I purchased a refrigerator on the Lowes credit card and was told that if there was a sale with-in 30 days I could call and get the price match. When I called I was told by manager, Shiannia, that the price could not be match because now the promotional discount of using the credit card would not apply to a sales priced item. Even though right on the website it advertises the sale price with 5% off using the credit card. I would never purchase from Lowe's again, horrible customer service.

I purchased a complete home new premium window install of Pella windows. The install crew managed to ruin the freshly painted interior walls of our home, only install 80% of the windows, leave gaps in the trim to window surface almost large enough for a mouse to climb through, ruin every custom made supplied sill and signed the job off as complete! I must stress this contract was to replace All the opening windows in the house! I should have hired a bunch of 9th grade kids! They would have done a better job! After spending almost $70,000 on new Pella windows with installation, our home has more leakage around the windows than with the 50 year old windows! There is No pride in workmanship! Installers very frugal with insulating foam! I think they only used 1 can for 13 windows! Why insulate if the customer can't see it? I feel abused! My wife and I feel as if we were robbed. As far as the Lowes customer satisfaction warranty, they have Extremely good customer service representatives. However, the excellent service ends there. Not only does Lowes not honor their warranty, but I requested a different installer after the first day and was denied every request! I begged more than 4 times for a different installer! Lowes will not even respond to my phone calls! Promises are made by customer service reps and then never followed through. They got my money! I am nothing to Lowes except someone to ignore..

I purchased all new premium Pella windows from Lowes because they claimed to have a team of expert window installers. Little did I know that this Expert team traveled for 2 hours one way to install the windows in my home. Apparently, they could not get work any closer to where they lived! They caused so much damage to our freshly professionally painted interior of our home. And then just said, we don't paint or fix drywall. I stated, you caused it! They did not repair it! In fact, they only installed 80% of the windows i purchased and paid to have installed by their experts! My home is now draftier than it was prior to spending nearly $70K on new windows! And, they refused to instal the windows handles and special hidden screens! Lowes does have the absolute best customer service reps and the worst installers. They have big hammers with long handles and they really use them! The house shook! I have about 50 hours in cleaning up after them! I am of the opinion the expert installers are actually a demolition team taking a break. Based on their actual job site work time, I think they gross about $250 per hour.

For over 4 months, several phone calls, live chats and messaging...I have been unable to get the statement service and my site access straight. The last phone conversation i had i wanted to pay all of the account down, as i once again did not get a statement, after i had told them in a previous conversation to send statements via regular mail. Long story short, they have consistently screwed up this billing, consistently screwed up my access and have consistently avoided any and all accountability. After i had supposedly payed the card down (was not even all that much) I get another 'late notice more than a month later for $12.71...absolutely no indication what it was related to, except a small fee and interest amount. I am canceling this card and I will not step through those doors again. I had an 'excellent' credit rate, now I am below 700 because of TWO reports these fools have sent in. Horrible service and damaging impact, typical corporate response.

I put Lowes on my store of last resort months ago due the forced self checkout. Lowes store is very close to me but I will go to Ace or the Depot first. Yesterday I had an emergency as the landscape guy broke my water line. Went to Ace but they did not have the PVC fitting I needed, so due to the emergency nature of the problem I went to Lowes. At Lowes I went to the PVC area only to find it fence off. No one was working in the area so I went around th barrier and picked my fitting. As I was walking to checkout an employee chastised by for going aro7nd the barrier. I asked why was the aisle blocked off when no one was working the area. No answer. Got to the kiosk and entered my phone number as I am retired military and previously register with Lowes. My my name pops up and the attendant wants to see my ID. I show her my military ID, not good enough wants to see my drivers license, show her my license, not good enough she wants me to take it out of my wallet so she can see the back. Mint you I am buying a 3 dollar fitting. This is a prime example of Lowes not being customer freindly.

I spend thousands of dollars at Lowes, service is spotty but up till today not terrible. Live is Sarasota and the hurricane destroyed several appliances. On 10/23 I order a new dishwasher, not an inexpensive one at that. After waiting a week for the installation, when the time came, no show. No one called from Lowes to tell me there was an issue. I called the installation company, they stated that the installer went to the store to pick it up and it was not there. They informed Lowes, who neglected to call me. I called them, after waiting on hold I finally spoke to customer service, they were unable to explain why I was not contacted and that they told the installer to the wrong store to pick up the dishwasher. No communication just meaningless apologies. Even though they have a 2 day policy for missed deliveries they are now telling me they can't deliver the item for 7 days from today. My advice to you is to do business with a local retailer, not a big box store that cares little for their customers. If you look at the reviews of Lowes you will see that this is a common issue with Lowes and they have very low satisfaction reviews.

Renovations Plus Water Heater Installation - Disappointing and Unsafe Service We trusted Renovations Plus, arranged through Lowe’s, to install our water heater, expecting a professional job with safe, high-quality materials. Unfortunately, they cut corners by using a standard metal pipe instead of the required copper, likely due to poor inventory. As a result, we’ve been unknowingly using water with potentially harmful metal particles for our family’s showers, dishes, laundry, and even our pets’ needs. We only discovered this issue when another contractor pointed out the improper installation. He also noted that some connections were left loose, causing leaks that needed tightening. Clearly, the installation was rushed and lacked proper oversight, which leaves us questioning whether they rely on mistakes like these to secure future maintenance work. To make matters worse, neither Lowe’s nor the third-party installer is taking responsibility, leaving us with an unsafe setup and no accountability. This is not the kind of service that prioritizes customers’ health and safety, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value quality and responsibility in your home installations.

Ryan Neff is the best Sales Soecialist I ever had!!! Thank you soooooo much! You did a great job. Still not finished. We will meet again. ! He knew a lot, he took care of every concern we had. He listened and found solution for our kitchen plan. Milton flooded our home in fort Myers. So we have to rebuilt the kitchen. Bought a dishwasher back in 2021 and also purchased the 3 year extended warranty. Fast forward to 2024 and it is in need of a repair. Had the repair done on January 19, 2024. Warranty expired on September 7, 2024. Now the dishwasher is faulty again with the same codes that was "fixed" in January, I call and they refuse to fix the issue because the warranty is expired but said that I can purchase another extended warranty. I just tried purchasing another warranty and was told I cannot because the appliance needs a repair. Tried telling them it is the same issue as before and they don't seem to care. Lowes customer service and the extended warranty program are the absolute worst. They do not care about the customers at all. They only care about $$$. I'm sorry but unless you make the customer happy, the money will not continue rolling in. It will go elsewhere.

I’m in the process of recarpeting my home so I’m doing it in stages, first purchase went fine, when I was notified that the next purchase was ready to pick up I had my installers pick it up and install it, after they had finished I went to look at it and it was completely wrong, 3 trips to the store speaking to management was a complete waste of time, called the store manager and left a message and never heard back, called corporate and was told they would contact me in 24 hours and that was over a week ago, $1500 dollars down the drain, I will never do business with them again

Loews promptly delivered my freezer but the delivery team said they do not reverse the door! They said to call Loews for someone else to do it. 20 minutes later Loews called to see how I liked my new freezer. I explained it is unusable and they said the delivery men were supposed to change the door and this was their job. 12 calls, 11 days later and 2 more scheduled service calls and Loews still has not come back. This includes "KIM" hanging up on me 3 times (the first 2 times she apologized and said her phone messed up!, this probably was a lie) and then claiming I was yelling at her when I explained to her I was frustrated at Loews, Never did I yell and their calls are recorded! Loews reviews at every site are extremely poor (most under a 2)!

Ordered a chest freezer. Needed help moving it so didn’t open it for a week. Open it up and there’s a big dent. Also, they have it in sale for $200 off. They wouldn’t honor either. I even have a video showing me open it the night before I called. They have a 48hr policy on all appliances since they’re the most expensive. Wouldn’t even give me my veteran discount that wasn’t applied. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWE’S AGAIN!!

Yes, my washer j just purchased not even 2 years good started making knocking noises, so I had to find the receipt because I also got a 5 year warranty on it also, they came out the technician couldn't speak English so he ordered more parts, don't hear anything else, two months later someone else comes and knocks around inside it and still we don't know what's wrong with it..I'm never going to Lowes again..

I went to 3 Lowes looking for a specific griddle that shows they have them, I get to each store and wait for assistance they have all the sizes built except for the size I need…why not have a display of all 3 sizes for sale. Pathetic pathetic….definitely not a fan of Lowes anymore….terrible customer service….

Absolutely the worst Lowe’s ever been to. Customer service absolutely horrible especially the guy in the pro desk, absolutely rude, raises his voice a customers will never shop here again and their price gouging people for hurricane supplies

I went to my Lowes store here in Salisbury to find a cordless nail/Brad gun . I found one I was interested in but there was no price . A young man that worked there named Preston stopped and asked me if I need help and I know nothing about tools so I said yes . Preston explained that the nail gun I was looking at by the time I got it , the battery and charger would be close to $300 . We'll I could not afford that so said goodbye to Preston and went on my way . About 5 minutes later Preston walked up to me and said he found a nail gun that came with everything I needed all together for about half the cost of the previous one . We'll turned out the model he had found was way, way better 5han the one I had been looking at earlier . Thank you Preston very much. Edward M. Kirk

I Love Lowe's Employees and Supervisors. I got off work doing a Double shift and was sleepy, very tired. My day had to keep going for another 4 hours. Went into the Concord Lowe's, with my New Landlord. I asked for a Payday candie bar, I needed sugar The employee , I believe her name is Susie went around the check stand and grabbed a Payday for me. I said " Who does that these days". I told her Thank you so much , I just moved here and got off work and am exhausted. I asked her to find her manager, I want to compliment your work ethics The Supervisor ( Charles) I believe his name is came over , I told him Thank You for hiring such a considerate human being to work in the Front To my surprise Charles was even over the Top with Great Customer Service. He gave me a plant for my new house and told me Welcome. I Love Great Customer Service. I will spend my money anywhere that gives great Customer Service. I told Charles I was going to contact their headquarters and Compliment this Store. I want to hear and they have been given an extra compensation. I will follow up. Many stores are losing customers because of faulty service. I want this store to get a Free lunch as a Thank You. Lowe's your staff is a higher level of integrity and ethos. This is my to go store now. I will buy all my products at Lowe's. Thank you for excellent choice of Hiring The Best. Tina Flores
