How is this company allowed to exist? Paid for next day delivery now been 5 days parcel cannot be traced. Disgusting company.

We had been told by Hermes that the delivery person was told to return the parcel to supplier. We did not see or speak to delivery person we want the parcel to be delivered. Cannot fine away of contacting Hermes by phone that is answered

Ordered some products from a retailer and, unfortunately, Hermes was the courier. After being told it would arrive within 2 or 3 days, I was told it wouldn't arrive then and in fact would come 4 days after I ordered it - not the end of the world. So I wait at home for the package to be delivered when I get an email saying it had been delivered already to my address, which it hadn't as I had been waiting all day for it. A few hours later the delivery driver arrives with my package. However, this driver couldn't give me the package so I try to explain to him that it already says it's been delivered so there must be some mistake and he can just give me the package. But no, he says that he can't give it to me and I have to wait until tomorrow. Unsurprisingly, tomorrow comes, and no package arrives. I've attempted to contact Hermes' but they have made it impossible to tell them how non functioning their company is because their entire enterprise assumes that nothing can go wrong and there are no errors. I tried calling a number but it didn't connect me with a person who might be able to listen to what I had to say and understand. It connected me with an automated system that just told me the my package had been delivered and didn't give me the option to talk to anyone. I will no longer be shopping with any retailer that uses Hermes' services and highly recommend that EVERYONE else does the same

After receiving 2 emails half an hour apart telling me that my parcel was with a courier and would be delivered between one and five I waited in and no parcel arrived. The following day I again received 2 telling me the same as the day before, again no parcel arrived so I used your live chat service which did not help and then requested an email and was told they would reply within 24 hours. I did receive an email telling me that my delivery had been rearranged for today, it would have been nice to have been informed that you were not going to deliver two days ago. After getting home from work on Friday my parcel eventually arrived and was Left on my the front porch.

Hermes is a joke, when we are in we still get left a card to say we were out, this is not an isolated case all other companies manage to deliver. Very frustrating as unless you want to spend £6 a minute you can't speak with anyone.

Parcel posted by seller in Holland and forwarded from PostNL to myHermes. Tracking shows: "08:23 - Fri 28 Feb Your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you" 7 days later - not a sign that it has been passed to courier for delivery. As the recipient - tried emailing customer relations - tried their automated phone system ( twice ) - tried their online chat bot. zilch absolutely appalling customer 'service' This is NOT an isolated case in my experience. As a Seller I NEVER entrust my disptaches ( and my eBay reputation ) to this lot.

I work on a military bas and we have a site admission place to deliver to, but they don't even enter the gates to come on site. They do not require a pass for this part of the base. Supposedly delivered Monday!! then I phone yesterday again and it was delivered back to the supplier on Monday!! How can that happen? No proof of signature so now i'm at a loss as to where the parcel is.Absolutely awful company/drivers.

Sent on the Monday, Friday morning tracking tells me that it had been delayed for 24 hours in Birmingham. Monday afternoon still delayed so phoned customer service and was told that I would get a email in 48 hours. When I got the email it told that it had been LOST and that because it was a TV ,I would have no claim against them for losing my property. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Have literally never had an easy delivery with Hermes. One time they put my parcel by the bins on bin day for no reason - it got taken with the bins. Recently I moved and it’s a normal street with parking etc and all other delivery services work fine - every single time Hermes day the courier had trouble accessing the address.. it’s the most basic street setup you can get. I feel like maybe Hermes hate delivering parcels? It’s so annoying that companies still use them because as soon as I see they’ve sent tracking info via Hermes I know I won’t get my parcel for at least a week later than I’m meant to if at all. Literally would give them -10 stars if I could.

Total disgrace of a company, 2 lazy spas lost in transit at same local depot and when finsly got hold of a human they didnt even seem surprised total disgrace

My Hermes are the worst delivery services. My parcel has been delayed for 5 days now with no explanation. And no customer service at all to sort the problem out.

I WOULD TRUST HERMES AT ALL THEY SAY THE DRIVER COME BUT WHEN I CHECK MY CCTV I DO NOT SEE A DRIVER I HAVE LOST A LOT OF MONEY WHEN IT CONES TO HERMES THEY SAY I HAVE HAD MY PARCEL AND I HAVE NOT AND I CAN NOT GET A REFUND WITH EBAY

What an absolute joke of a company. Had an item sent via eBay as I’ve had done a few times. Email saying sorry couldn’t deliver your parcel as you wasn’t in. Rubbish I work from home and have CCTV no delivery attempted. 3 times now. Terrible service.

Absolutely shocking says they have tried to deliver my parcel 3 times in 1 day but I was in all day no card left and carnt get through to a human to talk to now been sent back not happy will never use this company again

Truly cannot fathom how companies still deliver with Hermes!!! The drivers are lazy, they forge signatures, leave packages in very public places or with the wrong people or at the wrong address, they fail to even ATTEMPT to deliver to flat buildings or anything that requires the driver to go up any set of stairs...the list goes on and on and on. The amount of times I have been home all day practically sitting on top of the buzzer and they'll send an email saying they "attempted" delivery is INSANE. The only way you can get in contact with ANYONE is by blowing up their Twitter account. I'm shocked they don't have a call centre...although it's probably because all they would receive are complaints.

They should be getting investigated by the police! They claim to have delivered a parcel which they haven’t, and faked a signature. Impersonating someone and forging signatures are both illegal. And, you can’t speak to a human. I’ve escalated it to a consumer watchdog, police will be informed next

Online order from Debenhams - at home all day, then received an email stating parcel had been delivered and had been left in my shed - I don't have a shed! Rang Debenhams who offered to send item again, I asked them to call Hermes to get more info as to where the courier had left it, which they did. Came back to say regular driver was not working and they couldn't get in touch with replacement - highly unlikely. I requested a refund. Will not order from Debenhams while they use Hermes. Couldn't speak to Hermes direct due to just automated messages - very frustrating.

I got an email saying my delivery would be between 10am - 2pm, it never came, then I got a message saying having trouble getting to this address, tried calling and I also used the chat, she asked for tracking no. which I did, then she came back with call back tomorrow, needless to say I still haven't received my parcel!
