Shocking experience. I've ordered two items from Missguided from the first time. I've ordered some underwear and a dress on Friday. The parcel arrived on Monday and I was very happy about how fast it was delivered. Unfortunately, when I opened the parcel I've noticed that only the underwear was delivered, and the dress wasn't there! I gave it another couple of days thinking they might have sent the items separately for some reason. I checked my bank account and noticed they charged me for both items anyway. I then went on the website and spoke to customer service through the "chat" option. This is where the shocking experience started. The first customer experience member has ended the chat without answering my question. The second person took over 10 minutes to respond, so I had to end the chat as I needed to go somewhere. The first person was very unhelpful and cheekily offered me a refund and a 30% off my next shop?! I'm sorry, but I don't plan to invest any more money in a company which can't even inform me that they will not be delivering the items which I've ordered. The same person then told me that the dress wasn't delivered because it's out of stock. At the exact moment and time, I went back on the website and to my surprise I was still able to add the dress in my size to my basket?! No apology, no explanation. Absolutely rude and shocking. Number for complaints on their website doesn't work. a charged 0870 number works, but I'm not willing to spend money on a incompetent company who will; probably put me on hold for 30 minutes. Shocking experience. Do not recommend!

Absolutely shocking Customer Service! I returned items back in September 2017 and am still waiting for a refund. I have been promised twice now and nothing has been refunded to me. Each time you have to raise a new query with them and go through the whole scenario yet again and send them evidence - they seem to ignore previous emails with the information on. Not once has anyone apologised to me for the inconvenience or stress of having to try and sort this out. I have now been promised a refund for the third time...so fingers crossed third time lucky! I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs...I know this will be my last time!

They deliberatley raise prices so they can offer discounts. I thought i got a discount but turns out i ended paying the same amount. Misleading crooks

I've been a customer for 3 years now i think. I've never experienced any issues with orders or delivery, sometimes the clothes come and the sizing is off, but i can deal with that. What i cannot deal with is poor customer service. My order was placed 03.11.17, delivery to be 04.11.17. It was never delivered by Hermes. Apparently there was an issue with my address...so i contact Missguided and ask what the heck is going on, because no one has bothered to contact me. I confirm my address to 2 seperate people, and 2 days later its still not been delivered. I ask again where the order is and im told to wait another 48 hours, which i refuse to do. I ask what is wrong with the address, what specifically is the issue, and no one can tell me what the actual issue is. I just want my order refunded by this point, but i'm told they they have to request this back from Hermes and can take 10 days to get back to them, and another 5 days on top of that to get a refund. So today i contacted them again to check it had been requested because i had lost faith that it had. I was told its been requested and i can have a refund now! well why didnt that just happen last week? I felt as though the people in customer services are really limited with what they can do to help you and a lot of it felt quite scripted, as i had the same answers quite a few times. This has put me off ordering with missguided now, because it should have been a lot easier to resolve. If the order is failed, they should have contacted me to tell that there was a so called address query, not me chasing them constantly. Such a shame

Ordered 2 skirts last week. Only one came but was charged for both. I gave it a few days but still heard nothing so I emailed about it. They then informed me that the skirt was out of order so they would refund me within 3-4 days. Not even as much as a sorry for inconvenience caused. Awful customer service. (skirt that did arrive is horrible)

Terrible service. They sent me the wrong return label (wrong weight) which makes it impossible to send back the items if I don´t pay it myself. I try to find a solution but they will not send me a new return label or refund money for the shipping (which will be like 35 euro). Their chat is useless. They don´t care about the costumers at all and are not willing to find a solution for the problems they have made. Will never buy from them again.

Absolute joke of an online store, their customer care team were extremely condescending towards me and spoke down to me after I waited a week for my items because they gave the wrong address to their courier services and contact me 5 days after my order was place in which I purchased next day delivery. I asked them to keep me updated on when my delivery would arrive and they said their really sorry to hear my three items had not arrived yet... never again will I order from this store and I warn everyone to avoid them at all cost and think they should consider hiring new staff as Carla and Miriam were extremely unhelpful and rude

WARNING do not order from here!! Shocking customer service shocking delivery service it's just a disgrace I do not know why this business is getting away with this people need to be warned! I order from missguided rarely because I had a bad experience in the past but thought what the hell I'll give it another go... My bad I spent £92.99 on three dresses including evening next day delivery which was 7.99. I had arranged to go out for Halloween. My ordered didn't arrive and I was left having to wear a dress I've already worn feeling frumpy and absolutely FUMING (ladies I'm sure you know this feeling not the best combination before a night out with your super skinny friends who have brand spanking new outfits) after waiting until 10pm for it arrive on the night I'm going out!!. I sent two emails chasing my order and had no response from CS. I received my order TWO days late... (at this point even my hangover had gone!) Then to top it off I was missing one of the dresses!!!! At this point I feel like I'm about to explode! I contact CS for the third time (bare in mind I still haven't had a response from the previous emails) asking where the third dress is and that I would take it social media if I don't have a response in 12 hours... At 4am this morning this is what I receive.. Thanks for getting back in touch about the whereabouts of your order and I'm sorry that you've not got this and haven't been sent any info on this. We've had a slight backlog of emails which we're currently working through. I'm going to check this out for you now. I've had a look into this for you and I can see that your order has been sent out with the courier on the 28th. They attempted to deliver your order on the 29th but the attempt was unsuccessful. Due to this can I ask you to allow 24 - 48 hours for them to re-attempt delivery of your order? I'm glad I could help you with this Leanna. I hope you have a great night and that you enjoy the new additions to your wardrobe when they arrive. Hi I have ordered a dress online as a present for my friend. when i received a letter with confirmation of my order I realised that due error on the Web site It was wrong name (my name/ not the name of my friend - we do live in different city and it's not possible to take an order under my name) I contacted CS directly and they said its not possible to change the adress What? I asked to change the name again I explained that I made an order only 10 min ago an answer: sorry we can changed the adress After 1 week of discussion They offer me to solve this issy by myself by calling to the post and speak to them directly 1 week - no solution no dress for the bday but Missguided charged me CS didnt help at all I will never order anything on Missguided again

put a co-ordinating top and skirt on a next day delivery. It didn't arrive although it arrived a day later - but only the skirt. Tried to contact customer service - apparently my call is "very important to them" but not so important as someone just hung up after I had waited on the line for over 30 mins. Daughter upset as doesn't have her outfit for party and I can't believe the customer service is so poor

I would not recommend this brand to anyone. I ordered a package over a month ago. I never received an email/ any notice confirming my order, never received an email or notice when they claimed to be shipping and never had any notification when they were supposedly delivered. As an American in a different country, the urgency that this matter was dealt with was very important to me, since I am leaving for the holidays. I tried to resolve the issue every other day since I placed the order on October 1st, with no results. I contacted the company via Facebook, email and their website chat and the limited time I did have a representative respond (3 times in the month I've been contacting them) they all had no news regarding my package. I have filled out and submitted one of their disclaimer forms multiple times. They claimed that they delivered my order, but I did not receive anything, no package or note from the post office was left at the door and nothing was left with my neighbors. This is incredibly concerning because now not only did I pay for some random person to receive my order for free but they have my personal information to do with as they like. I will be contacting the Trading Standard. I'm doing Missguided's job for them to try and resolve this issue. I do not think it is fair that I have had to waste so much time and effort of my semester abroad to remedy this issue.

Missguided seem to be handling the issue of my 'lost' deliveries very carelessly and I can't investigate hermes because they will only answer to missguided. i chose next day delivery to have the items on time for an event. Hermes lied about delivering & the order was lost(my concierge have cameras). I ordered the same items again and they didn't deliver again (said there was an address issue,) even though my concierge see's Hermes everyday and I've been ordering from missguided for a year. I raised the issue with missguided but they are very casual about it. I guess they're making enough money not to worry about losing a few packages or customers

It has been a week since I placed my order with Missguided and paid for next day delivery. They gave me a code for a 25% discount which I used successfully. Or so I was told. They took my money without any discount and I have yet to receive my purchased items. Every time I email them they respond asking for my order details and address etc... I provided the required information three times and I am still in the dark. I have never experienced such a terrible service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Placed an order on Friday for next day delivery so expected the item on Saturday. It didn’t arrive so I contacted missguided who confirmed that they’d not had my full address. They confirmed it wasn’t my error and rectified it supposedly and passed the details to the courier. I checked my tracking and nothing changed and no delivery on Monday. I contacted them again and they told me the same about the address being incomplete and this happened again the next day and the day after. I’ve still not received my parcel and a little fed up with having to provide my address over & over. I eventually contacted the courier company who told me they didn’t have to correct address at first. Then when I explained that I’d provided it 3 times over they checked again and said they had it and that they would try to arrange delivery. I’m not happy because I use other companies such as H&M and ASOS and delivery is so easy and quick & if you have a problem they have a number you can call to speak to someone and are so helpful. Missguided have not been helpful at all and buying an item has been stressful and time consuming. They’ve taken payment of course and yet I don’t know if I’m ever going to get my item and if not will I even be refunded? It’s not good at all hence why I’ve had to leave a review.

Just received my parcel today, 3 days after placing my order with standard delivery. So pleased with my clothes and the delivery was great, was worried as have order from similar websites before and parcels have been lost or just not came atol. Will definitely be ordering from here again!!
