I am not happy delivery said 5-7 working days .I ordered on the 23rd and has not left warehouse. I need it for Orthdox Easter as are gifts if I knew it would not get Herr would not order. Plus on the day I clicked express and went to standard postal somehow. Plus should not get charged postage when I have purchased over 300 dollars. So I need my items by the 3rd of May otherwise I want a refund so i can go buy something else. No point sending all that money if I don't get them.. Very bad customer service very bad in providing a date for arrival not happy

M&S Newcastle in addition to some other stores refuse to put chairs outside changing rooms to allow shoppers partners to sit whilst they try on clothing. My Wife and I now will not shop at M&S until they improve customer care. Plenty of other shops where they have considered the needs of their customers

I bought rose veal calves liver today and cooked it (lightly) this evening. It proved to be the worst liver I have ever bought. Of the 4 slices 2 were inedible and and were was the sage in the butter. Definitely back to the local butcher in future.

My daughters, one mid twenties, one top teens went in to look at clothing for an upcoming holiday, after spending some time looking they realised the changing rooms were closed and not wishing to buy items without first trying them on they decided to use the toilet and return another day… So placing what they had in their hands on top of a unit they headed into the ladies bathroom, an older woman was also heading into the toilet with several bras… A store worker was in the vicinity and they’d toiled with asking about the changing room, but decided to go back another time when I was available as I’d mentioned an item I’d seen online I wanted to checkout… Anyway long story short, they were both accosted by a male employee who said he was the manager leaving the toilet, the lady with the bras wasn’t… he accused them of stealing again and asked "where is it" "all the clothes you took into the bathroom" then demanded a bag search… well my eldest only had her work bag with purse, drink bottle and work items, youngest nothing to hide clothing in at all… they, the two staff members were highly intimidating and my daughters were quite distressed on returning home… no apology on finding my daughters had not stolen anything! They were treated like thieves despite not being thieves with a very aggressive approach! How hard is it to apologise to customers… Why accuse customers of previously stealing and treat them with contempt despite finding they had NOT stolen anything… Other customers probably felt they were guilty the way the staff/manager spoke with his accusations…. I am appalled by the lack of apology for my girls, one of them with high anxiety who finds going out in public places tough enough without dealing with such an ordeal… it’s set her back in her recovery!

A really good thing about M&S clothes is that the stitching never comes undone, nor do buttons come off. I do wish, though, that M&S would add catalogue details when their Rewards arrive. I once tried to identify an article of clothing which I fancied for myself but I could never trace it to purchase.

Marks and Spencers-poor Marks and Spencers-poor To the person who packed my fruit gift hamper, kindly sent by friends of mine- You could SEE the bananas were blackening, you could SEE the grapes were unfresh and falling off from the stem, you could SEE the mandarins were discoloured- VERY POOR MARKS AND SPENCERS updated review-AWFUL SERVICE, after being promised a replacement basket, then hearing nothing,I sent a comprehensive email plus pictures to M and S ,this had been a gift sent to me, so I had no receipt, but I detailed all the numbers on the box, I enclosed images showing banana skins and cut open bananas with black patches on skin and flesh-inedable-soft grapes which has fallen from the stem, old, satsuma with brown patches on the skin, and one which later proved dry inside-poor quality fruit-today,after ineptitude for 4 days,on 19/4/24,5 days later I spoke to a superviser, he questioned 'black' bananas!!!!?-I call any banana with black patches on the flesh unappetising and inedable!-I can't have the promised replacement as they would notify the sender, and I certainly do not want to upset my friends. BEWARE SENDING ANY FRUIT GIFT FROM MARKS AND SPENSERS,AS I'VE EXPERIENCED, IT WILL NOT BE FRESH,AND YOU WILL BE PALMED OFF WITH OLD STOCK,APPALLING.[trying to add photos but am not being allowed to]

I stopped using M&S after they took down their Christmas 2023 video bending down to hamas supporters and ditching the traditional British values. This shop has no place in UK.

I ordered some goods online and needed to return some of them. I took them back to Malvern M&S . I was assisted by Candice who was lovely friendly and most helpful. All sorted within minutes. Thank you

In the past month I have ordered items with next day delivery , last month it was 2 days late, this week should have arrived yesterday and no sign of it arriving anytime soon. No help from X staff. If I want something next day I certainly will not use M&S. Trustpilot gives 1 and a half stars, not surprisingly

I am trying to return a top I bought online but M&S's online Return function has not working for 2 days - and I have an account. How am I supposed to return it? The only M&S store near me is food only

Same for us none of the above. Just so very disappointed with the “Oh so caramelly buns,” that disappointed, I could not eat the dry buns! The advert for them really scammed us all in to buying them hook line and sinker, never again. WHERE WAS THE CARAMEL?

Just tried M&S gastro pub lamb moussaka, really awful quite tastelless.normally we buy the cheaper one which is much better.been to Greece ten times so we have a good idea what moussaka should taste like. We are seriously thinking stopping buying food from M&S because the prices really going up and in most cases the quality is Goliath down.

I've been a good customer of M&S clothing for years but I am unlikely to continue to be so following your installation of primarily self scan tills at Wolstanton store. Today there were only 2 people on the general till dealing with one person with a problem causing severe queue. Only one helper on the self scan tills and all had customers waiting for help. My problem was getting the credit card loyalty vouchers to work. No instructions. Lots of disgruntled customers. Very few staff. Wanted gift receipt but unable to work this out on the machine. Retrograde step M&S and you're likely to lose customers and goodwill.

Now disappointed by lack of staff to help. No chairs in store for the elderly. Machines are fine if you have good eyesight, good hearing and are computer literate. You are excluding your most loyal customers. I am voting with my feet.

I had a beautiful sparkle candle in a glass holder as present. I went to use it, tried to take very the large label off only for half the label to be left behind ! I know when I try to remove the rest of the label it will be impossible and possibly scratch the glass. Very disappointing as there are easy peel labels on the market M&S could have used.

awful awful customer service. Bought a faulty duvet (expensive goose & down) that is flat in some areas. It's not plumping up and I think some squares have more filling than others. Customer service admit that this is not normal standard but hide behind their no refund or exchange policy. If a company admits that a product isn't meeting normal standards, surely the customer should be refunded - keep that loyal customer happy so that they buy from you again and not your competitors. Well I will not be buying online again. I'm so unhappy with how Ive been treated. I do my food shop in their stores, but don't want to give them a penny more after this incident.
