“I'm very disappointed with security service at Mr price middelburg mall I was made to feel like a thief at the store I don't think I will ever visit this store again. I shop at foschini and truworths but this store is terrible they made me feel like a thief because the slip was in my bag and this purchase was done on my credit card also I produce the slip but the store security person is terrible my family,friends and I won't visit this store again this is really pathetic and terrible service and a bad reputation for this store this is the second time this happened at this store its ridiculous”

I've never experienced such poor customer service, went there to do a lay-by for my daughter and had to wait more the 20 minutes to be assisted. Only to find out that the system is offline imagine. Okay I ended up fighting to get assistance and left. Today I got bck to take out the lay-by, guess what I had to wait and fight to get my lay-by because of the system is on and off. Will never go back to that store.”

This is one off the Worst branches , the dirt were literally laying in front off the cash registry , and the shop were full of customers , the so called manager were busy eating his fish and chips at the front. I was collecting a online order the system went offline the cashier called the Manager but he just ignored he I even called I'm no response. I had to throw my toys out of the cot before he came and help
Every single person in Atlantis is complaining about this shop or how it is managed but they do it on Facebook
I really wish that this store can get some attention. I don't even wanna talk about the fitting rooms.

“I went to Mrp Greenstone mall to purchase a phone for my son, we waited for about 10 minutes in the queue and when we finally got attended by the cashier, she said the phone is not available because they locked where they kept the phones, and she called another guy to confirm. I am not happy because there should a sign to alert customers that phones are sold at certain times because of security reasons, now the guy who had the keys offered to give me a phone on display or I must come tomorrow, all this happened at around 17:32 pm and the store closes at 18:00 pm. I decided to go to Edgar’s and was served with a smile and got better service. Mrp Greenstone, the customers service is bad and this is not the first time I have a bad experience.”
“i am not happy with their unprinted plastics that they give out. went to Prominade store in mitchells plain service was great but am not happy with their red unprinted plastic it's really not professional. all they advised was that they ran out of the normal Mr price plastics we know.”
“I am so disappointed with their customer service. I was by the teller to purchase some items. I have never been so embarassed before. I was going to buy on account. I gave her my card she proceeded to ask for my ID for no reason, I gave it to her anyways. She starts insinuating that my account is fraudulent and asking why is my balance zero. I explained why. She proceeded to call Jessica who I assume is her line manager. Jessica was so unkind to me, she didn't even great and how how she can assist. She immediately takes the word of the cashier and they both start talking loudly infont of other customers that my account is fraudulent and how long have I had it. Jessica instructed the cashier, I think her name is Ntombikayise, that she must report my card to customer service. Another staff member came and also joined in. All this happens infront of other customers, I was so embarrassed, they all accused me of fraud. And Jessica didn't even want to hear me explain.
My Mr price account is fully paid that is why my balance is zero. And that is no reason to be judged as committing fraud. Those are serious allegations that they made, not to mention the embarrassment. This happed today 19/04/2024 at Mr Price pier 14, Gqeberha.
I want something done about this or I will have to speak to my attorneys.”
“I have been with mr price since 2020 and i haven't missed a payment and now when i try to cancel my insurance they give me an email where nobody responds and on top of that you call they put you on a long queue of 15 minutes with no response, i have been a good customer to you guys and this is the thanks i get?? “Customer service/Closing hours. I went to Seshego circle Mrp on Tuesday 16th April. Arrived 17:50 and was told they busy cleaning so they can't assist . My matric dance / prom is on Friday and today I went with my mom to buy jewellery at lovisa which costs about R530 and I’m from a poor family so this is a lot for me , after we went to Mr Price and I handed the bag of jewellery to my mom ( who is disabled) she had to sit down and left the jewellery next to her and then later before we left I ask her where it was but she told me she couldn’t find it . We then ran around and searched the store and asked the staff who acted nonchalant/ non responsive. I left that store with a sore heart today ( this all happened around 16:40 - 17:00 ) when we asked to check the footage, they said that they don’t have cameras in the stores , they were non responsive and did nothing, I had to ask to look at the cameras outside but they gave me some story …I reall suspect two of the workers there who helped me and my mom in the store because when this all happened they suddenly were gone .
We had to go back to Lovis to buy another set ( had to waste R530 again )
