I’m tired of Hermes delivery 🚚 they don’t respect the times window at all they said 12-2pm but didn’t turn up until 3/4pm what’s the point ?? Nonsense

No Customer Service (just automated phone bot) No Live Chat (just automated web bot) App doesn't work properly (cannot choose a safe place) No other phone numbers supplied Website utterly useless They say parcels have been delivered and they haven't Information on the website is misleading regarding how to contact. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT HERMES UK

Paid for 3 days delivery. Still not delivered after 10 days. Other parcel still not delivered 14 days and it goes around. Customer often reiceives damaged items.

On the 9th February a Hermes driver arrived to pickup my parcel to be returned. He asked if there were two parcels and I responded just the one. He then cancelled the non existent extra parcel and gave me a ‘sorry I missed you’ number 16306871. The original parcel is number 8258795750192310. I cannot obtain my refund until the package is returned. I have tried using the Hermes web app that sadly doesn’t allow me to give this information

Hermes is the worst delivery service ever, I have received several broken items where the drivers must have thrown the parcels into the back of their vans. They rarely deliver parcels on time. My latest delivery waiting time is just a joke as you will see from the tracking picture I am posting. I don't know if and when I will receive it. I have tried emailing them, phoning them, and talking to their Customer service Bot without success. I am now asking companies not to send my items via Hermes.

First tried to tell me that my 200g parcel weighed 2kg and told me that i had to pay the difference and a fine. (It took my 2 hours to make an appeal). Then they lost 7 of my parcels, then hung up on me after i waited 35mins to speak to an advisor. Worst service i've ever received in my life. If i could give less than 1 star I would. Their live chat is a useless robot and they never respond to emails.

Another parcel ruined by Hermes. Books arrived soaking wet. Made a complaint, 4 weeks later received standard letter with a link to "Damage claim form" the link just took me to Hermes home page with no apparent path to a claim form. It's well worth using Royal Mail, just a little bit more expensive but worth it. They are professional & the parcels arrive usually on time & in tact, after all Royal Mail have had over 500 years experience!

Impossible to comprehend how can a parcel delivering company not deliver a parcel package out for delivery on Wed 10 th followed delivery on tracking so frustrating now told because it was glass and liquid they destroyed package it was actually a knitted jumper I give up Shame on you Hermes Elizabeth

My 1st parcel held by delivery driver for 3 days, who said they had tried to deliver but didn’t show on my recorded CCTV, liar. My 2nd parcel can’t be delivered as they can’t find my address in the middle of a small housing estate. I have tried a dozen different numbers and keep getting that robot that won’t put you through to a human. I will personally never send anything with these so called delivery people but will stay with tried and tested Post Office Mail.

lied about trying to deliver parcel 3 times (I was in each time). I tried to get in touch and there is no human to talk to only a computer that does not help at all. Very disappointing and very upset as my parcel is now over a week late.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Hermes is the only courier company that I have ever come across that are unable to complete the sole service that they offer... delivering packages. How is it that they have succeeded in losing 4 out of 5 of the parcels I have ever had ‘delivered’ by them? I am clearly not alone in this and it absolutely blows my mind that companies still choose to use their services. Is there something that we as customers are missing? Are hermes in one big circle jerk with all the businesses that use their service? Surely it’s time that this company gets lost along with the other 5272892292 packages. Oh and don’t try get in touch with a human at Hermes either, apparently they don’t exist.

Late parcel.Waiting for 4 days,parcel bounced from pillar to post and now its apparently damaged and couldnt be delivered.Theyve had it for 8 days.Ridiculous.No humans to speak to and a pointless tracking service.If i could give minus stars,i would.Use at your own peril.

Hermes lost 4 out of the last 5 packages they were supposed to deliver to me. Since there is no customer service at all, the issue cannot be rectified. Haven't had any issue with other couriers. I will never ever buy from a seller that delivers with Hermes. Awful, unacceptable service. Just a shame.

My son lives in a flat on the fourth floor of a tenement in Glasgow. Hermes have promised to deliver my parcel "today" twice and have failed both times. No-one else has had any difficulty finding his flat.

I have used My Hermes for several years without too many problems, however the last 2 weeks have been horrendous. My parcels have been booked in for collection and paid for and no-one comes to collect them. Finally after 30 mins waiting to speak to someone I was told you had an I.T. problem with 4% of you website , this was over a week ago and it looks like it still hasn't been sorted out. Decided to use Royal Mail for now on, much more reliable. You need to sort out your non-existent Customer Service Department.

Hermes are impossible to get in touch with by live chat or phone I had a problem with my delivery address and could not speak to anyone, I tried for five days. If you can use another delivery service then avoid Hermes.
