternative accommodation. After a few days waiting/'chatting', they came up with one choice - a similar hotel but nowhere near a resort or the sea (first hotel chosen was close to both). I asked to cancel the whole package, to be told the flight was fixed and couldn't be changed. With only two days to go to departure day and no further support from Loveholidays, we had no choice, other than to accept the change of hotel. Unfortunately, the 5* hotel was average at best and 3 of our party were unwell from day 5 onwards (we suspect the food and upon return, our doctor is running tests). On top of this the transfers to & from the hotel/airport were appalling if not downright dangerous - too fast and on bad roads! I have since written to Loveholidays customer service and they have basically done nothing other than to say information will be passed on. I would avoid using this company - last minute changes, little support and poor customer service.

I made a booking on Loveholidays for a package deal but tried to amend the booking less than 2 hours after confirmation. Most quality travel agencies will permit free amendments in this timeframe as a gesture of goodwill. Not so with LoveHolidays. As there is no way to contact them on the phone unless your holiday is less than 28 days away, I needed to submit a ticket, which took them over 36 hours to respond to. Of course, they then stonewalled me (no amendments or refunds are possible) for several hours before deigning to call me, only to stonewall me on the phone again. I spoke to their manager, who had more power to make changes, and at-least attempted to rebook the flight, however given that now almost 48 hours had past since my original request the flight change was going to cost £400 extra (to stay one fewer days at my destination!!!) Of course this was not worthwhile, so I have kept my original booking. They offered a pittance of £25 discount for my trouble (and this was only after negotiating up from 20). Avoid for package deals at ALL costs!

Only a reseller of Holidays so don’t get your hopes up until they confirm your booking. Hope that they can because if they can’t, you’ll be fighting to get your deposit back. I’m three weeks in and they still haven’t put the money in my account, even after receiving an email confirmation of the deposit return over 10 days ago.

Had to cancel holiday, due to urgent ongoing situation. Contacted wizzair, who said we can have partial refund on our flights.when no refund came after several weeks, contacted them again to be told refund was issued, but paid back to "loveholidays".......so, trying to contact them.....as they have our refund....no joy!! Thieves and scammers, spring to mind, i'm surprised they are still operating....need to be closed down, judging by all the very bad reviews!

Dreadful experience Would never book with you again I booked a hotel on your site and paid in full and then booked my flights,only to be told 5 days later that it’s been cancelled. And you have a alternative hotel which had the worst reviews ever,not even an explanation Worst company ever takes your money and cancels your booking. AVOID don’t have your holiday ruined by this awful company

If I could give this website 0 stars I would! Three days before our holiday they cancelled our hotel so we had to pay a further €271 on top of €571.55 that we had already payed for a new hotel. Our flight to Albufeira was at 5:15 we landed at half 8 in the evening, by the time we went through passport control and got a taxi to our hotel it was 10pm when we landed at our hotel we were told last check in was at 8pm which was never specified on our booking! The hotel cancelled our room and we had to pay a little over €1000 for a new hotel for the 5 nights! Our hotel that we previously booked told us to contact love holidays for a refund, I tried ringing the emergency contact for love holidays that night and they would not answer, the next morning I rang again and the told me they could not issue me a refund when they knew what time our fight was at as they booked it, they knew we would have never had made it to out hotel in time and they failed to mention that last book in was 8pm I have all the emails from them and they still said it was not their problem, I told them I was taken legal action in this and which they responded by hanging up the phone and blocking my number. I went online after and read reviews on how this has happened to a number of people. I will never book a holiday with them again! We were lucky that we had the money to get a new hotel but what if we hadn’t? We were on the streets outside the hotel for a good 40 minutes late at night before our taxi arrived to bring us to a new hotel, I will be taking this further and hope to get a refund! Please don’t book any hotel with love holidays they are a scam we should have realised this when they cancelled our first hotel and looked for more money off us.

Me and my brother booker holiday trip to Agadir . The hotel what's scrap not like presenter on the web site of lovehoidays. The food what's horrible , room olddd al.broken no hot whater toilet broken and dirty , no A/C WHE SUFFERT FROM THE HOT 55° , I SPOKE TO RECEPCIÓN AND THE HOTEL DID NOT DID ANYTHING ABOIT IT . I.SPEND 1450£ for nothing , MUSIC TIL 4 AM , THE BUFFET LOOOS LILE A BUCHER ROOM , lovehoidays said the will get back to me and nothing happend. No solución nothinggggg. I AM Soo ungryyyy uffff 😡😡😡 my hard worker money IS LOST .AS WELL THE OFFER THE HOTEL UNDER 3 DIFFERENT NAMES BE Carefully. DO NOT BOOK WHIT LOVEHOIDAYS.COM THEY WILL LEFT YOU STRANDET . BETHER GO TO YOUR LOCAL HOLIDAY Agency EVEN IF YOU PAY MORE .

company I booked a holiday with this company. I had a personal family tragedy and could not travel the date i had booked. I was told i could not change the date of the outgoing flight and would have to rebook the package as it was non refundable. I booked a new outgoing flight myself. My return flight was then cancelled, i had to rebook this flight also. Love Holidays customer service is non existent. They never informed me that if i didnt turn up for original flight it would be seen as a no show and my return flight would automatically be cancelled. They failed to inform the Hotel i was arriving a day late even though i asked them to in an email. The trip cost me a fortune. All Love Holidays have done is pass the buck telling me to contact the airline even though they are the ones who booked my trip. The airline told me to revert back to Love Holidays who will take no responsibility. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone Date of experience: 05 June 2023

AWFUL Experience with LOVE HOLIDAYS We are having a truly terrible experience with Love Holidays. We are staying at Club Resort Atlantis in Turkey.The resort is not 5 star as advertised. It is old and dirty, the pools are small, there are not sufficient sun-loungers, the hotel is overrun with feral cats particularly in the restaurants and food is poor. The electricity in our room goes off several times during the day and night. There is an open fuse box in our room which sparks when you have to click the switch to get the electricity to come back on. Our toilet is broken and the water has been switched off. Despite booking a twin room for our teenage children (16 and 13), we were allocated a double room and our 13 year old son is therefore sleeping on the sofa. Despite writing to Love Holidays on the first day of our holiday and phoning each day since, Love Holidays have not responded to us to address our concerns. We only go on one holiday a year and are very upset and disappointed. We will be seeking a refund from Love Holidays when we return to the UK.

Just a warning don’t book with loveholidays because they charge you more than the price shown on their website then refuse to answer why they have done this if you question it. I have been over charged by £337 and they have refused to do anything. I either have to pay this for my holiday or pay near on the full amount of the holiday to cancel. Never again will I book with this company.

Booked Radisson blu Crete . Told it was 5* hotel.More like Butlins holiday . I have travelled worldwide and this is not a 5* hotel . Accommodation and ambience lovely . Hotel staff non cooperative ,never saw the Manager or PR people.No staff really will I go to help . Food atrocious , bad quality and placements of tables no spoons paper place settings . No staff went out of their way to assist . I wanted a chilli oil at the barbecue night which I had previously been given at the Italian a La carte the night before .Response from the waitress was “hell kill me”referring to the Manager ,if she gave me the chilli oil. Breakfast is a night mare everyone scrambling to get food. I have never experienced this before . Awful experience sad because rooms are lovely, and setting is beautiful. I believe in the old days it was a proper 5* hotel .don’t be fooled into letting them tell you it’s 5*. Will not return to this resort !

Stay away they take lots of money from you and book cheap hotel images below breakfast at the hotel they booked us loveholidays refused to refund our money but the hotel was willing they told us the money we paid to loveholidays was not 70% more than what they charge

Booked an late deal all-inclusive last Sunday, made an immediate payment and received an email to say that confirmation may take up to 72 hours. 84 hours later and heard nothing so I made contact with them only to be told that they would need an extra £1000 for the flight alone. We were due to go in 8 days! Thanks for leaving us high and dry 🤬🤡

Awful communication and organisation. Had to cancel holiday due to medical condition and had to contact the airline myself as they couldn’t, wouldn’t and didn’t do this despite having a copy of medical letter from consultant saying not to travel. I booked a package holiday with 1 company but unless your buying they do not want to speak to you in person and insist it’s all done through an app. Even after I contacted the airline and cancelled t a refund they then debited £2500 from my account although there medical team knew the holiday was cancelled . I got this back but ultimately lost £1250 and would never use Love holiday again Be warned as per the many reviews they lack a moral compass and are only interested in taking your money Love holiday feel free to contact me but I know you want as you have my money and that’s all that’s matters to you

Booked and paid for double room with cooking facilities. Got small studio with single beds and no cooking amenities. Told love holiday's but they do not help. And deny responsibility. Do not use this company.

a transfer from Hell , we were met by an ancient , rusty , filthy car that wouldn't start , when it did it overheated and the driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped us 5oo yrds, downhill from our hotel the return was worse the driver spent 45 minutes trying to find his own car , and couldn't so we had to get a taxi from the hotel ( who were excellent ) loveholidays were pathetic and showed no customer care
