Sent a parcel at the beginning of this month was told that they couldn't deliver it due to bad weather . Automated answer machine said it would be delivered when possible. Rang today & spoke with a real person who told me the parcel had been damaged so they destroyed it & to claim for it . They didn't even let me know , very bad company , not going to use again.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎BAD services twice . Recent one this weeks. Two weeks my parcel in the UK not delivered. Driver lied to drop package thrice but I only I card one time. Went on my Hermes and left delivery direction. Not carried out, called customer service they have knowledge of the my Hermes and knowing the state of my parcel nor where about and have no clue of my response on ' my Hermes ' .to cut so g story short as of today .customer service could not tell staye of parcel ,do not know where it and going and were rude , and insulting and hanged up the phone on me.

Louthe to even give one star but have to in order to proceed with the review. Every time I know something is being delivered by Hermes I cringe as I know it will either go missing, the driver will say I wasnt in when I was or something else. On this occasion I had ordered an outfir for a baby, I was in all day on the day of delivery but they decided to dump my parcel in my neighbours rubbish bin!!!! And take a photo to prove delivery. My neighbour had placed their household waste all over the parcel and I had to dig through this to retrieve it. Not great in normal times let alone when we are in the middle of a health crisis. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I ordered a item from ebay, the seller used Hermes as the courier, it was a power outlet for a car a small item about the size of a vape, I got a message two days ago saying package was delivered they gave me a tracking number I was at work when said delivery happened, I never received the parcel I live in block of flats non of my neighbours or family had seen it, I tried to talk to a person from Hermes in the phone all I got was an automated system that couldn't understand they're tracking number so gave up and used online system where they showed me a dark photo of the bottom of a door with a parcel looking like a vape lying there they claimed they put it through letter box but in fact it was in unsafe location, I tried to raise complaint but system ignored it so had to raise complaint externally with ebay and seller, Hernes employ out of work self employed people with private cars that have no training how to deliver parcels, who leave them in unsafe locations I presume my item has been stolen where it was left very dissatisfied with they service why can't sellers send parcels with professionals like the ROYAL MAIL or UPS

If I could give no stars that would be too much. Didn't turn up to collect parcels, when I rang I was told to take them to a shop drop off point which is not what I payed for, then promised a refund, 3 weeks later still waiting for it and having to fight through PayPal to get my money back. I will never use them again, shocking customer service and unprofessional, want to keep your money and make you fight for it. Read all the reviews and be amazed at how they can get away with their stealing of people's money and diabolical service.

Very poor service DO NOT USE I booked a package to be collected on the 24th of February, it was not collected, I tried to enquire what was happening with no success. Automatic message just say it will be collected today. Today has come and gone (25th February) with no collection. Looks like I paid a thief for a non existent service. Rubbish service DO NOT USE

I ordered something on 18 February and got message it was delayed so yesterday I rang and after a long delay got through to a vey pleasant woman. It turned out the package was sent to wrong delivery round and said it should be delivered today, 25 February, checked online to find they hoped to have it on the way within 24 hours. Next time I will not order from the same supplier if he still uses Hermes.

They are the worst delivery company, the drivers are rude. They don’t leave parcel in your safe place. They leave it on the doorstep even, where it can get stolen. They leave it outside even when it is raining. My parcels have arrived wet covered in dirt. Don’t use them!!!!

Sent a very well packaged ceramic bowl, it was received smashed to pieces. Tried to get hold of Hermes via chat, that was a joke & totally useless. Emailed them with pictures of the damage, a week later received a reply with a list of items that couldn’t be claimed for which seemed to cover everything that could be sent! Except maybe for Dodo eggs nothing is covered! So I am out of pocket and will not be using them again, they take absolutely no care with the packages. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Come on Hermes take responsibility for your mistakes.

After paying Hermes to deliver a parcel they sent me a further invoice for more than double the amount as they said the parcel was 'oversized'. I paid the invoice and heard nothing more, the parcel was not delivered to the recipient so I called to question why. I was told the correct tracking information was not on the parcel, I provided all the correct information and was told my parcel would be delivered to the recipient within 48hrs. I arrived home and the parcel had been instead sent to my home address. After calling Hermes again I was told I would receive a full refund for both the amounts I had originally paid within 2 days and I would need to pay again to send the parcel with a new tracking number. Although I would receive a 100% refund for this payment. I paid and sent the parcel again. I did not receive either refund. I have since called Hernes a further two times and each time been told I will receive my refund for the original amount within 2 days. This has never materialised. They have also said they are not now giving me a 100% refund for the third amount I had to pay for them to deliver my parcel as promised. I have sent two emails with no reply. Altogether Hermes have been completely unprofessional and I will not be using them again or recommending them!

I ordered a parcel 4/1/21. Delivery due date 12/1/21. Notice appeared on my tracking on the 29/1/21 "Sorry but there has been a delay to your parcel, it will be moving again in 24 hours". It's 25/2, I've tried contacting them but their automated service says the message above without details. This isn't my first issue with them. I genuinely hate the company, anybody that does business with them is an idiot.

2 Parcels missing,tracking has just stopped,1 parcel turned up opened and an item missing from it. Absolutely appalling! Taking money and not providing a service is usually classed as fraud or deception!

This company have awful customer service the worst I’ve ever known. Their head of customer experience, web design and customer service should be shot! No way to speak to anyone, their chat bot is an insult to customers. My parcel is not with me or the sender and no one to talk to.

Simply put, Hermes are neither the best nor worst. I have had mixed experiences with them, although more recent service has shown they have improved a great deal. The downside to Hermes is the vague explanations via tracking / lack of customer support when a delivery is missed.

Parcel delayed for now nearly 2 weeks. Stuck on a message saying "we will have it on the move in the next 24 hours"'lies. Impossible to contact a human phone is a bot, chat is a bot. How do you people get to talk to a human from customer service? This company is the worst joke.

Tracking Number 1902480968546288 I ordered fro Holland and Barrett, my order was dropped in the Carton only wheelie Bin. And a note was dropped in my letter box. Since COVID started, I don’t take my post everyday, just to allow time to pass on it. By the time I collected my post on weekend, the Bin has been collected for the week. I called H&B up till today I have received a refund or my replacement order. I will campaign against using Hermes, their delivery staffs are the worst ever, imagine my medication in the Bin, very disgusting.

This company has to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I still have not got the parcel and they do not appear to know where they have it either bloody useless absolutely bloody useless
