I order from missguided a lot, and never learn about their delivery and I am disappointed every time, there's been times I have ordered and the delivery came when it said it would but I am now on day six of waiting for my 3-5 day order, I usually order next day but have given up with that and 3-5 days is definitely not any better, if you order from here be prepared to wait FOREVER for your delivery, they do have nice clothes though

RUBBISH! Staff are completely incompetent and clearly unable to read. I ordered a skirt in a size 14 and was sent a size 10. I was so annoyed because I needed the skirt for a night out for the following night. I messaged Missguided on Facebook and clearly asked them if they could send a replacement for the next day. Couldn't do this without sending them proof of delivery once I'd returned the item. Bearing in mind this was 8PM, what post offices are open at that time?! I needed the skirt for the next day! So I just thought I'd just buy the skirt AGAIN and HOPE they actually send the right size. How could they make the same mistake twice? Right?... WRONG! Again, the skirt arrived the next day IN A SIZE 10. I HAD ORDERED A SIZE 14. I was absolutely fuming. Are the staff that idiotic to get a size 10 mixed up with a size 14? To do it twice aswell? Crazy. Again, I messaged them on facebook and waited a few hours for their reply. Not very apologetic but offered 20% my next order. Do they really think I'm likely to order again? LOL What a joke!! Stay away from Missguided if you want last minute purchases. They need a customer service telephone line, seems like they need it with so many complaints they get!

Gross negligent business that has no costumer service, and the first clothing website I've ever seen that carries hidden fees when shipping.

Soooo I bought a white skirt, looked perfect in the picture! Tried it on when I got it and it's pretty much see thru. Not really sure what to do with it now ????

Shocking! I will never order from this site or company ever again. I ordered 2 products - a pair of trousers and a pair of shoes and paid for delivery. I had received nothing 3 days later so emailed to ask the expected date of delivery ....It took a full day for a reply. When I was then told that the trousers were out of stock so they had been cancelled and a refund would take 5 working days. I then asked about the shoes ....and was told that order had not yet been processed. I was given the choice to wait another 5 days for the order to be processed and a further 3-5 days for it to be delivered OR re-order the product and pay for next day delivery. What a joke!!! I asked to cancel the whole order and for a full refund to be issued. I received an email back saying "ok, will do". Absolutely no sense of professionalism or customer service. 0/10. Never again!

Wow, do I love missguided. I am from the U.S. And I had a minor issue in which I contacted missguided via email. An immediate response was issued and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you so much, missguided. Not to mention their clothes! Ugh, so flawless. Happy shopping!

they wasted my time I ordered something in stock and chose 3-5 days delivery it wasn't dispatched until the 5th day and then they tell me one of the items isn't in stock anymore. DISGUSTING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

i don't order a lot from miss guided as whenever I have brought a dress it had been faulty! Or the sizes are just off! They did give me a refund for the dresses though and they refunded me the postage too! However I don't have any trouble buying just simple tops from miss guided, but I would never buy dresses from there again as the quality of them are not very good!

I ordered clothes from Missguided on a Monday, and selected the next day delivery option so that I'd have them for the Friday at the latest, before I went on holidays. After waiting for two days, and bring unable to track my order, I sent them an email asking where my package was only to then be notified that there was a problem with my order and that it wouldn't arrive here in time. I was offered no refund on the €10 I spent on next day delivery and was only offered a small discount on my next order. I'm sorry misguided, but after such an awful delivery service there won't be a next time. So disappointed at their false advertising.

I have ordered from MissGuided twice (from Australia) and have had extreme difficulties both times. I had a similar ID issue as another reviewer with my first order, having to send my identification for a completely bizarre reason. I am currently involved in a struggle with my second order. I never received the order and it was instead 'returned' to them (have no idea why, still asking them to explain this). Apparently I am receiving a refund but of only half of the price I paid. I have explained how I do not see why my refund should only be half of what I paid considering I never actually received my order and it was them that instigated this return fiasco.

I am a USA customer and I returned 2 items to them on May 26, 2015. Today is June 24, 2015 AND I STILL DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION THAT MY ITEMS WERE RECEIVED OR MY REFUND! I have sent countless emails to CustomerHelp@Missguided.co.uk. One email said asked for proof of delivery so I sent a screen shot of my US Post office receipt! I also showed a screen shot from the US Post office showing the package was SUCCESSFULLY delivered to their company in New York and IN THEIR CUSTODY. Another email said, "wait until it arrives in the UK" . Another email said wait until June 24, which is WELL BEYOND THE 15 DAY RETURN PROCESS PLUS THE EXTRA 72 HOURS FOR PROCESSING MORE THAN ONE ITEM. Its been a month and this company failed to return my $65 dollars. This company is horrible and I will be sure to tell the EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!

This company is terrible. The quality of clothing is average and the sizing is all over the shop. I purchased a dress and it didn't fit so I sent it back and bought the next size up. It was pretty much the exact same in size, and felt even smaller than the first dress which is bizarre. I am still waiting for my refund for the first item and it has been over 4 weeks. Please please please do not buy anything from this website.

I ordered next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later. The dress wasn't very good quality and it wasn't at all what it looked like online. Very disappointing. I would not recommend the website again.

Misguided is hands down has the best customer service. I ordered a eyelash dress in size 6 UK and they sent me a 16 by accident. When i quickly wrote to their customer service stating what happened and how I already paid for the customs tax. They assured me since it was their mistake that they will credit me for sending it back as well as credit my customs tax. With more mistakes from their end they ended up sending refunding my money and further crediting me for my taxes and return mail. Most company's overseas I find don't care much bout customer service but Misguided is one shop that I'll continue to be loyal too!

Ordered shoes twice in different style, UK 3 is their smallest size . But couldnt believe its way too big for me to think i ordered my correct size. Never gonna buy shoes in that website again!

The top I ordered had a big hole /rip were the stitching has come undone on the side of the top. ( massive hole!) Really noticeable surprised they sent it like that!!
