Paid for a parcel to be collected and delivery but 5 days later still on the door step. No way of contacting them unless pay £6 for connection. Tracking number just says not received yet absolutely disgusting company taking money for no service

I just had my email saying my parcel has been delivered and signed for. I have been in all day. Not one person has been and knocked on my door or rang the buzzer. I go down stairs and find my parcel on the floor outside my property. 100% shocking. A joke of a company. That let's there drivers do what ever they like.

I had a collection (return) Hermes should have come Tuesday but didn't. Have emailed them 4 times but altho' the reply stated they would contact me within 24hrs I've heard nothing. I'm asking for a refund so I can take parcel to P.O. This Company has no Customer Care.

They say there was a problem getting to the address..i watched the courier walk straight past my house They say they need more information...they have all the information they could ever need..what do they want my medical records

In the last month MyHermes have "lost" 2 parcels > £100 - I think they may have dubious staff as this looks like a pattern - if you have something of value to send, don't use Hermes - in fact just don't use Hermes

We are a shielding household due to immune deficiency. A parcel was delivered to us but the name on the parcel and the postcode werenot ours!! The van driver insisted on putting the parcel on our doorstep and came very close to me despite asking him to put it by the garage. (We assumed the parcel was our medication delivery) I contacted Hermes by email and got an automated reply saying the issue would be sorted within 24 hours. What rubbish. 5 days on I still have not heard from them. Sorry for the person who ordered and paid for the items! I cant trace her. Her ibstructions were to leave the parcel in the porch and we haven't got one! Rating for Hermes and rheir drivers- generous at one star!

Sent a parcel back to Amazon using this company, said they tried to deliver 3 times, really!!! Then said they couldn’t locate address, I gave them another Amazon address and then it went missing. I filled in a claim form and was told I would only get £20 plus postage refunded so I am £49 out of pocket because or THEIR incompetence,Fuming customer service is diabolical , certainly wouldn’t recommend Hermes at all

DO NOT USE!,,Hermes are a disgraceful example of a delivery service. It’s not uncommon for items to be advised to customers as delivered when they haven’t. Impossible to speak to someone at Hermes, just get robot who gives no option to speak to a human and therefore blocked from trying to locate your missing, undelivered item. Avoid..they may be competitive ply priced but they are neither reliable or give a damn where your parcel ends up.

It's a shame you can't put no stars. 5 weeks ago they lost our order from sports direct. Cost me over £80 on phone trying to ring them. Apparently it got lost in transit. 2 weeks ago I purchased something from a seller online. They sent it via hermes, and yes same again. How can these people be allowed to still conduct business. Their whole company is diabolical and have fun trying to speak to someone without it costi g you a small fortune. I spent over £80 just trying to get through. £6 per minute which I didn't realise at the time. Stay well clear they're scum

I LIVE ON THE 4TH FLOOR OF A SMALL BLOCK OF FLATS. I HAVE DIMINISHED MOBILITY BUT THANKFULLY WE HAVE A LIFT. ON AT LEAST 3 RECENT OCCASIONS I'VE HAD ONLINE PURCHASES DELIVERED BY HERMES. THE ONLY WAY I KNEW THE PARCELS WERE DELIVERED WAS BY A KIND NEIGHBOR WHO SAW MY PARCEL ON THE FLOOR INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR AND KINDLY BROUGHT THEM TO MY DOOR. IT COULD'VE EASILY BEEN NICKED. (which has happened in the past)ON THIS RECENT OCCASION, I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION TO MY MOBILE THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT THE COURIERS NEVER RANG MY BUZZER. THEY STATED THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BY HAND!! LIES. NOW, THE ONLY WAY AN ITEM COULD'VE BEEN DELIVERED INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, WITHOUT BEING BUZZED IN, IS IF THE COURIER FORCIBLY OPENED THE DOOR! IF THEY'D RUNG MY BUZZER I COULD HAVE KINDLY ASKED THEM TO PLACE THE ITEM IN THE LIFT, WHICH IS WHAT OTHER DELIVERY SERVICES HAVE DONE WITHOUT ANY ISSUE. FROM NOW ON I WILL ASK ANY ONLINE-RETAILER/SELLER THAT I DEAL WITH TO CHOOSE ANY OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE BESIDES HERMES. I EVEN POSTED A COMPLAINT TO THEM RECENTLY BUT THAT WAS TO NO AVAIL. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T SEEM TO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. (I'M POSTING THE PHOTO THAT THE COURIER POSTED TO VALIDATE THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED. IT'S JUST MY FRONT STEPS!! WHAT'S THIS SUPPOSED TO INDICATE???) HERMES GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!

No collection over the course of 2 days and very dead end refund system, so I shall use the post office instead. to add to it the website is not very good and in this day and age you need to be on top of your game with websites and theirs looks very much like DPD just a different colour... Cheap and nasty service, considering I had no service whatsoever.

In the last few days I should have received up to 11 packages only received 4, still chasing other 2 to make it 6. They have 0% reliability and all my packages are damaged opened with a key or something to see the content possibly by the driver.

Ordered hanging baskets from Thompson and Morgan - package came very damaged, with 'repair' done by Hermes and hanging baskets had soil spilt and plants in the hanging basket badly damaged and dried out due to delivery time. Not sure why a reputable garden company uses such a rubbish courier service

Don't know who they get to write good reviews for them,they are the most diabolical courier service.I am sure they only get used because they are cheap.You get what you pay for!.My two parcels were due two weeks ago(they only emailed info on one),i don't know which planet they are on,i thought we had been in lockdown for eight weeks,the shory story is my parcels were not delivered apparantly i was on holiday !.Ha ha.I had no card left to say they had been.They did not attempt to deliver twice more as they should just sent the parcels straight back to the retailer,who a week and a half on still has not got them.They tell me that a lot of parcels disappear from that courier.So beware everyone,never ever use them ,you can't contact them either.This is not the first parcel to "disappear"when i have been waiting for a delivery,but it will be the last,

Absolutely disgraceful service! Do not use if you want your parcel to arrive within a fortnight! Have had deliveries without any problems from dpd, ups and parcelforce recently but Hermes are undoubtedly the worst courier service in the UK currently. Avoid using them and use any courier instead.

I posted my return item to Debenhams using the pre paid label the last week in April, ref 3491105488184675. It has since shown as processing then i received an email saying it had been lost at depot? And i should contact Debenhams?? Item cost me £103.00 and i am disgusted with the service provided. I will never use Hermes again and will spread the word! Avoid at all costs.
