This is a super doggy company! I booked the pickup when I moved to Australia with 2 big suitcases and 2 hand-carries! No one came after 45mins and I tried to reach out with the number they provided! All numbers were INVALID! I had to made charged international call to headquarter! Then an unknown local number claimed to be the local dispatcher txted me and instructed me to go out the airport with my suitcases all by myself (the VIP pick up services with signs inside airport was included in the charge!!!!) When I chitchated work the driver, it turned out that he was an UBER driver who just picked up the order a few minutes ago!!! Most disgusting part is the CS service! Even I made the complaint and gave the details of the Uber driver’s details to the company (well! at least I met a nice Uber driver who was willing to be my witness and send me to the right address even he got a wrong address from the company). The CS just accused me of making stories and not even reached the witness and evidence I provided! Call Uber service yourself is better than paying the big money to this doggy company to call Uber for u!

AVOID! we booked return taxis from TFS Airport the taxis never turned up, call the office number and no reference of booking. Absolute scam they just take your money

Movio contracts jobs out to various drivers and then gives them problems to pay them. I had an excellent driver who reached put to me directly advising that Movio refused to pay him and claimed he did not complete the ride. I emailed Movio on several occasions to assist and never received any response. I would not recommend their service or use them again for this reason

Worst experience ever! Waited 45 mins at TFS but despite several phone calls, taxi never turned up. When I tried to get my money back was told the driver was there so I had to pay - even though the driver never identified themselves. Do not use. Easier and cheaper to get a taxi direct from the airport.

I traveled with a group to Kenya and the drivers sent last minute emails saying that they were unable to identify our destination address. No driver met us at the Airport. We used a local taxi from the airport and kept using the taxi for the duration of our trip.

I would not give this company one star. Just left a one star rating on TrustPilot, I will be leaving one on this website too. Any website I can post about horrible customer service about Mozio, I am happy to oblige. I had a pickup scheduled September 14th, 2021. Krakow to Auschwitz. The driver scheduled to pick me up called September 13th, 2021 wanting to confirm the address he was picking up from. I told him and spelled it for him 4 times. He said he didn't understand and demanded I find someone who spoke Polish to interpret. As an older single female visiting from the United States it was not feasible to find a complete stranger as an interpreter. The driver then insisted I call him or text him back ( with the phone number he was calling from) I told him I don't have his number because it comes up as unavailable. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Onto calling customer service 1 855 phone number I got a hold of a female agent who asked for my confirmation number, I only had the reference number provided. She claimed I'm not in the system by the reference number I gave, my email address that was provided or my phone number that the rude indignant driver had. So far 2 emails were sent asking for a possible refund, I know it's questionable because it was within the 24 hour time frame but after dealing with the rude, hostile driver over the phone, I was NOT about to ride in a car with him for an hour. So far this incident has not been rectified for services not rendered. Moving on, I canceled my 2nd trip with this company well within their 24 hour time frame. I received an email saying they were issuing me a voucher. I asked for a full refund because I will never use their service again. I was quoted their policy of cancelation. I opted for standard cancelation VS. their "new" flex cancelation for $5 dollars you can choose to get your money back. I never saw their " flex option" when booking the reservations. So with 2 different incidents for services not rendered and 5 emails being sent, this company refuses to rectify the situation with monetary refunds. Don't waste your time and money with this company, they are absolute garbage. It's cheaper to get local taxis while in Poland

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE IN MEXICO. Horrible horrible customer service. Got stuck in customs and they did not wait for us. When asked they said that drivers only wait 1/2 hour however, when booked they ha don’t mentioned that. Regarding transportation back to the airport for our return flight they were extremely unreliable and did not return phone calls or emails. Horrible customer service.

I my pick up was scheduled at LAS through expedia. They hid out in the garage, horrible directions to get to them, I had to ask others while they threatened to leave. On the departure that was scheduled I was at TI and they never came inside where the taxis pick up they waited outside by the starbucks. I emailed and could not get people on phone to confirm 4am pick up time. I had to pay another taxi to get my family to the air port on time. When I scheduled them for my daughter, same thing. No shows. Horrible service. Buyer beware.

Left us stranded for an hour and a half in a foreign country. The workers there did not wear Mozio shirts. They didn’t have our name on their sign. We had a baby who needed a diaper change and nurse. Our hotel was 15 mins away and our but it took us 2 plus hours from the time we landed to the time we finally got to our hotel. I rarely write bad reviews but I wanted to help others out there who might consider using them. When I asked for our money back the company refunded us back $11 of our prepaid $105 cost.

Total scam!! Please stay away. Booked a transfer service which became a total nightmare upon arrival. First of all, finding them was closed to impossible since they are not wearing a company logo. Also be prepared to waste at lest 3 hours of your trip since they will over booked to a capacity that they can not handled. And to top it all off, we paid $63 for a round trip and as soon as we got in the vehicle, the manager Ivan zuniga, called the driver to instruct him that he had to get an additional $80 or we had to exit the vehicle. Then we had to wait for another lady to come to the car to pick up the $80 or simply had to get off right there Feeling scared and taken advantage of, we had no choice but to pay the additional $80 and plead with them to please just take us to the hotel and off course take the loss since we were too afraid to use them again for the return even though they had already taken $143 from us. Please be aware that they are dangerous and scam artists.

Ordered a transfer to airport. Driver was not at the point of pick up selected at the map in application and did not call. We were running with heavy luggage and seeking the car ~25 minutes and finally managed to find other taxi at 50% higher price. Hopefully we were not late to our flight. Support refused to return money and sent "proofs" which show that driver was waiting for us at absolutely different place with different address. After sending my proofs support stopped answering.

Bus driver had never heard of Mozio. There was no barcode in any email and my fare didn’t show up in the app. Never again will I use this company for anything

Contratamos traslados Aeropuerto Cancun – Hotel (y regreso) con Mozio a través de Despegar. A la ida se podría decir que bien. Al regreso, quedaron en buscarnos al hotel a las 2 de la mañana. Cosa que NUNCA sucedió. Estuvimos en la puerta del hotel esperando al transfer desde la 1:30, junto con el encargado del lugar. Llamamos a las 02:30 a la empresa y nos informaron que el chofer había ido y nosotros no estábamos, por lo que el mismo se fue. Esto no pasó nunca, además la empresa se comprometería a llamar si no nos lograban ubicar, cosa que tampoco sucedió. OJO CON ESTA EMPRESA DE TRASLADOS, tanto el encargado del hotel como el taxista con el que tuvimos que volver, nos comentaron que esta situación pasa siempre, dejando a los turistas con una mala imagen. Ellos recomiendan NO PAGAR POR ANTICIPADO los traslados. De más está decir que pese a que hicimos el reclamo, MOZIO NO NOS DIO NINGUNA RESPUESTA.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING TRANSPORTATION!!!I wanted transportation when I arrived in Miami. I changed my hotel, so I cancelled my transportation too. I wanted a refund, it was 3 days before my trip. MOZIO refused, even though it says free cancellations. Instead they offered me a coupon code. I tried the code. It did not work. I want my $98 back!!!! I want a full REFUND. They refused. When I arrived in Miami, I used an Uber. Much cheaper and no headache.

Заказал трансфер в аэропорт Шарм-Эль-Шейх. Египтяне как всегда кинули и не приехали. Пришлось в срочном порядке ехать на такси. Поддержка Mozio нулевая. Составил обращение на возврат денег 1094246. Прошёл месяц. Денег не вернули. На письма не отвечает. Больше с этими проходимцами связываться не буду. И другим не советую.
