Hermes provides maybe the worst services possible when it comes to delivering parcels. I have repeatedly had the same issue: parcels did not arrive on time. When tracking the shipment online there is simply NO WAY of contacting them. Things that should be straightforward like track your parcel, contact the driver and contact the company to say the least, are simply impossible with Hermes. Stay away or get ready to waste your time.

Hermes passes your details to a company who takes £15.00 out of your bank account WITHOUT authorisation. The name of the company is COMPLETESAVING.CO.UK - I will do my upmost to get my money back ... I am absolutely disgusted with Hermes for doing this.. The coronavirus is about at the moment and it's hard enough putting up with this pandemic ,...... Everyone at Hermes should be ashamed of themselves..... I WANT MY MONEY BACK - ROBBING PEOPLE IS NOT FAIR I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Worst parcel service ever! 3 times you have given me a time and then 3 times you say the courier had an issue with my address. Total rubbish. Yesterday I got a parcel from DPD and Yodel. Utterly ridiculous. Will make sure I never use you again and your online help is no help at all as end up going in circles. Totally frustrating and disappointing

My next day delivery parcel was due on Sat. It's now Tues.just says out with courier.what for 4 days ?

Courier van turns up but driver does not even get out of van to knock at door just drives away and updates website to say I was 'unavailable'. Absolutely useless services.

I was waiting for my package and got the following message from Hermes: You've asked us to return your parcel to the sender - it's on the way back. I haven't spoken to anyone and don't want my package to be send back. I was at the delivery address all day long. Please stop lying Hermes. I tried their online Hermes Assistant which is useless if you want anything more than find out the tracking of your package.

The previous review on bad service was not for Hermes. It is for the online retailer 'I saw it first'.

BE WARNED - DO NOT USE HERMES. Parcel was sent 2 weeks ago tracking number is informing me that it is still with Hermes.. customer service contact number just puts you through to a Robot who swiftly cuts you off if it doesnt like your answers ,awful awful awful service. The parcel I have sent is only worth £50 but it is money that has disappeared it seems! I understand the world is in a bad place at the moment, but at the end of the day Royal mail are still able to deliver mail efficiently but Hermes are just losing peoples property without even informing them. Shocking. And you don't even have the decency to reply to customers who have entrusted their property to you.

Awful experience. It states there was a problem with my delivery address but I have had multiple other parcels sent to this same address in the past few weeks. Customer service line difficult to access and then when accessed it is automated and unable to speak to a customer service agent to try and rectify the issue.

No delivery 5 days after placing order, contacted retailer and was told Hermes have lost the parcel. Tracked parcel on Hermes website status not updated from order stage even though I am told it has been despatched. 8 days now, still waiting for delivery. Such a bad service, will not shop with any online retailer using this delivery company. They open phone lines at 9am but come 9am the line is unobtainable.

horrific service. had to wait in my flat all day - when i had no food in. service did not update. eventually got an update (at 4;21pm) that had a time stamp of 17:21 waited from 8am to 8pm and they did not deliver. no update. could not get in contact with ANYONE. customer service the next day hung up on me before i could even talk to them. refuse to take my call now. will never use this service again. shall never recommend to anyone - unless you fancy waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel and zero customer service.

They said they tried to deliver but nobody was in! Liars, I was in that time they said they tried to deliver. Not the first time they done it! Rubbish company!

I'm shocked with all the negative reviews, I get perfect service everytime. The delivery driver is very friendly, also my parcels are always delivered to me on time. Thank you Hermes.

Just an absolute shambles of a delivery service . Still waiting for a parcel posted 10 days ago !! Online tracking just shows a big exclamation mark ! No contact number , no email - zero customer service . Just appalling !

Pretty bad service, please only employ delivery drivers who can actually read addresses. I waited at home the whole day to discover by clicking on my hermes tracking number that I supposedly returned my parcel when I never got it in the first place. No email to say what happened to my parcel and no way to get in touch get anyone at hermes. Please online companies stop using these bandits!

I received the message said my parcels (two separated parcels) were delivered and left in my porch with a photo (it wasn't left in my porch), and I immediately went outside for the parcels. I understand given the current coronavirus outbreak, the company is offering a contact-free option. However, your staff need to make sure the parcels were delivered outside of my house rather than anywhere in the area. We spent about approximately 30 minutes search the parcels around the area; fortunately, they were found 500 meters away from my home. So disappointed with the service.

My wife keeps getting messages to say her parcels are out for delivery......nothing!!! We had a great guy (before even he gave up and left) he was brilliant - sounds like he was unique for Hermes! Yep, they are useless!!

wait for a delivery since Saturday that never turned up called hermes on Monday morning they said there was a problem with the address and they deliver it today so I gave them my contact number in case of they have any problem finding the address waited all day and they never came so I called back Hermes now there telling me it will be tomorrow but at this point I dont think I'm ever gonna get plus the people who answer their calls have no clue about what is going on or where you parcel is at they just put you on a promise and then let you down I will never use this company because they dont have respect for there customer cant see this company lasting much longer. ps at the time of writing I still haven't received my parcel ☹

Ordered from bodybuilding warehouse, 48hrs... Didn't arrive - logged as being at the depot. Eventually, it took multiple MSG's on various platforms, conveyed this to BBW who said Hermes had "lost" the package. Would send again - this didn't arrive either. Left review on FB & the CEO contacted me and sent out another package. Still not rec'd - money claimed back from PayPal. Ordered sports equipment from eBay - still on way to courier... It's been just under a week, again for 48hr delivery. Didn't realise it was by Hermes! I know we are going through a national crisis - but these Jokers are ruining the rep of companies still working hard.
