This company is a scam, it's a horribly run company that fails at almost every level. Avoid at all cost. I was lucky to get some of my stuff back. Learned my lesson. Robert Zas

ordered a shipment,and unfortunately I chose collect duties and taxes option cause I thought they knew the customs charges for each country, but apparently they use a custom ripoff formula for all countries and they charged me 5 times what my country's custom department would ask for, and shipped my shipment automatically without even asking for my approval on the amount they determined, and let's not forget they chose the most expensive shipping option available cause as they say the only one able to collect duties and of course they didn't inform me that, they assumed that all of this is known to me since it's automatic shipping which also wasn't stated at any point in my single package membership, the only clue was no consolidation, and I've been texting them several times to reach for a settlement but they don't see anything wrong in their actions, So I will end up paying triple the amount of my package for shipping and taxes So my advice RUN this is a ripoff company and not trust worthy you'll end up paying double or triple the amount of your shipment at least ( the package was 4.7 ponds only and I'll end up paying 256$ Charges)

I made a free account back in 2018 and never used it. MyUS cancelled that account because it is not active. Today, I registered on the platform again as a free user. Shockingly, they withdrew $133 from my PayPal account claiming that I have an outstanding amount from 2018, even though I registered as a free user and never used their service. I tried to explain the situation to their customer service and requested an explanation of how this amount accumulated without sending me any emails or messages since 2018. In addition, how can I be registered as a paying user without setting a payment method back in 2018? As soon as I put my PayPal account, the amount was withdrawn from my card without any notification and now they are refusing to refund it. IT IS A SCAM AND A RIPP OFF

I have had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with the customer service. The conditions are not clear and I found some undue payments in my account. Asking the refund of them, they stated it's not possible. TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT Very Bad Bad experience

The company maybe a scam. Their employees will not provide any pictures of your items when problems arises and will not offer any assistance.

The website can be very confusing for 1st time users, and one wrong move can have huge consequences. They do not explain this to users nor communicate tips to not end up spending a fortune. I had items in my suite, did not want to ship them but somehow they were shipped via DHL, right after I found out that DHL picked up my items, I reached out to myUS customer service. They literally refused to help me and continued to blame me even though I explained that I am a first-time user and that I genuinely don't understand what went wrong. At this point the solution would have been simple-just retrieve the items from DHL. As I said they refused to do this or offer any solutions, so then of course things only got worse because the item was shipped a few days later, I had paid $50 shipping for items that cost me $20, and then my country + extra DHL fees were trying to charge me another $110. I reached out to MyUS again demanding that they find a solution and take the items back, they said they would do it but I would have to pay the return fees. So their solution was literally that I spend even more money on a service and items that I did not, and will not receive. Just awful. Now I have lost $20 (item price), +$50 (shipping), a total of $70 so far and got nothing out of it except for a huge headache and a lot of wasted time speaking to their customer service. I still have other items on hold in my suite and of course they are refusing to help return those either.

When they do not receive an invoice in the package, they will make up the value in the shipping declaration instead of contacting you to ask for the invoice/value. This inflated valuation resulted in tax payable in my country, and they refuse to absorb the resulting taxes payable. Still in dispute with them.

This site is basically a SCAM for buyers in the UK. The base membership add import and duties to everything these people process. The UK pretty much allows everything to be imported if it is less than £39. These people trawl the internet to find a product they can match to the one they are processing to add unnecessary fees to everything. My package worth less than 30 dollars, has been charged £70 import and shipping fees when it shouldn't have been charged anything at all. The customer service feels like an Indian Call Centre response, get you away ASAP. It's not worth it and will not be using them ever again. Shocking!

My 15 year old signed up to have 2 YugiOh cards shipped. It cost him over AU$60 to do this. He has now tried to cancel his membership and keeps getting charges to his account. We will be calling the bank tomorrow to stop any further payments. Absolutely disgraceful con.

Someone shut down that website. MAJOR SCAM!! I should have read the reviews before using it. I am so disappointed! I ordered from Shein used the myus.com and now it's like they are charging me double. WAIT, TRIPLE!!! the amount. I live on Guam and unfortunately Shein don't deliver through PO BOXES on Guam. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Me uno a la larga lista de perjudicados por MyUS. He publicado mi experiencia en Trustpilot, Google Maps y  ProductReview.com.au, y he visto que hay múltiples reseñas negativas desde el año 2014.    Contraté sus servicios para el reenvío de unas compras a mi domicilio, en España. FEDEX les devolvió mis productos, no los puedo recuperar sin gastos, no me devuelven el importe y me quieren cobrar unas tarifas abusivas por unas devoluciones que yo no he autorizado.  A partir de aquí, todo lo que les digas es irrelevante porque MyUs ya ha conseguido su primer objetivo, atrapar otra presa, a la que intentarán sacarle todo el dinero que puedan, que es el objetivo principal, así que no vas a conseguir nada hasta que se encuentren con alguien más fuerte que ellos. Yo recuperé las tarifas de MyUS cuando abrí dos incidencias en PayPal, y en cuanto recibieron las comunicaciones, MyUS me reembolsó sus tarifas. Y para recuperar el importe de mis compras he presentado mi reclamación en econsumer.gov, una organización del Gobierno de Estados Unidos, la han admitido y estoy en su base de datos. Indico las direcciones por si queréis presentar vuestras quejas, a ver si entre todos conseguimos que algún Organismo Oficial intervenga y evite este tipo de actuaciones. FTC. Comisión Federal de Comercio (Federal Trade Commission, FTC). No resuelven el problema individual pero lo comparten con más de 3000 Agentes de la Ley para investigar y presentar casos contra fraudes, estafas y malas prácticas comerciales. ReporteFraude.ftc.gov. USAGoV, ofrecen chat y teléfono. Tienen enlaces con todas las oficinas estatales de protección al consumidor, si pones Florida que es donde está MyUS, te envían al Departamento correspondiente, con teléfono gratuito en inglés. Para estafas internacionales te envían a econsumer.gov

Sent my outbound package through FedEx. FedEx lost the package midway. They told me it is my problem and they won't do anything about it. Didn't help a bit. Don't recommend them. They also overcharge you for EVERYTHING. They asked me to file a claim with FedEx myself, even though they are the shipper, and arranged it. And said they won't be refunding me for ANYTHING.

Do not use MyUS.com. Even after cancelling my account, I have been continually charged for "shipping" $13.50 per month. Call and they cant help because it's somthing in their terms of agreement. It basically means they have my card info and kept charging until I cancelled the card. Shady.

Excellent timeframe for delivery, no complaints whatsoever. However, like others have alluded too, their estimated shipping costs are misleading to say the least! Estimated shipping for my 2kg package, was $72 NZ. I was actually charged $193 NZ. There is no notice of the amount to be billed, it is sent before you see the amount. Be aware....almost like a very sophisticated scam!

I want to make a complaint about the additional cost added to my shipment and how it was handled as a first time user. I was charged $40 (an additional $15 based on your estimator). Also as a first time user I did not know I would be automatically charged insurance and a fee for a sticker to show there was a battery inside the item (tablet). This was not mentioned at all when I used the estimator and would have changed my decision to use myus if I had been made aware of these cost from the beginning. Also I could not see the item in my account online and have was told that the item has already been shipped before I made payment. The credit card I have on my account was a debit card and I had expected to see the item in my account before I would make payment. I contacted the CS team and they told me all the charges are automatically added and the shipment had already sent even before I had made payment. As a first time user I am very disappointed at how this transaction was handled and the lack of information for first time users concerning additional charges which is not mentioned in the estimator at all. I had created the account some time ago but this was the first time I actually used it to make a delivery and the experience was bad (hidden charges, shipment sent before payment and no visibility of the shipment in the account).
