Terrible experience, my flights were cancelled in April for a May holiday, no response to emails and no contact details provided. Waiting for my refund for almost 2 months..

Shocking that they have taken away any option to contact recently. My flights have been cancelled by Jet 2 for 6th July, yet my final balance of over 5K is due on Monday 16th June to love holidays. They are still going to take that payment for a holiday I cant go on. I can not change the dates to next year and I can also not afford for over 5K to leave my bank for a holiday I cant have especially when this company is dishonest and you have absolutely no way of contacting them. They have seriously impacted on my mental health and wellbeing.

This Company has no care at all for customers. I dont think they have a customer service department. If they do they are asleep! No contact about cancelled flight in March. No idea if I am going to get a refund and the chat line does not work It is the first time I have gone through an agency in booking a holiday and it will be the last. Dont book with these people if you want a stress free life

Shocking company. Almost impossible to get in contact with and when you do they cut and paste replies. Deceptive and provided updated T&Cs to my card provider when I had to initiate a chargeback. Fraudulent rip-off merchants

You say about refunds, and waiting from airlines, this has no impact on me. I have contacted the appartments and no monies have been recieved by you for my holiday, so in short you have my money. I do understand that there are difficulties with Customer service contact due to the Covid pandemic, but why not have people dedicated to answering emails or phones, which can be done easily with social distancing. The Live chat function switches off after you ask a question, that's if you can get on it first! only option is live chat running 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri, which is no help considering the amount of worried customers out there. I myself have a vulnerable person who has just had their Shielding extended right up to my holiday, plus the isolation issue coming back, which i cannot do as won't get paid, so can understand my concerns. All i want is to be able to transfer my holiday to next year without incurring huge costs! surely that can be sorted quickly over the phone rather than tell me someone will get back to me then cut me off! Unless they sort this out then not interested in booking with them again, plus advise others not to unless you enjoy the worst Customer service ever!

Absolutely disgraceful, paid them, they cancelled the holiday due to covid 19 (which isnt there fault) flights been cancelled aswell, i booked a package holiday with them and yet i got do all the work to try get my money back, been 2 months and nothing!

Since I booked our holiday with loveholidays and since the outbreak of Covid 19, I have had nothing but issues with them. They are impossible to contact. When you ring them they wont answer, they then have an answering machine on a different number 0035319038497, when you ring this number they ask you for the digits of the booking you made, when you enter this all you get is a repeat of "what, what" and this goes on and on. When you try and contact them on live chat all you get is we are currently experiencing large volumes of enquiries please refresh this page later. They are an absolute dissaster to deal with and never again will I have anything to do with Loveholidays, and my advise to anybody in Ireland would be to avoid them like the plague. They were very quick to ring me when they were seeking the booking, but once booked they throw you under the bus, no back up service at all.

Payed £4700 only been offered a refund of £1900 and told to claim the rest back off the airlines myself 1 I payed LH as a package so it’s down to them to get my money back plus the airlines won’t give it to me as LH payed them not me . Plus I can’t even get hold of LH to tell them I want the full amount I’m not accepting less than half I have sent loads e mails this is just shocking I hope after all this they go bust

They are conning customers out of there hard earned money by selling holidays that they have no intention of honouring this is fraud they should be made to pay for their crime one way or another

My holiday was cancelled due to the Covid 19 which is not LH fault. However when I went to rebook it was nothing byt hassle. I received a credit refund note minus the cost of the flights. The airline confirmed that they have processed my cash refund but still no refund from LH. I then asked if I could rebook for October 2021. I started on their live chat and was told all I could do to arrange this was call the new bookings number. I called the new bookings number and they advised that they could not do this and it would have to be rebooked online. I asked them if I could use the refund credit note as the deposit and part payment towards a new holiday and they advised that I could not do this either. To rebook my new holiday I would have to pay the £98 deposit and could not pay the remainder over instalments but would have to make a one off payment. I am now stuck with a refund credit note that is no good and cannot apply for a cash refund until Jubne 2021. They may have excellent reviews on feefo but this is only because you can only leave a review on there if you are invited to do so by the company itself so their reviews are completely biased. I will NEVER use this company again

I am having to admit defeat with this company and instead pursue a refund via my bank. Loveholidays have not been in contact since confirming my request for a cash refund, and have not replied to any of my emails or messages. I consider myself the lower end of the spectrum of "difficult" customers, but I too am absolutely losing patience with this company. I have multiple service providers to chase for 3 separate holiday bookings across the summer; Loveholidays has been the worst. Consumer rights have completely depleted. They have taken down their phone lines, their customer service has been horrible, internal messages are ignored. The travel industry is going to crumble if it continues to disregard customers in such a way. It really is a terrible shame.

Absolutely disgusting, checked website to find holidays cancelled upto 18th June from an update on the 4th june only to find that on facebook they saying holidays cancelled upto 25th june. I travel on 10th july this is not going ahead because easyjet have already offered refund LH still insist that the full balance needs paying on 20th june (£2400) even if holiday were to go ahead this would be with 1 weeks notice with 2 weeks quarantine after. Before this Corona mess we had problems trying to add an additional person and change documents which were wrong, our holiday is costing over £13000 as there is a group going, we wanted to add an additional person only to be told the cost would be £20000 I know this you may laugh at and think not but despite numerous phone calls regarding this price the price was right that LH were trying to charge us.

Didn't even want to give this a 1. Absolutely disgusted with this company robbing people of money in these difficult times not to even communicate with your customer's looks like we will have to take a trip to London. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NEVER!!!!!!

I would give them a 0 star rating if it was an option. I booked and paid for a holiday to Egypt. They then cancelled it because the price went up, with no way for me to contact them or dispute why they were cancelling it. They said the hotel was unavailable. So, I logged back in to book the exact same holiday, and it wasn't unavailable, it had just gone up in price by £200. Why advertise a price of a holiday, if your not going to honor that price. This is disgusting. I had booked parking and an overnight stay in the airport hotel for this trip. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. It may seem cheaper, but they will ultimately just cancel your booking, if they want to increase the prices. They will do this without consulting you and without providing a way for you to contact them. I have been trying to get in contact, but there is literally no way. On top of that- i wont get the "admin fee" returned to me either. AWFUL COMPANY- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

love holidays are refusing to refund my holiday which was due in April. I have tried on numerous occasions to get in touch via live chat and phone calls. surprising enough the other group which we were travelling with has got their refund and I am still being fobbed off

Absolutely shocking service!!! I hope no one ever uses this company ever again! Refusing to refund me the money for flights even though jet2 has refunded it to them! Will not be using ever again!!!!!
