This company is SCAM. They take your money from paypal without you confirming it. Paypal wont even refund. Its discusting.

Here's a claim's copy I've sent to MyUS.com: I am very angry, I never signed to be a membership at $7/month : something hidden in your contract.  So do not charge this amount..There are lots of very bad surprises with your business as AUTOMATIC paypal payment that i never signed for : another hidden sentence.  On the top of it your fedex quote ($ 68)  is not reliable at all because i have been charged $ 50 (overcharge) + $ 40 (taxes) by fedex Israël  to get my $200 merchandise parcel. Over that you cheat with your member cancelation form that does not work. It's a Shame. Fedup.

TL;DR - ship your packages to another service provide, who may at first seem more expensive. MyUS additional costs are horrendous, their delays are long and they don't respond well to customer feedback. Details: Each delivery there is a new issue - either shipping costs are far from accurate, or they take longer (and I discount time for COVID), or items are missing. Customer service takes forever to answer and packages get a very long time to sort out (even though they state clearly they have "no delays" - packages are in your suite about 2-3 days after you get a delivery confirmation from the merchant). On each delivery there is a new charge - "Package Level Charges", and multiple items charges - they count how many items you're shipping and if it's above a certain amount (depending on weight) then they have a fee. Fees are "hidden" when you seek to find out how much shipping costs before you sign up. They hold your packages for 30 days and then charge a whopping 1$ *per item per day*! When items arrive damaged, they will *not* split the package and redeliver only the damaged goods unless you pay them 15$ to do so. If you want they either ship the entire package back, or ship it to you as is. Ridiculous and insanely not customer friendly. When you receive a package, you'll pay 2$ for photos. Think that's enough? No. You'll get 5-6-7 photos of the closed package and 1 photo of the items inside it. Want to see better photos? 10$ please. Per package. You want to discard shoe boxes to save on volume? That's free, but you'll get the shoe boxes anyways. I'm shipping my last package from them and I'm done and moving to the competition.

Not only did they misplace all my parcels, they did very little to help sort it out and respond to queries, much less compensate for the lost items!

Sadly, Various products that I had shipped to myus.com were stolen from myus.com and damaged by myus.com. After emailing them i still have not received a response or acknowledgment or compensation. I am so disappointed. I have supported them for years. Never again.

Customer of theirs for more than 10 years. Cancelled their service today. They shipped a super expensive TV with UPS, who destroyed the TV in transit and were happy to take responsibility. However, MYUS were not on my side, refused to file a claim with UPS although they acknowledged their fault. Do not use them: - If things go wrong they will definitely not be on your side - Their shipments are far too expensive now, sending a $10 cable will cost you more than $20 shipping cost - Their IT system sucks - They will not answer very specific questions - They will not take up suggestions for service improvements you make - They have no issue escalation process Very very disappointed after so many years with them.

Scam. I have used companies in the past to ship my high-end bikes and know how much it usually costs. As a military member living overseas, I sometimes have an issue with companies sending packages to an FPO (Fleet Post Office). When I purchased a new bike, this was the case so I decided to try MyUS since they said they would ship to an FPO. Once it got to MyUS, I started getting a robo-email every 30 minutes saying my address was not valid with no other information. Getting someone to respond to me with more information was extremely difficult and they just kept sending me the robo-emails with no useful information (around 150 emails). In the end, someone finally got back to me and said they could not ship to my address. I had to have them send it to a family member back in the states. Shipping from the original company to MyUS (CA-FL) was $180. Shipping from MyUS (FL-CA) was $700. No way it should cost that much. I have, in the past, shipped a bike from the US to Japan for $90 which included insurance. I will never use this service again. Hopefully they did not damage my bike.

scam scam scam!!!! DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! super expensive, hidden fees and not even a customer service number, they keep asking you to email ....I hate being cheated out of money and that's what this company does

They did deliver my goods and you know what you are paying for and getting. My only complaint was that the cancellation process was horrible and took far too many steps and e-mails to actually push through. Be warned, it will be very hard to to unsubscribe.

They are criminals. They know what they are doing and will not provide live human contact for that very reason. Worst company in the shipping industry. God they suck!

This is my first time ever writing a review for any business. I have joined their account on September to send some vitamins to my parents. It's been 4 months of endless back and forth conversation chat and email with agents. My items has still not been shipped to the receiver. MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR RIDICULOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS if you decide to work with them. I would never give my business to these people. Hope this was helpful. DON'T WORK WITH MYUS.COM. IT'S A SCAM .

It's a very bad company. All I want to say is that they are an organized gang to steal money from their clients. Every time my shipment is delayed for them for two months in this bad company. The shipping cost to my country, Kuwait, costs me $ 300. Although the actual cost does not exceed $ 150. Every month, 7 dollars are deducted from my credit card .. and they photograph my goods when they arrive in their warehouse, 5 pictures. This is supposed to be free according to their instructions, but they are liars. They take 5 dollars for each product they photograph. Now I have goods they have for a month and now when I contact them they say In Review I do not know what I should work with them I strongly advise against dealing with them, especially for international shipments.

An extremely unreliable and untruthful company. Here is my recent experience. A couple months ago, I received a "package in suite" notification for a package from the US. On the SAME DAY, I issued the shipment request. As I needed the package quickly, I opted for urgent handling with Fedex. This is where the horror started. My package became stuck in their "queue" for weeks. I contacted via chat and via email with multiple reps (as phone service is not available) who all had different responses to where my package was. One said they had it and are preparing, the other said it had been lost in the warehouse, another said it was already sent. I said "how in the world does that happen if I made the request same day as package was received...how do you lose a package within minutes of receiving the shipment request" Then another shock: one rep said my package was misshipped to another customer. I was stunned. How can this happen. No response except "please provide an invoice" and "please provide pictures of your item" which is actually their delay tactic in previous shipments I have had with them. If you misshipped to another customer, you have the tracking of that package, why not just recall the package? Or are you just lying and have stolen my package? Another couple weeks pass by with the different stories such as "give our warehouse 7-14 business days to find your package". Very unreasonable. Finally, I get a hold of a rep who says that my package has in fact been misshipped. To where you ask? To Japan. That's right 10,000km (6,500miles) away from origin location. I live in Canada and that is where the package was destined for. They provided the tracking for the Japan-bound package and said it would take a couple weeks to send back. How in the world does something like this even happen? Now I am stuck in a place where I can't figure out if they are lying about the Japan package (as the weight and dimensions listed on Fedex tracking do not match my own package) or they just stole my package outright. The package was a very expensive one and let that be a lesson to everyone here. PS. I must say after reading all the reviews, only the 1 star ones are detailed enough to be true. The 5 star ones seem short and fabricated. I also read reviews about working at MyUS and the staff that left said the company is a scam (e.g. they sell off "lost" customer packages to increase their revenues; their HR team creates fake positive reviews). Please PLEASE avoid this company at all cost and use any of their competitors even if it costs a bit more.

MyUS.com caused me to waste money to ship relatively inexpensive items to Ghana. I provided invoices for the purchases ahead of time like they requested. Yet, they chose to assign their own estimates my packages and these were all grossly inflated. They then charged exorbitant prices to ship packages for me. I tried to get assistance with customer service. I was never given the chance to talk directly to someone. I used the instant chat as well as email. Communication was slow and tedious. They seemed incapable of seeing or acknowledging their error. I have never felt this badly about my interactions with any other company. I believe I was robbed and even contemplated on whether to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

It's a scammer site. I have experienced lost parcel and swapped parcel by internal staffs and I was charged with fees for service which I did not applied.

I signed up for the 30 day trial. I purchased an item to ship overseas. Before completing my purchase, I entered the specs and weight of the product to get the estimated shipping cost.(~$169.00- budget). My item was delivered in two days, however, they took 3 weeks to review. Then they came back with some recommendations for shipping the item on a pallet, and indicated that this would add additional weight to the item. I was asked approve this without any pricing. I told them that I needed to know what the cost would be with a pallet. After a weekend of correspondence, I received an estimate of $630. When I asked for the breakdown of the cost, i learned that while the pallet did add to the overall cost, the dimensions of the item was used to determine the equivalent weight. Their website does not state this information and the estimates given only ask for the item weight. Realizing that I was being scammed, I promptly updated my ship to address and asked that they send it to me, at my US address, via fedex ground. I figured, I would just return the item to the vendor myself. They took another week to actually ship the item; 2 days later I received a notification from Fedex that the item was “ delivered”. When I checked the tracking, I showed the item only got as far as the Fedex local dispatch and then it was sent back to MyUS. I reached out to MyUS for an explanation, they said they would contact fedex to find out. Meanwhile they charged me for a delivery, I had not received. Another two weeks goes by, and they tell me that they can return to the vendor for me but I will be responsible for the shipping fees. I told them it would be best if they returned the item to me directly and I would deal with the vendor. Two more weeks go by, and I receive a notification that the package was released for shipping. I again inquired, what was the cause of the package being returned, they said “ fedex did not give details on this”. I then said, ok, but I’ve already paid and don’t expect to be charged a second time the issue was on the shipping end! No response, then I get a notification that my item has shipped and a charge to my PayPal account. I was livid......but I waited until I received my item before filing a complaint with PayPal. In the meantime, I asked MyUS for a refund for the previous charge; they responded that in their t’ & c’s , the purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees. I told them I fully agree with that, but I did not receive the item the 1st time you shipped, so therefore, no shipping fee. The response was, “ we cannot give a refund without investigating further”. Mind you the only correspondence they do is via email. PayPal within 2 days, resolved and closed the dispute in my favor. I will never deal with MyUS ever ever again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It is a scam!! They take your information and charge you outrageous fabricated prices. I was charged, without notification, approval or verification, $36 to mail a 15oz item to an APO address. The item only cost $13 to purchase! And for a larger item they charged me $236! More than the price of the item itself. Customer service ignored me for ages, and when I finally got a response, I was basically told “tough luck”. They gave me no notification of the price before shipping, then told me they couldn’t refund me because it had already shipped! I didn’t even receive an invoice until after the item had shipped, so how could I have contested the price?! These guys are seriously just out to rob people. It is so disappointing to see a company treat American military members who are serving their country overseas like this. Please stay away from these guys, they are out to steal from people.

I opened an account with MyUS on 20.09.2020 to receive a shipment that otherwise couldn't be sent to my country. Quickly after making the purchase in the shop, the problems with MyUS started: 1. I created an "Incoming Package" with all the relevant information: Tracking Number and a PDF with seller infrmation, description, screenshot of the product and invoices. This was three days prior to the package arriving at the MyUS address. The status of this entry never changed from "uploaded". After three days I received an automated and generic e-mail telling me, that some information is missing (but not WHICH...) 2. I've contacted MyUS twice to ask them, what's wrong with the information I provided, but never got an answer. 3. The package arrived and was processed without anyone taking a look at the information I provided. They arbitrarily set the value of the goods, even though the seller confirmed that they put a purchase receipt into the package. I contacted MyUS to ask them why they didn't use the provided value and got no answer. Trying to change the value they declared always ended in a generic error message. 4. After the package was processed, I chose "urgent handling" (same day shipping) and "additional padding" when creating the shipment request. Even though I paid for the services, neither of the two was fullfilled. The package got sent the next day and upon receiving the package, there practically wasn't any padding in the package at all (ten small styro pellets). 5. Worst of them all: The product I shipped with MyUS wasn't working properly. The seller confirmed that they've tested everything multiple times before sending it out. The Package I received wasn't damaged at all. This leaves the opening and re-packaging process at MyUS as the source of the damage. After contacting MyUS I didnt receive any answer. Everything included I've paid more than 350 $ for a product that I can't use.
