“Severe delays to Republic of Ireland but this is unclear when booking. Unfair not to confirm during booking. Now Christmas presents sent December 9th won't arrive until January 5th. AVOID”

“Don’t go anywhere near them. Our package went missing, Hermes kept saying the parcel was in the depot awaiting delivery, we discovered after two weeks, that the parcel had been DESTROYED because they had broken it!! Unbelievable!!”

“I have had several late deliveries. One nearly thrown over my neighbours fence because they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it properly. I am currently waiting for a game to be delivered and this is meant to be next day delivery from Amazon prime (I ordered it yesterday) I’m not impressed what so ever”

“Avoid avoid avoid. Issue after issue with this courier company two failed deliveries excuses made contacted and spoke to someone who reassured me my deliveries would be with me and was assured my issue would be looked into still nothing. Shambles and corrupt.”

“My parcel was delivered to someone in Ireland and I live in Cornwall. The person who received it had the courtesy to contact the sender who has arranged to have it collected and re delivered. The company has rung me to say it should be with me Friday or Monday. I live in hope.”

“I have now had 10 parcels gone through Hermes with not one delivery attempt to my business address. we are on a main road with no access issues. I have emailed customer service several times and they do not resolve any issues”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS,IM ASSUMING EVERYONE HAS SEEN THE POST GOING AROUND FACEBOOK ABOUT EMPLOYERS SMOKING WEED AND ABUSING STAFF MEMBERS,ALSO KICKING PACKAGES AROUND,THIS WEEK ALONE I HAVE HAD ANGRY BUYERS COME TO ME COMPLAINING THAT THERE PARCELS ARE DAMAGED,PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS DISGUSTING COMPANY.”

“totally rubbish service, they said that they could not deliver my parcel because of access to the property, when all they had to do was press the buzzer for my flat! apparently they will try tomorrow, but reading the reviews I highly doubt it. Why do retailers use this service!!”

“I dropped off my parcel on 3/12/2020, today is 15/12, didn't arrive YET! I have tried to contact by chat - "can't find your tracking number" it was said, tried a phone number that never worked because the automatic answer didn't recognise the tracking number, didn't pass to an human and hanged off the phone. Finally I spoke with someone! Still in transit! Hopefully it arrives! I need o say Hermes never more! Dear Hermes, have you done something to improve your service? I saw the previous reviews, they are very bad!”

“Totally useless. On at least 6 occasions Hermes has delivered parcels to the completely wrong address, not next door, not over the road but an entirely different street. And on the last occasion a notice was attached to the (wrong address) door to say that this was not the address they were looking for, and still they delivered the parcel there. And impossible to contact them, utterly useless.”

“My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and Hermes were unwilling to help. It’s not the first time even though we have a photo of our front door on the account. Add insult to injury they suggested I contact the person I purchased from”

“two weeks waiting for an order to be delivered though saying it is in their depot waiting to go out in the next 24 hours. A query resulted in "contact the retailer". Talk about pass the buck. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE! They don't the meaning of customer service.”

“After reading all the reviews on hermes there's not much more to say. Today after waiting weeks for two deliveries of Xmas gifts. Got two emails to say my parcels had been delivered at a time stated , one I was actually sat looking out of my window when a text came through to say they had delivered my parcel they are lying thieving people and should be closed down for theft of people's property. Don't even try to contact them its hopeless. Who do you try get your money back from its not the company you buy from its hermes who are the rip of company. Going to contact Ripnof Britain se if they will take up them on their programme. If every one did this it would help shut them down.”

“Never had a delivery on time, then they lie and say its been delivered when it hasn't. The worst delivery company ever, if you insist on using them then just take whatever you were going to send and throw it away, its the same thing.”

“Can not speak to anyone delivered to a house who must of kept £60 trainers,this firm are so rubbish putting it politely.Phone them all you get is to a dead end.Why anyone use these to deliver there parcels is beyond me guess there the cheapest 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”
