I signed up during the COVID lockdown and there were some delayS, everything was resolved and I received my package. I used MyUS again, come September, it went from bad to worse...now $700 of merchandise is stuck and they’re not responding to email or telephone lines.

I’ve create shipping request with Myus.com on Aug 24 and until now Today is Sep 11, it’s been 18 days and they still did not ship my packages. They never replies email or pick up phone call. They don’t even reply to PayPal dispute. I don’t know what else I can do besides sitting here and waiting for shipping notification everyday. BE AWARE! DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been a member of MyUs for 5 years and while I understand Covid-19 has impacted everyone, the current service/lack the of is totally appalling! First, I had a parcel supposedly shipped (but received no notification or tracking) and it still hasn't turned up despite being marked a delivered. Shortly after, I had another shipment consolidated... It took 16 days for them to FINALLY send it... BUT one of the items was removed from the shipment and placed back in my suite. Contacting customer service is pointless, I've had to send multiple emails over the last 3 weeks and have heard NOTHING despite social media telling me they'd escalate it to the head of customer service. Their live chat is never working, so not I have a missing parcel, a shipment that I'm hoping to get, minus one item sitting in my suite despite being charged full price to ship everything requested. Definitely wouldn't recommend using them after this

Provided advise of incoming shippment and still after 8 days not in suite. Request consolidated delivery takes 10 days. Never respond to and email. Place items in review for no reason. Takes more then a week to process and place packagd in suite. Delay delay and delay. Purchased a gift for my wife's birthday. Its gone missing. Send more then 4 communications, not one response to address status. No customer service.

I have been using this company for some time, and during the peak of COVID crisis they got a little slow but they didn't completely mess it up. Fast forward to a month ago, I received 4 items in my suite. I issued a shipping request to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on August 16 got charged for it upfront, and it got shipped by UPS only on August 27. All of a sudden, I got a notice that one of the 4 items was not shipped and was sent for REVIEW!!!! WTF??? Now, this item is still sitting in my suite under review and I can do NOTHING about it. I sent emails, messages and tried to call and live chat. NOBODY IS THERE. You think my miserable experience stopped there? Nope, get this: The shipment is now being held by UPS in their local warehouse in Riyadh. I contacted UPS, and they said the sender owes us money and they failed to pay and we can't release the shipment until MyUS pays its dues!!!!! I asked them what would happen if MyUS continues to ignore your payment demands? They said we will destroy the shipment!!!!! WTF??? I asked UPS to release my shipment and deal with MyUS in court. They refused. They said the only way your shipment gets released is if MyUS pays us what's owed. Now I'm out of my money I paid to get this shipped, I don't have my shipment, and MyUS is thus far ignoring me. This is going to be my last experience with them. I advise you to avoid at all cost.

I have had a nightmare experience with myus.com....DO NOT sign up with them. Worst company EVER...they simply gouge and provide NO customer service. They are holding my products in and will not release them. They will not take phonecalls, no chats, just hide behind emails which are useless. Use muysaddress.ca ...they are fast, cheap and soooo customer friendly.

Let me start by saying I was recommended by a friend here in the UAE. I was told MyUs had a good track record with him, so I set up an account and ordered a bicycle from eBay. I was hoping it would reach me at a decent time and be better than Aramex. My package arrived at MyUs facility on July 30, 2020, and wasn't logged in until August 14, 2020. Throughout this two week ordeal, I emailed and live chatted with their customer service representatives. The red flag here! Check the reviews online, and you'll see they are not worth your money, time, or headache. They don't have phone service, so you can't talk to a person, and they never respond to my multiple emails. The live chat representatives are calm and remain professional but are entirely mediocre and useless. I spoke to one rep on August 7 and requested an escalation on my "lost" package they signed for, Keziah told it would take up to 48 hours. It didn't, and it was lied to again. Now, let touch on why my package is still sitting in their facility after I chose urgent shipping. They continually update their site with notifications of how fast and imaginary timelines packages should be received and shipped out. Then I spoke to another representative, Collen on August 19 after the announcement on the site said packages would ship within four days of being logged in. Collen then told me 4 -10 days and be patient and understand they are trying their best with covid19. Let's say it does take ten days for my package to be shipped; that would be one whole month they had my bicycle. Long story short, if you used this company, prepare to waste time and overspend on an inefficient and mediocre service. They blaming covid19 for there shortcomings yet use it for there advantage. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!

I notice these guys are getting a lot of negative reviews during COVID so I just wanted to weigh in on those concerned or still waiting. I am in Australia and got $1500 worth of goods sent to me via MyUS, I was worried when I saw these reviews and they did not process my package. But this was easily resolved by reaching out to them on their facebook page. My package took about 5 weeks all up to process and then get here in another 5 days. I used FedEx Priority which was $100 but I was given a discount of $20 making it $80 including the added GST to get through customs. I have had no account keeping charges as I signed up using the free account. TL:DR if you are waiting on a package from these guys contact em on facebook and they'll get a hold of you in a few days. Your package is safe and will get to where it needs to be!

Such a bad experience never more.! They charge you 400% higher price 183 US$ for the returntransport when they themselv decided that the package should be returned whitout going through the regular customs procedure. I was not informed about the ridicoulus high price until the package was returned. (Value of package 60US$)

I dont believe this a reputable company- no phone,no email response until I threatened to stop payment.Item was delivered a month later and I had to pay addiotional hidden fees to get the package out of hock.

The worst mail forwarding company I have ever used This company is slow, poorly run and dishonest - It took this company more than 3 working days to acknowledge that my package has arrived and been signed for at their warehouse - It did not bother to my enquiry messages for days, until I wrote a negative review - I received an email to ask me whether the package its warehouse received is mine because the recipent name is different. It was from a "No Reply" account, so I couldn't reply to confirm that it was - I got an email notification that my package had arrived and if I didn't send it out within 1 working day, the company would start charging me storage fees. I opened up my account to find that my package was still not logged into their system for me to send out. So that meant I would be charged storage fees for a package I couldn't send out. - I complained and the service staff sent out the package on my behalf. I was not given a chance to choose which service I wanted (i.e. how fast/slow my package would be shipped and at what price). I wasn't even given a chance to approve the payment amount. The money was simply deducted from my Paypal account without my knowledge or approval. The company acted like a thief here. - The company claimed that it would give me US$20 of credit to apologise to me how slow its service had been. When it first sent out my package without my knowledge or approval, it charged me US$17 and deducted this from my US$20 credit. A few hours later, the price increased to US$36 and I was charged an additional US$16 via Paypal without my knowledge or approval. If you do not want to give me the US$20, then you shouldn't have offered it to me. Instead of increasing the price by two times so the credit would not offset any costs. - This is the most expensive shipping service I have ever used. It is charging me US$36 to ship an package weighing 7.2 ounces or 200 grams from the US to Thailand Please avoid this company at all cost.

I lost $ 250 because of them. Pathetic service.They don't respond Properly and take lot of time. They do not even pay any Insurance Claim for loss. Never use them. Money drain service.

Hi there Do not use this service. They lost my parcel and then having charged me $58 to ship a dress (which I insured with them) from the US to the UK. Refuse to refund me my money for either - they will only look at crediting my account, Stay away.

Warning !! Warning !! MyUS is incompetent and can not be trusted. I saw 5 star false reviews then I got started. So I ordered something (value $200) from my supplier and told them to send it to MYUS Suit. I gave them myus address & suit number. The parcel arrived at MyUS facilities then I opened a live chat asked them what's next and then they said I should wait for 24Hrs the parcel is being processed. After 3 days when I contacted them, they told me a different story. ""The package was shipped out into a wrong suite. There has been no updates yet. Neal is currently assigned to your case. He is one of our supervisors, please wait for his email response about this matter"" --- "" Unfortunately the item was misplaced and we are searching for it in our facility. We will contact you once the search process is completed. "" It's week 6 and I haven't received my parcel. There's no proper response and they keep on saying we have escalated your case. CASE NUMBER: 01962686 Scammers!!!!
