“I love my coach Viktorija! I am currently in my first bulking phase after reaching my weight loss goals with Viktorija. She always gives me amazing feedback on my workout videos. She reads between the lines of what I write in my journal and finds ways to make my life easier without having to ask. For example: my goals are all around being more efficient with my time after work so I can fit in my workout at a reasonable time, getting more rest, being more organized etc. I have also struggled with some chronic injuries that oftentimes I will just push through. On my next check in Viktorija lowered my reps and recommended ways for me to perform the exercises with minimal risk to my injured bits.
Whenever I push too hard, she reminds me that enjoying vacations, weekend getaways etc are meant to be enjoyed but at the same time offers ways for me to still reach my goals. She is encouraging when I get discouraged, and gently reminds me why I should be choosing healthy snacks vs the stuff that causes inflammation when I’m already stressed. She offers feedback on my food choices when I ask, and always makes me feel like a rock star!”
