“I started coaching not entirely sure what to expect, but I’m so so happy I took the leap. I started off with nutrition only and realized after a month I needed to add on training as well. The results I got are phenomenal! I started this at approx 158 lbs thinking I needed to lose maybe 10 lbs. I was shocked when I hit 10 lbs and kept losing and losing. I’ve hit as low as 131 lbs all while keeping my strength up and feeling pretty damn good. All of this to say I couldn’t have done it without my coach Colt. He was motivating, made sure to point out where I was slacking with tact and kindness but also not letting me get away with stuff haha. He always knew what to say to get me to keep pushing through hard patches and celebrated with me on the small wins throughout this process. “I have always struggled with weight and trying different low carb fads. I always heard about macros but thought it would be too difficult and that carbs were the devil. I finally invested in myself and got a nutrition coach. I was doing fine with my workouts, but know that body’s are made in the kitchen. I got a coach in the later half of August and got paired with Andrew. He is very knowledgeable and has taught me a lot.
