Do no shop at Lowe’s! They do not stand behind the products they sell! I bought a weed eater 92 days ago and because it is past the 90 day window the will not exchange it. I even bought the extended warranty and because of a “new” policy change Paul the assistant store manager of store number 1064 on garners ferry road will not exchange it like they have in the past with the extended warranty. They are making me go through craftsman for repairs which I’ve never had to do before. And I’m out a week eater until repairs are made. Anyone wanna we’d eat for me? Buyer beware. Do not shop at Lowe’s and hopefully you don’t have to deal with Paul at this store!

I ordered over $600 worth of merchandise for pickup at store 0181. I ordered it on the 31st with plans on picking it up on the 1st. it seems like I received a text for every item that was picked telling me it was ready. so my buddy brings his truck and trailer and we go to the store and are informed that half my order is at another store. when I asked why, I was told it happens quite often, and when I asked what they were going to do about it I was told that it's not their fault, it's .coms fault. my buddy asked her what does it say on your shirt? it says Lowes, we are in Lowes, the order says it was placed for pickup in this store. we are not here to point fingers but we would like a resolution. "We can't help as it's not our problem" so I asked for a manager who took forever to show up, and I asked that he please have the items shipped to my house at no cost to make up for the mix up. "I can't do that , it would be up to the store that has the merchandise to ship it and I doubt they would be willing to pay the shipping." in addition one of the fence panels they picked was a piece of garbage and it took another 35 minutes to get someone to replace it. by far the worst customer service ever!

I spent $10,000 on new flooring that Lowe's recommended the installer was having problems and he was fired a year later the floors buckled up contacted Lowe's they said too bad for you been over a year talked to the factory I sent videos to the factor of the floor buckled they told me it was installed very wrong as they looked through the whole house Lowe's told me that's too bad I also bought window coverings from Lowe's that didn't fit they measured them they sent new ones and didn't install them. I had to grout my bathroom tile cuz it was 3 weeks before another installer could come they also put my flooring in the driveway then called me and said it has to be in the house for 72 hours im 67 years old I had to haul all that into the house they left the floor all tore up when they fired the guy my girlfriend fell on the pile of carpet they left and broke her femur. They even hung up on me a few times when I tried to talk to him it was just been a year don't call us again when I wrote this review a few weeks ago Lowe's replied to that saying we want to help please contact us gave me the number it was the number that you call and you get an automated talk to a sales rep she was like tore up about it hold on 10 minutes later manager got on told me too bad. All I can say is if you do business with Lowe's be very careful once they have your money they don't care.

We ordered a French Door to replace the old one we have. We paid them to come and get measurement and we placed the order on 6/1/23. Installer came 7/21/23. They got our old door out and started installing, but it was the wrong size. The installer is different company called Hermosa window and door. He said it is not the right size and to small and he started felling in the gap. We said no, but has no choice to let him finish. He kept telling us its Lowe's falt. He finished and left. We called right away to the Norwalk Store we bought but no help. We kept calling the following several days. Finally we got the specialist who sold it to us and said will take care of it. Till to day nothing has been done. We still have the wrong door installed, and coustmer service is so bad. We are looking to take legal action unless they resolve. We will never buy anything from Lowe's again. Please, do not trust what they say and tell you, it was never right. Lowe's has a big problems.

Really disappointed in Lowes delivery service. Ever since they went from Lowes doing this own delivery and now use a third party delivery service it is horrendous. I bought a refrigerator a month ago with a scheduled delivery of 8/24. Sadly that refrigerator had to be put back on the truck because it looked like it met up with a baseball bat. The guys were great, had no issues with the washer/dryer they brought in. And, they did not express bringing in the damaged refrigerator if we wanted them to until it could be replaced. But declined that offer. They were going to get another one out asap. Or so we thought. Lowes delivery service decided to cancel the order and refund the money but didn’t tell us until we questioned the new delivery time. Placed a new order on Friday the 25th and they were scheduled to deliver it on the 26th. The two guys showed up and refused to bring it in because there was steps up to the front porch. They then refused to bring it in through the basement garage and up a small flight of stairs. They refused to bring it up the yard and into the back door. The loaded it back onto the truck and told us to order a smaller lighter refrigerator. We had ordered a 26.8cu Frigidaire and they wanted us to swap it for a Hisense. Called the delivery company and they said they would bring it back the next day only to find out they cancelled the order yet again and today was told to find some other place to order from. They promised call backs and we had to be the ones calling them.

Months ago, I approached Lowes with a project to select and install a door separating the living room from the room. The plan was for the room to be locked so the children could sleep in it. In Lowes I was told that it must be a special order and this size and all they have is a folded door, like in a wardrobe. I agreed. After more than a week, a specialist came to take measurements. I asked some questions about the project. After satisfactory answers, I was convinced that the project would be well done and I would arrange a children's room during the holidays. I didn't know then about other things that the specialist didn't tell me. After a month the door came but I had to wait a few weeks for the installer - the same man - specialist. He installed one door behind the other, took him away, said that they had brought the wrong dimensions. I wasn't happy with the installed doors but he said I had to wait until he installed them all - then I could advertise. In the store 2 days later I was told that the dimensions of the door were good and as given by the specialist. I waited over a month for the specialist to come. Whatever he was doing, he didn't take any notice. I was surprised by the behavior. The door did not close properly and left large gaps. I even showed in another room how the door from the wardrobe even looks like. All I've heard is that it has to be. But it is what it is. My mother, a much older woman from specialists, when she wanted to explain and she doesn't speak English, he dismissed me that if I don't like it, I can complain in the store and if they tell him something is wrong, I can return it. I would mask the gaps myself because that's how it's done. And the fun has begun. I went to the store to advertise the door. There I showed the pictures and they agreed that it shouldn't be like that and that it's no problem, I'll get a refund when I call the distribution and installation. They handed over the phone. I called several times explaining the whole story each time. Finally someone asked me for an e-mail with photos that it needs approval from the manager. After 20 minutes I received information that the door was installed correctly and the return request was rejected by the manager. At first I thought it was a mistake so I called again to make sure the manager had seen the photos. I heard this is the final decision. I know I have a point. I also checked the return policy at Lowes and I couldn't agree more. The justification from the manager was that Lowes would not accept the doors that were installed. I notified them that the specialist installer said that I can advertise the door after installation. Again I heard that they can't do anything because the manager refused. I asked 2 independent contractors for their opinions. They both said that they should not offer me this door for this door frame. They were surprised that the specialist did not inform me about it. Both admitted that the dimensions of the door are wrong and the gaps should not be so large. After this opinion, I tried to contact Lowe's again to have my arguments heard and reconsidered. I was looking for contact even to the regional manager and lawyers. But I was denied such contact. I will raise the issue on facebook. I presented the case and photos again on messenger. Someone was supposed to call me within 2 days. After 5 days of silence, I contacted them again on messenger. And someone called Lowes an hour later. The man was rude. He was only trying to shout at me that the installation looks fine in the pictures. He didn't listen to me, he yelled at me and just tried to make me laugh. He apologized but admitted that he would not get a refund because the door was installed as it should be. That it's my fault because I should have known what I was ordering. He didn't listen to my arguments, he just raised his head, which made me raise my voice as well. Jessie - employee ID: 4688473, please give him a cookie for this. No professionalism whatsoever. Disregarding and selling the client.

I ordered paint from Lowe's which should have been a on the shelf item. There was no Lowe's a thousand miles closer to me and Lowe's send my product across the country and it was supposed to be here more than a week ago. I called Lowe's and they said as long ass it is in shipping, they won't do anything. Until I receive the product, I can’t even cancel the order. What should have taken a day or two, has been a couple of weeks. The $426 I spend has cost me more than this order and Lowe’s don’t even care. I will not deal with Lowe’s anymore. What is happening to these companies that can't get help, but on the other hand, these companies show that they don't even care. Good bye Lowe's, I will not be back!

I usually don't leave negative reviews. That being said I hope to save others from the frustration that Lowe's creates because they refuse fix the problem of delivery issues. Two stars instead of of one is because they delivered on time, the first time we ordered (washer and dryer) an appliance. The second order was for a fridge. We had to reschedule delivery. They arrived a week late and 3 hours after window without calling. So we figured it was just a one time issue. Then we ordered a cook top and over. This time they didn't show up and no phone call. I called to see where my items were and it turned out the delivery drivers were tired that day and went home early ?! A week later our appliances arrived. I opened the box to see my pretty new cook top. What was in the box was a thousand pieces of broken glass. two weeks later the new cooktop was finally delivered. This one was also broken. The frame was bent and the unit didn't work. We couldn't get it replaced unless we tried to get it fixed first. It was under warranty still I had to get a repairman to come and diagnose the problem, a part was ordered and then I waited a month with out it coming in. After some arguing about who should replace it (the manufacturer or Lowe's) I was given a replacement. This time we went to the store to pick it up. When we arrived I asked them to open the box before we left. It had a big crack down the middle. 40 minute drive to Lowe's 40 minute drive home! re ordered another cooktop finally after 6 months we had a one that was not broken or bent and worked. Well We gave them one more chance because you can't mess up that many times right? Wrong! Ordered a fridge for our garage, August 14th received a text in the evening to be ready for delivery the next day. got a text that morning( Aug 15th) saying thee couldn't deliver. I called to see why and they said it didn't get put on the delivery truck, "we are sorry for the inconvenience". Well it won't be an inconvenience for us again. Please read the reviews. Many other people have had the same issue with deliveries from Lowe's. Pay a little more if you need to, you'll avoid the frustration of incompetent delivery service and they haven't fixed the problem.

I purchase a fence from Lowe's, and had installed through Lowe's, and when I had trouble with the installers the I called the phone number that was given me. All I got from that customer service was a big around and left me on my own to deal with the construction company that Lowe's had hired to install the fence, and that construction company gave me a big around as well. I will never again contract a job through Lowe's, and it is a shame since I had wanted to remodel my kitchen, and using Lowe's contractors, but no more. A very disappointed customer.

I’ve moved into a new apartment and needed a washer and dryer so I turned to LOWES in Easley SC. And I’m so thankful I did. I bought a washer and dryer (LG) that are wonderful. And the best part they were cheaper than a pair I had found on their website. Now, moving into a new place can be stressful especially when everything is being delivered. Well my washer and dryer were delivered as scheduled by two of the nicest young men you will ever meet. John and Jose’ were right on time and as careful as if it was their own purchase and their own place. They had them in and set up before I could turn around. Awesome delivery men👍👍👍 Thank you Lowe’s for great appliances and awesome delivery guys to take care of me.

Lowes is such a racket! Look at all the terrible reviews , yet people return for the convenience. We need to stop! This is not the first time I have had issues, but it is my last. I went to the store off 2nd St in Edmond, OK yesterday. I bought a dryer. I stood at the computer as Jim updated my address and email- to be delivered today 8/8. The delivery guy from their 3rd party co (yet another problem), Riverside Logistics, called and was at my previous address. I told him what happened and he said nothing he could do, lowes would call me. They did about 10 minutes later. After about 30 minutes on the phone with them (the delivery guys could have driven to my house and set it up in that time) “customer service” said they would have to start a new ticket, couldn’t deliver for 3 more days, and did not offer an apology or any sort of compensation. I could not do this as I was going on vacation leaving Friday. They did not care. No empathy. No trying to resolve. Just said this is policy. Would not get a manager for me. Would not give me the phone number/email to the delivery co. Pretty pathetic customer service- they shouldn’t even call it that. Cancelled my order and said I want an email confirmation of my cancellation. Said I might not get that until tomorrow since their delivery guy would be on deliveries for another 3 hours (yet could not make it to me) and they can’t “cancel” an order until they get it back to the warehouse!!! Then don’t cancel- deliver it!!! I asked her how I would receive an email confirmation if she could not update my contact info unless I rescheduled my purchase- she said she would make a note. Im sure that will happen. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't order double front doors and a storm door from the store, I had to special order it. It took 2 months to finally get measurements done, I was assured I should be having the install complete in 30-45 days. It's been 3 months of constant updates going back and forth that the storm door is on back order but the front doors are in. The next call in 3 weeks they say the storm doors are in but the front doors are on back order. I put the entire amount, $10,000, on my Lowes card which maxed it out. I am unable to charge now and now I'm getting interest applied. I had planned to pay off the doors in 2 large sums to free my card up and avoid interest. This has been a living hell and I'm not sure if I'll ever get my doors. Never, EVER again with Lowes!

I recently had a fence installed by a Lowe's subcontractor. The workmanship was terrible. I had to redo several segments of the fence myself. The fence boards were supposed to be cut to 4 feet from the six foot dog eared fence boards delivered to the job site. There is a ten foot section of the fence where fence boards were cut 47 inches and there is a one to two inch space between the bottom of the fence boards and the ground. The Lowes store I contracted with to have the fence built had me sign a 31 page contract and pay the full price of the fence before construction began. There was a delay before the subcontractor contacted me and when I contacted thee salesman at the store, he informed me that it was out of his hands and he would not help me. If you are considering having Lowes do some work for you, do not walk away, run instead.

Lows of Gulf Breeze Florida. I paid Lows about $20,000 of my money to install a white 6 foot vinyl Fence around my property. It has been approximately 3 months and Lows has not completed the installing of my fence, every time I talk with Lows Gulf Florida I am told they will come out in a few days to complete the fence all the items has been in for several weeks we just have been trying to get the installer to finish the fence another lie. Lows took my money and will not give it back and will not finish the fence. Lows should give me a rebate or credit for taking this long to complete the job after I had paid them in full in advance approximately three months ago before they had ordered the fence. I want the work completed.

Lowes has horrible customer service. I purchased a front door from them. One month goes by and the door is being sent over from another store. Two weeks Later and several messages to the Lowes representative for installation and Premier Service Group, they finally set up installation for two weeks. Receive the message that it was schedule for the 26th. Took the day off work and no one showed. Tried to call Premier 9 times and was sent to voicemail. Left three voicemails and someone finally called me back. They stated that my installation was for August 3rd, we changed it. Changed it without letting me know? They must have realized they messed up, because by some miracle all of a sudden they have an opening for the next day. Take the next day off from work and the installers come. They start the process by checking the doorbell to see if it works. As we all are standing there, the doorbell rings, doorbell rings again, and again as he’s testing it. After testing, they start taking everything apart to install the new door once a new door is installed they hook the doorbell back up. The doorbell doesn’t work, so they tell me this is what happens sometimes with older homes. So you unhook my doorbell, and now it doesn’t work because it’s an older home and it was working before so Premier refuses to step up to the plate and do anything about it I contact Lowes talk to three different people. Manager over installation at the Murray store says we will have an electrician come out and make it right and fix it and eat the charge. Next day I get a call from Lowes representative stating that the manager will offer me $50 gift card to go to Lowe’s and buy a doorbell and basically fix it myself and if I decide I don’t want the $50 then it’s over from there and they refuse to help any further. The inform me that is the only offer on the table. So, my doorbell was working when they started the project and now I get a 50.00 gift card to fix it myself. After this circus, I will never purchase anything from Lowe’s again. I should have listened to all the review over the internet. Horrible customer service. They don’t care about making things right when it was there installers that caused the issue.

Years ago perched at different period of times stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, their customer service was good. NOW July 18, 2023 my new refrigerator was delivered and installed at my home. I asked the installers to change the doors from left side opening to right side opening the reply was we can't do that and it's not recommend even though there are mounting holes in the refrigerator and doors. Went back to Lowe's and was told I didn't tell tell sales when I perched it. Now problem should be done July 22, 2023 STAY AWAY FROM LOWE'S. Should have gone to H D instead. NO MORE LOWE'S for me. All contract installers and do just whats on their paper work. Hershell Ormanian
