Absolutely terrible. I could never imagine it could possibly happen. Ordered RL Polo track suite. It came terribly smelling. Returned by DHL and it has been 21 days since the arrival of the parcel and nothing so far. Every day I receive a message promising "a relevant department will investigate this issue". No REFUND!

I never received my order or my refund. Order number 2406ZXYRQ2101J Now they don’t answer phone calls or emails. They dissapered and stole my money. Don’t buy there

I placed an order for 2 sale items totalling £850. Without notice the order was cancelled. I called customer services and had the items put on hold, I decided to wait for the pending money to be released back into my account before making the purchase again. It didn’t release in time so I spent another £850 only for the same thing to happen. I was NOT notified upon either cancellation and I now have nearly £2000 on hold pending from my account. I have not received my goods, I have made FIVE phone calls to customer services. I spoke to Gloria today, and various customer other customer service staff before, who notified me one of the items had sold out between the order being cancelled and me realising. I told her not to worry about trying to locate the second item as I’m so exhausted at this point and do not want to carry on with this process. She was only able to apologise which simply isn’t enough to compensate for this awful experience. Mr Porter is supposed to be a leader in luxury e-commerce. However my experience and the entire process of rectification has been so beyond horrendous that in no way can this be considered luxury. I am so disappointed to have lost out on those items that I had due diligently waited for and parted nearly £2000 for. They were supposed to be gifts. This is extraordinarily embarrassing on their behalf. I ENCOURAGE customers to shop elsewhere or from designer directly as designers tend to take their relations with clients and customer seriously. their operations are truly a joke, and although their buying and marketing is standout unfortunately it is a hollow e-commerce site which doesn't live up to its hype.

Took 3 weeks for my trainers too come after paying £5 postage , even after ringing up they were unhelpful and the guy on the end of line didn’t give me one answer just seemed too not care. Disappointed

Ordered a pair of balanciaga trainers on 30/12/20. Cyber Monday had the confirmation of purchase. waited in the following day and decided to phone them which they said my bank had cancelled it. (Which they hadn’t) it was Mr Porter who had cancelled it, They have rang me back to be fair but still I have no trainers what I ordered, it’s put me off from ordering from them in future.

Mr Porter used to be cool and used to have decent customer service. However there buys and service get worse every year. You’re better off spending your money at Moda! They screwed up the last 3 of my orders and the last one was a Father’s Day gift. Never again!!

It's been a week since I ordered (and paid). The package has not been sent. Contact with customer service representatives - I receive one answer each time: due to the sale/situation in the world, sending parcels may be delayed, wait for messages. How many to wait???? Any answers. I have not seen such a situation in any of the stores. Disgusting service. It was my last purchase at this store!

I bought a pair of yeezys with them and any one who has tried to buy yeezys will know because of the exclusivity it’s hard to manage stock control. But I clicked on my size and ordered. I read all the negative reviews and was worried it would take long to get my order, plus on the second day I had not received any dispatch information so I decided to call customer service and they were really helpful and told me exactly where the package was and moments after I received tracking information and to my surprise the order came on the third day. The product is real and I am very happy. And FYI I ordered from the uk during coronavirus times

Premium online shopping is not only about the convenient website interface, beautiful packaging and express delivery. Mr. Porter does not produce it’s own goods and even the most premium brands have defective things once in a while, but... the quality of service, the lack of customer focus and rudeness that you will encounter in this store can not be compared with anything. The business development department could use my case as a vivid example of how to lose a potential loyal customer (and not just one, bad experience is usually spread way more then a good one). I have never written reviews before, but Mr. Porter definitely deserves 1 star. Greetings to Marta from the customer service department. And how do they answer the phone, it’s better not to start. Even the tax office staff is more friendly during the declaration period

Spent numerous attempts to have my order delivered to Russia. For whatever reason, after years of receiving to the work address, issues with Italian customs started arising. Provided company name, personal use statement on the phone to Mr Porter customer service. All took in excess of two weeks so far. Upon contacting DHL found out they never received any responses to info requests. Extremely ugly logistics set up where Mr Porter apparently hires a transport co who deals (or more exactly - does nothing to deal with) issues with delivery.

Placed a large (>3000$) order on 12/2 expecting it to be a Christmas gift for my husband. after a week and a half of calling and empty promises by customer service representatives, I'm not being told to keep my fingers crossed that it gets there. They blame it on customs issues and what not, but why not just upgrade the shipping method complimentary to next day air for a repeat loyal customer who has spent thousands at your business.. No way this is run by the same people as Net a Porter. You can tell by the customer service and slow delivery times that Mr Porter must have gotten the worst NetaPorter employees to help them out. Never again will i throw my money at this site. Would rather pay a few extra dollars on the item and receive it as expected.

Spent some hours getting my order ready, Sizes, colors , etc. One week later I get an email, sorry none of your items are available. what kind of high end store has multiple items on the site that cannot deliver. A really bad experience from start to finish. Should rename the store Mr. Pooper.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.. It's been a week and I still haven't received my refund because they said "we don't ship to your location 'Slough, Berkshire'" even though they did shipped me an order to the same exact saved location just a few months ago.. I'm not sure if I'll get my money after wasting my time replying to their many unprofessional rude emails.. I would NEVER buy anything from them or Net-a-porter ever again and I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy.

Paid for premium service and delivery badly postponed. No replies to emails and over 15 minutes on phone before got through. Absolutely useless. Have ordered from them for over 3 years and just don’t see the point in doing so again.

After numerous emails back and forth between the customer service of Mr. Porter and me the way they treat there customers is unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone using this online retail platform. On 07/01/19 I received my order, a hoodie, after wearing it for the first time I directly noticed that the stichting was letting loose. I directly contacted the customer service on 12/01/19, with pictures of the hoodie indicating that it clearly shows that the hoodie has a production fault. The response on 23/01/19, a week later, was that Mr. Porter was looking into the issue and will shortly come with an outcome. After waiting for another two weeks I contacted Mr. Porter again regarding a status update on my issue. On 08/02/19 I again received an email back with an apology and again stating that they are looking into this matter. Finally on 19/02/19 I received an email back stating that I can send my hoodie back for "repair". After explaining that I do not want a repair but a full refund of my order because it is a clear production fault I was ignored by the customer service. On 19/02/19 I sent out an email again with the above mentioned request and on 26/02/19 I got a response back that because of the 14-day trial of returning my hoodie I'm not able to receive my money back. Also the fact that the hoodie has been repaired, by a professional tailor that I payed for myself, was a reason for Mr. Porter to not give back my money. The solution of repairing the hoodie is something that I can arrange as wel. The fact that the customer service of Mr. Porter took so long to get back to me with a respons resulted in exceeding the 14-day return period. Mr. Porter may sell exclusive products but the way they handle their customers is very poor and a disgrace towards the image of products they sell online.
