Parcel collected from locker on 14/10/21 and delivered on 23/10/21, some 9 days later. Thanks to your inefficiency I have received neutral feedback on eBay, so I have decided to return the favour.

What a complete waste of time using this company. I ordered some expensive products of makeup for my wife, everything went smooth from the retailers end. Come the day of delivery, it was delivered and left on my front door. I guess the driver thought nobody would take it, left in full view and I have the picture from them to prove it. Well after I got home 6 hours later, no parcel, and the only conclusion was that its stolen. Well done Hermes, as I guess you don't employ drivers with common sense. This company are a bunch of cowboys, will not use them again for any kind of delivery. I have contacted them and the retailer to resolve the matter.

The delivery driver was extremely rude and aggressive. Never wanted to listen but intoxicated. The delivery driver threatened upon not opening the door. I believer their part time drivers are not bothered about longterm customer retention.

Booked pickup 14/10/21. Should have been picked up 15/10. Wasn't picked up. Phoned them same day. They promised to pickup 16/10. The didn't. Eventually picked up 18/10. Today (23/10) still not delivered to final destination. Apparently, it is 'delayed'. What a shower!

😡What a rubbish company. Yesterday at 9:18pm (when they had still not delivered my parcel for the 3rd day running) they posted on their tracking website that they had attempted delivery at 9:58pm! What a joke! the lying driver couldn't be bothered to drop off my parcel so he stupidly put that he had tried to do so at 9:58 pm because this lets him off the hook with Hermes as having tried the delivery. He didn't realise that the system would record the time that he posted his message which was 9:18pm!

Notified Monday they had 3 parcels for me. Tuesday tracking status: delivery delayed due to 'major event'. In my experience, it's a major event on the rare occasions Hermes deliver on time. No change to status since. No further information. Wish traders gave the option to opt out of Hermes delivery.

Hermes sends information much too late. It's no good telling you a delivery will be made within a 2 hour window when most of that window has passed or that a delivery will be made after it has been delivered and over 4 hours after a missed window. The couriers are fine, the systems are appalling.

Apalling, not even worth one star. Ne realistic means of communicating with Hermes. No interest and not a trace of customer service, seems the parcel is lost for ever. The Live-Chat isn't, the website never updates, the phone number gives the same useless info as the Live-Chat and the email address is no longer in use, clearly a company that does not want to talk to it's customers.

Hermes...please suppliers don't use Hermes Hermes seem to be really good at sending pictures of other people's homes with a different house number, street name and postcode (despite having the correct address and postcode) and telling me I wasn't in...if I was I would need to be a burglar. If I could avoid choosing suppliers who use Hermes I would (and also do at times!) The ability to contact a human being as the recipient is nigh on impossible. Between Holly the useless digital assistant..who will not give you a chat with a real agent option and the customer services number voice recognition system that has difficulty recognising letters and numbers and when it does still does not offer you the human option. I can only assume that if they had to resource agents to handle complaints it would need a call centre the size of Halifax...awful customer service offering!

0 stars if I could. Not the 1st time I've had dealings with this shower. Ordered some toys for Xmas for my grandson. 3 of them were exclusive to this store, nowhere else are selling them. You've guessed it! Lost or damaged! Make your own minds up what really happened. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had a parcel to be collected it didn't have the right returns label the young man who came to collect told me to get another one. I later found the returns label. I was going to send it back then I had a knock on the door and the young man who came first to collect it was standing there. He said he was in the area and thought he would call back so he took away the parcel to day this lovely young man brought another parcel for me. I would like to thank this lad he was cheerful and very thoughtful. I don't normally write reviews but I had to so thank you for been so kind I think his name was Brad a nice lad.

I paid for next day delivery with House of Fraser to have my item delivered, trust me if I'd known that they use Hermes I wouldn't have place my order at all. I stayed home all day only to receive a message from Hermes that they attempted delivery ( Big lie) and I wasn't home? The next day I get a message from Hermes that my item has been delivered with a image of a strange house and a strange person taking my item. I've tried to reach Hermes ever since with no result. I'm angry and sad at the same time, I really need my item. Why do you dp this to us Hermes, how do you sleep at night knowing what you're doing to individuals?

Awful! Lied about attempts to deliver, claimed no one home, we run a two businesses from home, there is always some one here. Tried to say on the second attempt, no safe place, we have five outbuildings, clearly no visit to the property. Impossible to speak in any format to a real person. Truly the worst possible company!!!

I've gone through a process about 5x now of scheduling collection -> hearing nothing about it -> contacting their support -> being asked to confirm details -> being told they dont know why the pickup was unsuccessful -> rescheduling collection. I've totally given up on them and asked for a refund.

The driver did not follow the instructions given to him to help him find the house. Nor did he ring the mobile number given to him should he not be able to find us. This month alone Hermes have failed to deliver 2 packages from different companies. Hermes have then returned the packages to the companies. I suggest companies stop using Hermes until they get their act together

I could tell you, at length, about Hermes and their fifth-rate service. I could tell you about missing parcels, parcels slung over walls, parcels I signed for...despite being three-hundreds miles away at the time, I could even tell you about my local Hermes driver, who keeps parcels in his garage until he has enough to "make it worth his while" visiting smaller villages such as mine. But I don't want to talk about that today, I'd like to discuss "the hole". I first noticed "the hole" about a year ago, in the packaging for some things I'd ordered from eBay. The seller had reused the cardboard box from a laptop, and the item inside was quite heavy, so there was the hole, about an inch in diameter and seemingly made in an effort to find out what was in the parcel. Since then I've noticed "the hole" quite a lot, always in larger parcels, seemingly in an attempt to see if the contents are worth "losing" on their way to me. I have had several parcels "lost" by Hermes, strangely they are always larger, more expensive items, and electronic goods have a particularly high chance of becoming "lost". In an effort to find out where my "lost" parcels are going I am going to start sending myself parcels containing gps tracking devices. Updates to follow.

Like many people below I've been unable to talk to a real person about my missing parcel. Phone calls to customer services get cut off repeatedly, messages through their terrible online bot when you ask them to phone you dont get actioned. I get inane emails telling me to reclaim a refund for my parcel through 'Science of Sport', whoever they are! My parcel was a personal package to my son, nothing to do with any company. So many complaints yet you dont see them on Trust Pilot, despite posting them. Their Facebook and twitter pages redirect you back to their hopeless website. Now theyve appeared to set up a new website???? called new.my hermes. Is this a scam or what? There is a petition being put to government about making courier services accountable, google this:Petition Regulate the courier service industry with penalties for undelivered parcels Regulate the industry so the courier companies are held to account for this high loss/damaged/theft of parcels we are seeing. SIGN IT!!!
