I paid for express shipping (4 days to delivery) as I had my formal event coming up. My order has STILL not yet been trackable after 5 days. I'm very frustrated at the fact that I have received no replies from emails or the Facebook page. Will NOT be choosing express option next time.

I'm so disappointed with there costumer service! First thing is I placed an order with them about 2 weeks ago. Everything looked good, I was informed that my order has been shipped and I got my tracking number from Fedex. When I tracked my order it showed that my package was still in the warehouse. Then the next time I checked it was already delivered! In the UK. So I asked about my ordered and the said the had to cancel it because both off my items were out of stock. Disappointed! Then I was looking at there page because I wanted to order something else and there costumer service gave me 20% off any order. When I was looking at there website I could see that both of my previous items were still in stock!! So I asked the customer service about this and the said it was clearly a mistake that my order was canceled and I could reorder it with this discount. I waited and the next thing is the canceled my order AGAIN!! Some technical problem with there website! The told me I could buy some other items with 20% off, and I said I was not happy with 20% off! This is the highest there discount for there mistakes goes. And now I know how the safe money for them selfs! The only gave me 51 GBP refunded but I paid 55 GBP for the order.... I know it is not that much but if the do this to more people it is much!! I had to wait for 2 weeks to find out that I'm not getting my items at all.

I ordered a dress for my prom it was pure white. When getting it out of the packaging I assured i was extra careful because of Te colour. FALSE ADVERTISING as the dress was NOT true to size. I am usually a 10 -12 but I ordered a 12 be on the safe side and it was tiny!!! And I'm never usually a 12. I returned the item. I had an email saying it is non returnable as it has a make up stain, but I know I was so careful and didn't stain it at all!! I now have no prom money and stuck with a dress I don't want

They cancelled my order! There's no way of contacting them, unless I email them and then they just send a message back that's not useful!And still haven't given my money back! This is ridiculous

Have been ordering off Missguided for a long time, and have recently noticed of the increasing prices and decreasing quality which i am not happy about. However on previous orders i was never as disappointed as i am with this one. I ordered a white waterfall jacket and was appalled at the quality. When i tried it on it was completely see through, paper thin and looked more like a disposable lab jacket than a coat. Really really disappointed that they could justify someone paying 40 euro for such a crap product. I am fuming.

The first ordered I made went really well everything was fine, the second order I made was extremely disappointing I payed for a pair of jeans £35 and next day delivery £2 on this discount code, I never received a confirmation of my order through email or even on my order history but the £37 was taken out of my bank as soon as I placed the order, I was confused so contacted the help team through email, Instagram and Twitter and after 3 days I finally got a response saying that my order hadn't been properly made and I should give it another day to make itself but obviously I waited and nothing happened so they refunded my order straight away, as I'm a 16 year old on less than minimum wage losing £37 is a lot of money but I was refunded the same day they'd said they would. I thought I'd try to order a shirt a week later for a party the following evening the shirt was £25 and next day delivery £2, I ordered that on Thursday and it's now Sunday and still no sign of my order I didn't bother emailing as they take way to long to respond so I Instagram messaged them and got a relatively quick response, they told me to wait til tomorrow and if the order still hasn't come they will class it as a missing parcel and refund me. I am so disappointed, I had to last minute re arrange a whole outfit for the party I went too and the order still hasn't come!!! Never ordering from there again!

I emailed them about my order information and they said that there were "insufficient funds" which makes absolutely no sense because my order was purchased with a credit card and the money was withdrawn. This order was placed two weeks ago today and this is ridiculous, I want to know where my clothes are.

I have just tried to have my bank account details deleted from the Misguided web site after finding that my daughter had ordered something without permission. I had not realised that the web site had retained my bank details as this is something that I rarely allow. I just want to delete any bank card details to keep my money safe. I looked all over the web site and although you can change delivery details, you cannot change account details. I am frantic. I got in touch by live chat twice, after getting a recorded message only on the phone number, and a message on the customer care email saying that they would take some time to reply and I was in a queue. I am still in that queue. The web site chat went around and around getting nowhere, and asking me to contact the (scant at best) customer service. I am trying to get the site reported to the ombudsmand for bad conduct. Anyone should be able to delete account details on line, otherwise your money isn't safe.

Absolutely disappointed. Paid for next day delivery obviously didn't expect it on a Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday however expected it for Tuesday. Only received one email that was supposed to contain a tracking number but that was left blank so I am unaware as to where my items are and when I will be receiving them. I ordered as a present and expecting them for Tomorrow the latest. I paid about £70 for my delivery however if I do not receive it by tomorrow I'm gonna request a refund. Similarly, I sent 2 emails and have received no information back and I rang customer services however they do no take calls on it which makes 0 sense to me. I'm super frustrated and will definitely not, NOT be ordering from this company again. If I could mark it a negative star I would.

The reason I am so frustrated with misguided is their lack of customer services. I received two dresses from their website and was not satisfied with one due to the sizing. It was my first time buying from this website and actually thought they would give me my refund quickly boy was I wrong!! I waited two weeks for an email response to confirm my returning item was sent to them (yet tracking confirmed that it was received two days after I had sent it) I tried to email the company and the response was if you email your more likely to be put down the queue what a joke... never actually got a response. So I went to Instagram the response in their comments were much the same as my troubles. They then private messaged me to wait a bit longer so I wanted another week and then a few days ago they assured me I would get a store credit me stupidly thinking that I could, in fact, enjoy shopping with them again NOT still no email with any information of that kind. There is no manners or decency with this company. I am really upset by this because I would have loved to brought a lot more stuff from then yet this terrible experience make me think twice! ladies I have warned my friends about this website so be careful!!!!

Having ordered from musguided for awhile now they have always been really good except my last two orders. One took longer than next day delivery, but on chasing communication was good and they did refund my delivery. My last order I ordered a black short sleeved feathered dress and received a black long sleeved high neck feathered dress on emailing again quick responses I don't think the dress ordered exists. May keep the dress sent as it is actually nice. Oh and keep using Hermes as they deliver the next day not the other company DX.

I like there clothing and I have ordered quite a few items from them. However, there customer service is AWFUL. They can't process refunds and exchanges correctly. The amount of times I have requested an exchange and they just don't bother even when the item is in stock. And they are very often out of stock of items they show online. I know they are a young company, but they've been around for long enough now to have decent customer service. It's still a poor standard and the assistants that have dealt with my orders most of the time have been useless. They need to learn from ASOS.

I ordered something from the Miss Guided website over 2 weeks ago and payed for next day delivery. I received an email the following day saying that my recent ordered has closed and that my order has sold out and unable to send to me and that a refund would take place, however I got another email saying my order is having a few delays dispatching but I will receive it a day later than planned. Money has been taken out of my account over a week ago now and I still haven't received my order that I placed over 2 weeks ago. I am very unhappy with the service Missguided provide as they tell you to email them with any problems or enquiries but they don't seem to do anything about it and there telephone number just repeats itself telling you to email them. My order still hasn't come and I will not be ordering anything from here again.

I am a regular user of missguided and I'm quite surprised by all the negative comments. Personally I have used missguided for years and never had a problem with items not arriving on time or sending items back. Everytime I've had to send items back (and I have done quite a few times) not because of poor quality but as with all online shops, somethings just look way better in picture than in real life lol I've never had to chase them up. In fact they'll send me an e-mail letting me know they've received the items I've sent back. Now as for communication with customer services, again I have had no troubles. To be fair I've never had many issues where I've needed to get in contact with them so I don't know for sure how good they are in this aspect but I can say I e-mailed them a query about an order I had just placed and someone got back to me on the same day. This was in January. One thing I HAVE noticed many people mention which unfortunately i too can agree with...is their tracking number and Hermes. Everytime i try to track it never works or the most i get is 'your delivery is with the courier'. No information on rough times will be delivered. With Hermes you never know what time they will come. One time I had a sat delivery arrive late in the evening (this was around NY times so maybe they were busy). BUT with all that said even though I can't track my delivery, once it has been delivered I always get an email or text saying my parcel has been delivered which is useful for times it comes when I'm not at home but some1 else is. Sorry for this long a** review lol but I just felt I should share my positive experiences with missguided amongst all the surprisingly negative. I also find their quality of clothing much better than Boohoo. And 1 final thing sometimes with your delivery they will give you promo codes for discounts on your next order. Absolute joke of a company. They will never deliver your order on time. You will not be able to track your item even if they do email you a 'tracking number' or 'click her to track' link. It will just say your item can't be tracked. You will never get a reply from them via email or social networking and if you do they will say 'tell us your order number' then when you do it, they will ignore you. When you publicly right to them via social networking they tell you to personal message them. This is entirely just so that people cant see them ignoring you. They'll never reply. If you look online anywhere they have absolutely horrendous reviews for a reason. I will NEVER order from the again and would strongly advise against it.

ordered from Missguided a couple times, always had issues with delivery or communication with the company. I've emailed the company 3 times about an order I hadn't received and I haven't heard back once. it's now been a week. It turns out my parcel was squashed behind my recycle bin. the item was crushed and the printed receipt inside the parcel was smudged and unreadable.

I have bought several things online from Missguided and I love it. The sizes work well for me, and the quality is surprisingly good considering how inexpensive some of their products are. PRO TIP: There's a deal through my rent payment network that knocks off about 20% of the total, and free shipping from Missguided.
