Still waiting for delivery. Package was supposed to arrive 10 days ago! Been in contact with H & M twice as the Hermes robot told me to contact them. Still nothing. I give up. Worst delivery service ever.

The worst company ever! I don’t understand why companies still use them tbh. They are still saying they can’t deliver my parcel, because I wasn’t home when it’s lockdown and I do not go out. They’ve delivered my parcel to the wrong place as well and I can’t even contact them, because they give me some stupid robot to talk to.

Worst company to use. Ordered trainers from JD which obviously weren’t cheap. Waited a week had no email off Hermes so i tracked my parcel on Hermes website for it to say they are waiting for my parcel.. I messaged jd customer service they sent me a tracking on their side of the website and it said It was on its way ,I emailed jd customer service again for them to email me to say my parcel has been lost in transit! No, more like someone who works for Hermes have pinched them! What tramps!

Parcel opened item taken out and parcel sealed back up! Courier admitted forging the signature of delivery! Yes he is still working for them! Insurance claim was met with numerous requests for information which was given twice, in fact the DOR declaration that I went to great pains to get my recipient to sign (apparently the most important document), was actually attached to the email they sent back to me, just before declaring the case was closed and that I could take a run and jump. Never never using them again.

ordered a garden table and chairs via amazon,however hermes the seller sent the wrong order.No idea how to contact them so i will report to trading standards.Worse company with no contact infomation

Despite being in the house waiting for the parcels to arrive, they didn’t ring the door bell and left x2. Don’t know why Amazon uses them

Hermes delivered my parcel 300 miles away from my requested location. They delivered it to Scotland not South Wales and that was after the had possession of it for 3 days before finally sending it out for delivery. What a shambolic excuse of a courier provider.

Used their service through parcel2go but didn't insure, my Hermes say parcel was delivered but provide no info or GPS, checked the CCTV at the front of the house and they never even turned up checked the whole days of footage and there's no sight of a van..

I’ve been tracking my parcel for weeks, excited. It came to the Monday where the app said, great news your parcel will be delivered today! It never turned up. No tracking information after this point. Can not speak to a human being as every time I try to get through the automated bot won’t let me. The Bot says yes your parcel is with your courier out for delivery, has he been looking for my House for a week or something? No, you might experience a delay or nothing waited all week for the last courier who’s potentially sat in his arse. All I want is an update and you just can’t, all I would need for a five star service is reassurance, someone to actually talk too. If I could put 0 stars I would. Nothing but a waste of time. AVOID!!

Ordered my parcel 11 April from well known store. Received by Hermes 18 April and had email that it would be delivered, had been given delivery date 23 April by store. Parcel not delivered, got in touch with store as impossible to contact Hermes. Got email yesterday parcel will be delivered between 12pm and 4pm same day. Surprise, surprise, NOTHING. Why do companies use this delivery service, they are completely useless

Utterly useless, the way they make items disappear they should set a garbage disposal service and do something useful for the planet. Customer services oh wow have they dare to even call it that is beyond a joke. I will never recommend them and from now alway warn everyone I know how bad they are. If you get a problem or they just done deliver then your screwed.

Hermes have had my parcel on hold for 2 weeks saying the driver can't find my property. In the meantime they have delivered me 3 other parcels whilst the first one still remains on hold. Holly their ridiculous assistant tells me every day to check back tomorrow!! Very frustrating

My Hermes driver is a lady who has worked this area (Chesterfield S40 area) for many years and is extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and I have never had a problem with deliveries or collections. I suppose that much of the service satisfaction depends on the delivery person; if you get a good one, you get good service. S40 lady, keep up the wonderful work that you do.

Hermes have had my parcel for over two weeks! Firstly they collected my parcel from the retailer, emailed to say they had and and that it would be delivered then the following day i was still waiting for my parcel, tracked and and it said i had requested it to be returned, i emailed hermes asking why they had lied instead of just delivering it and got no reply but when tracking it changed to say my parcel was delayed, so i contacted them again after a few more days and they said they dont have my parcel and I'd need to get in touch with the retailer, i did this and they confirmed that hermes have the parcel so its now 3 weeks and i still have no parcel!! However I've ordered from other retailers and they've delivered my parcel in time so i just dont know what they're playing at.

Have tried to be in contact with them concerning a employee of there’s no chance and now as it’s come about parcels going to auction houses not surpraised this one got rid of a whole house of contents.

Shocking service. Don't use these! Our parcel was picked up from home and scanned in and that's the last tracking info they have. All we had off them was.. Erm sorry, your parcel is lost and cannot be tracked. What utter rubbish. Lack of responsibility and negligence. Poor service

Diabolical and clearly don't care one bit. Missed two collections no contact made at all. Have to speak to some useless bot that will only let you continue if you have a tracking number, which of course you don't if they haven't collected your parcel yet. They don't even bother to reply to their customers reviews, impossible to contact as phone lines blocked and no email address or human available. Shocking and disgraceful company with shambolic customer service. The only glimmer of hope I have is that this company will collapse eventually due to it's complete negligence and inability to do the only thing people pay it for (deliver parcels)! You almost have to laugh!
