UPDATE 11/12/2019 Good news I contacted my bank and they were very helpful and will investigate my dispute which was raised. You have a chance to get your money back! Im so happy and grateful to God Please contact your bank. Ordered items on 05/11/2019. Still have not received items. Emailed and phone calls still no solution wont process my refund case raised over three weeks ago still no answer. Will contact my bank please speak to your banks and ask for section 75 for credit cards or chargeback. Chargeback can be used in cases of goods not arriving at all, goods that are damaged, goods that are different from the description, or where the merchant has ceased trading. The main requirement for getting your money back through chargeback is evidence that there's been a breach of contract. There is a time limit on chargeback claims - typically 120 days from the transaction processing date, or from when you expected to receive the goods/service if it’s being delivered. So, contact your bank as soon as you identify the problem because the clock may have already started ticking. Chargeback is a little-known scheme which gives you a chance of getting your money back from your bank if you bought faulty goods, a service wasn't provided, or the company you bought something from went bust and your goods weren't delivered. Importantly, as your bank asks for money back from the supplier's bank, not the supplier itself, the money should come back even if the retailer has gone bust – though this isn't guaranteed. If a transaction hasn't been completed properly, the onus is on your bank to get the money back for you to get a refund. Chargeback works in a similar way to Section 75, which is a legal protection if you buy something on a credit card making the credit provider jointly liable with the retailer if things go wrong. But while Section 75 only works for credit card purchases over £100, and other credit agreements, chargeback works on all the cards.

Please call your Bank straight away! I ordered on 6.11.19 and had to be delivered on 18.11.19 but today is 30.11.19 and nothing. I called them every single day and each day they where so creatively laying. Main thing was Brexit they said my order is stuck in customs because of Brexit and they don’t know how long it will take. Finally 2 days ago when I called them 3 times a day then they gave me Hermes tracking number but wasn’t working. I contacted Hermes and the lady haven’t any info about Modanisa sending parcel to them at all. I asked about Brexit customs things and she said it is lay. What a shock for me. Then called Modanisa again and asked for refund they wasn’t willing to do it. Then called my Bank and they are investigating now.

The worst website ever!!! I had bad experience before and I simply made a mistake of buying an item Again from Them and once again am trying to return an item but the aren’t giving me the RETURN CODE to return the Items

This was my first time shopping from this site and this the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping! I ordered my items on Sept. 2 it is now Nov 22. Almost THREE months of wait. Every time I contact them they say my order is processing and they're talking with the shipping company and they will contact me with updates which they never do. The customer service is useless they all just repeat the same thing over and over without any results.

Made an order August 2019, my delivery did not arrive and since have contacted Modanisa to which they keep sending an automated response saying they are dealing with the request. It is now November 2019 and I still have not heard anything even though I have spoke to them over their chat system. I have requested a refund and was told someone would be touch, I still haven't heard anything. Terrible service.

Items ordered to be delivered to the U.K on November 05/11/2019 value over £150 Still not received. No order to be tracked online. No email either for updates Nor even a tracking number was given. Had to call them at least four times to inquire what is going on. They claim that the package is still with customs as the whole United Kingdom government is investigating the deliveries. However after doing research and reading numerous reviews I do not trust them And think this is a possible scam. You must contact your bank and try and claim the charges before the deadline runs out. There are two methods either charge back if debit card was used or section 75 if a credit card was used. I will be perusing it myself.

I fell in love with the quality and style of their clothes. My problem started when I called and ask about the sizes due to them showing metric measurements. I was told by the customer service rep to get a larger size than I would have normally wear. Needless to say the clothes were 3 sizes bigger. I returned all of the items and they did it refund me all of my money back. They advised I was missing an item. All of the items and my paperwork was in the package. I have been wrestling with them now for 4 months. July to November. Same answer is given we will check k and get back with you. However when I hang up from them, they send a letter within a few minutes advising the problem has been resolved. GETTING NO WHERE FAST WITH THEM......I will no longer do business with them.

The worst online place, their customer service are not professional at all. The sizes on the website is by fare different from what you really get. I spent 3 weeks in arguments with the customer services about a a dress that should be size 14 and in real it measures like size 18. They stressed me so that i sent the dress back. They sent me a cardigan with an faulty part near the belt, i reported this error 3 weeks ago together with the dress but their customer service representative only wrote a comment about the dress.I am not going to deal with them again. It's waste of time, money & your innerpeace

I have placed an order with modanisa to only receive a different product and color than I ordered. I tried contacting them more than ten times. I've sent more than 20 emails back and forth. they drove me insane!!asking me for a photo of the product,and then ask me for another photo of the whole product, then saying we need you to take a tape measurement measure the product and send us a photo, then they would say we want a photo of the tag for the product, and then they will come back to me and say we not need another photo with better lighting. and on and on and on and on never ending!!! I responded to all their emails I was promised someone will contact me and resolve this issue and give me a refund I was promised more than 5 times .till today nobody has contacted me, they haven't resolve this issue or refunded me for this product. till today I'm still waiting they took my money I have a damaged product that I did not order!!! very disappointed with this company!!!! The Next Step will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau!!!

I ordered from Modanisa twice. I’m not planning to order again. First, the shipping costs about 40% of the total amount. I paid $140 for my first order and $50 extra for my customers. For my second order I paid $55 and $25 extra for coatings. It’s not worth it if you live in Canada. The other main issue is there customer service. It’s horrible. They will take ages to get back to you only if you keep bugging them otherwise forget about it. Also, they really have a problem with colors of the images displayed on their website. Always consider the description and don’t pay attention to the color of the image. I have received at least 3 items in different colors than what was displayed on their images. I’m terms of the quality, it’s just fine it’s not bad.

This is my first time ordering clothes worth of almost 54.00 dollars. I never received the package even though it says on my account that it was delivered. My husband was home and he did not see any truck nor did the bell ring. I called them many times about 10 times and each time they tell me don’t worry we will contact UPS. I called UPS and started an investigation. The investigation has been going on for about a week and UPS said that they contacted Modanisa and that they never replied back! This company is literally a joke. There are illegal fraudulent stuff going on behind the scenes and I am putting a police investigation on this. I am 100 percent sure that Modanisa has a way to tip off the driver to scan the item at the correct location but deliver to someone else because they are clearance items on low stock and want to try to please regular customers. Like everyone else says they really are thieves!

They dont even deserve 1 star This was my first purchase from this website. Looking at the images everything looked perfect. So i ordered few bags and scarfs from them and recived it within 10 days. When i checked the bags it was far from what was shown in the images The bags were of such low quality and did not even have the brand mentioned in the bag that i recieve also the stitches were so visible that they looked cheap all the more. The scarfs were also of low quality When complained , the customer service guy said its not the fault of modanisa if the item is of low quality. SERIOUSLY ???? Then whose fault is it suppose to be. Since the shipment is not covered by them and if i need to return it back i will have to pay almost 70$ to return the goods where as the amount i paid for the items were 63$ inclusive of customs. When i told them am going to give them a bad review they said that i will recieve an email regarding my complain and till date there is no email. Horrible items horrible service. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

They blocked me from Instgram and deleted my messges to silence me, they do not bother replyinh, its scarey when you do not get any reply if you have an issue, also their replies here are auto. I bought 3 dresses with free pieces with each dress it was an offer so I was meant to get 3 free dresses. When I contacted them by emails has been weeks no reply, telephone no answer. Lyers, false ads, not honest. What actuley frustrates me that I thought I got a great deal, but after looking at the prices later, it was not offer its actually like buying 6 pieces. If you do not activate your customer services and be honest you will loose the customers. Never again

I ordered a modest swimsuit for just under £30 from modanisa. I wore it once and it bobbled all over especially on the trousers and sleeves. I contacted them one week after receiving it and they claim they can’t refund me on return because I’ve worn it. I would expect an item of this value to last me more than one wear. I feel robbed and conned by this retailer and I will never use their service again! Their quality is terrible. I wouldn’t even pay a fiver for this quality! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T BOTHER ORDERING SUCH CHEAP QUALITY ITEMS!
