Awful company. I signed up for the trial. It says you can cancel anytime within the first 30 days to not be charged further. For the past week I've been trying to cancel. Customer service won't get back to me. And there is no way to cancel on the portal. I've saved all my sent correspondence and records of contact for the upcoming chargeback/fraud claim I'll have to file against them. Since they refuse to respond to my cancellation request and aren't honoring the terms of the trial.

Been going there for years. it used to be customer friendly. Now, one has to somehow get through a terrible call center where you may routed to one team or another. They refuse to transfer you to the actual office. Charge a monthly fee which i don't understand. Saw a doctor on tuesday and checked with pharmacy on thursday. Not only had they not sent it in= they were going to send in the wrong script- they sent the one i used several years ago as opposed to the correct one. They were going to send a medicine i was no longer on. I don't think they can handle the influx appropriately I called the pharmacy after they said they called it in and they had no record!!! Horrible

Good product. But overpriced. And their subscription model is a total money bleed. I never knew when I was getting a shipment (no warning emails) or getting billed. I feel they're business model is exploitative and it leaves me very frustrated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Yes they take 64.00 dollars out for the order then two months later another 64.00 said that it is two payments of for one bottle so it’s 128.00 for one bottle and you can’t even change frequency on line company is not a good company don’t order from this place

This company is a trick. They say they have a free trial where you only pay shipping, but you still have to pay $60 for it later.

Prescription didn't give results. Cancelled subscription and continued to be billed. Contacted customer service and got the run around. Customer service agent read from same script and was sent to voicemail when I asked to speak to supervisor.

I signed up for a trial for this product and it was filled on December 5th! Meaning the product didn’t get into my hands for another 5-7 days!! I called January 6th to cancel and get a refund! I did not care for the product it made me peel to much! My call was answered by a female who had a poor attitude, was on a power trip, and very unhelpful! I was not given a refund because they start your 30 day trial by the date photos are uploaded NOT by the fill date or even better when u actually receive the product!!! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!!! It’s not even about the product so much as it is for the rude and unwilling customer service!!! There are plenty of other facial products to choose from so STAY AWAY from this one!!!

Great if you want someone to charge your credit card over and over without listening when you ask to cancel. Product OK but packaging very trashy, doesn't stay closed

Customer service is terrible. Website is impossible to navigate. Cannot get an ingredient list anywhere, tried it anyway and ended up with perioral dermatitis after using it a few weeks.

I was billed $64 on October 28th 2022, which would have been fine had I received another product. Nope. I'm going to get billed ANOTHER $64 on November 28th before my next product is sent. I reached out to them asking if I canceled would I receive the product that I paid $64 for on October 28th and they completely evaded the question. I have documentation supporting this. I want to cancel and receive a refund for the $64 paid on 10/28.

First I never received my product yet they charged me, yes they refunded me the first time because I didn’t get the product but then when I cancelled and said I wanted a refund because I hadn’t even finished the one they sent, they refused and said it was the other part of the payment. They are very shady and not upfront with pricing at all. You are billed 128 and some change in all actuality not 64. This company seems really shady when it comes to pricing.

Customer service is horrible. Agent answering the phone was rude. She gave her name unclearly and when asked to repeat it and her employee number she stated she had no employee number and that she already gave me her name. I asked her to repeat it. She sat there silent for a while. I asked her a second time for her name and she stated Shaniqua and I know this is not anything like what she first said when answering. 2nd the add is unclear that you will be billed $64.00 every month but only get a RX every 60 days. To cancel you must call in and talk to someone. Should be able to cancel through your account. I have read that there have been problems canceling. I hope that doesn't turn out to be the case.

Be very wary of this company! They are not clear about their conditions and will bill your card without notification. Theysay you can cancel from your account online but you have to call. They do not respond to emails. In economy is was billed 64 dollars for a product I did not want. After emailing to cancel I called to get a refund and was flat out denied. I had a bad reaction to this product unfortunately but they did not even try to give a refund!

Horrible customer service. The product did not work but caused my skin to become inflamed and when I reached out to the company they tried to give me a stronger prescription!! I asked for a refund and was denied.

The website said you got 72% off your first order. I was charged $4.95, and I received a jar of Retin-A gel. 45 days (approximately), I was charged $64. Although it is extremely unclear from the website, you evidently get 30 days at $4.95, and then they charge you $64 if you keep the product. Completely ridiculous.

Great concept but the communication between departments is HORRIBLE. If you have a question its pretty impossible to get an answer or call back. Once you finally get ahold of an agent they seem to be helpful and kind but the whole process is frustrating. Supplements are overpriced and i find they constantly have you buying more spending an obscene amount of money on cleanses and supplements.

Multiple attempts at calling today to cancel. Last two times I spent 25 minutes on hold to ultimately get an automated message that confirmed my phone number and stated I’d get a call shortly. Not looking likely.

Terms are not clear up front. They make it seem like you can try the product and if it doesn't work or you don't like it you can cancel. It's impossible to get a hold of them to cancel. I had a bad reaction to the product within days of using it and have been trying to cancel

Customer service is non-existent. I signed up for the $4.95 trial. The product did not work for me and made my skin worse. I tried to cancel several times but waiting for CS is always long so I message and email only to be told that you MUST call which is a huge red flag. The woman on the phone tells me the trial isn’t $4.95, it is $64 broken up into some BS payments. No way! I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint to BBB. I hate companies that prey on consumers.

I never completed my sign up and somehow still received the product. I figured what the heck, I'll try it and maybe I'll like it. The texture and consistency of this gelatinous face "cream" is disgusting. It's like putting Vaseline on your face. They refused to give me a refund for the charge, because I called at exactly 30 days. I Just got ripped off...
