AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this awful company. I purchased a 12x6 PROFLEx Pop Up goal around two weeks ago. Upon delivery, I noticed that the back bar of the goal was bent and would not sit flush with the floor. I contacted the company to get the item swapped - I’m aware that things often get damaged in transit, so this was not an issue. Net World Sport then tried to enter into some sort of strange negotiation with me. They stated that the damage does not affect the use of the goal… granted, but you wouldn’t accept a new car with a dented door panel would you!?! They first offered to refund me 10%, then they tried offering me a 20% discount code and now they have gone quiet and are not replying to my emails. All I want is for my item to be exchanged, or a level of compensation which is fitting, which I am entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act. Please shop elsewhere, companies cannot operate like this in 2022!

We had to order a soccer net July, 2021. Due to a rather busy summer we were not able to assemble the soccer net until April, 2022. A part was missing from the box (due to a damaged during shipping). When I phoned, Sammie explained that they don't cover any missing parts after 30 days. When I explained the situation, she made an exception and is shipping us the missing part! I really appreciated her understanding and help. Made my day better! Thank you for the great service.

Items arrived damaged. Networld accepts that they are damaged but has said that it doesn't affect the performance of the product so they won't take them back. The customer service agents are polite but sticking to their "policy". So now I'm having to return them at my own expense which is leaving me £30 out of pocket - not happy.

Although the reviews had scared me- I have to say they really made me nervous- net world delivered on the product that I ordered. Additionally, the customer service was good. In times like these- were shipping anything is challenging- they communicated effectively and delivered a quality product in a timely manner. The product exceeded expectations.

Ordered some football gear 29 March last month on standard shipping which is 4-8 business day shipping now with Easter approaching I don't have anything and it looks like Easter Friday will affect the delivery of my goods which were supposed to arrive no later than Monday the 11th for me. Contacting customer service is futile as all they offer is a minor apology and during this process I didn't receive a notification once alerting me in the lateness of my delivery. So all in all don't trust this company

Order showed no movement on the waybill after a few days, so I contacted Net World. They said the courier must have lost the package so they dispatched a new package through DHL express shipping. The package was detained by South African Customs, as an incorrect package value was stated by Net World, which did not match the commercial invoice I was supplied. Customs wanted to charge me a penalty of more than 3x the value of my order, to clear it. I contacted Net World again, and they said they would pass my message onto their logistics department... Still no reply. I cannot justify paying the penalties, stemming from supplier incompetence, so it looks like the package will be disposed of and I will be out of pocket, with no paid for product. This also does not guarantee that South African Revenue Services (SARS) won't still demand some form of payment from me, if they can't recoup the cost of the storage value. Disgusting business practice and customer service. DO NOT USE!!!

Terrible customer service. They don't tell you about hundreds and hundreds of duty tax you have to pay on top of their overpriced sports equipment. They also don't return wrong items (they sent wrong sized poles for my golf cage and won't change them because it was past 30 days!!)

Avoid this company, save your hard earned money. Hot tub purchased via networld sports. Had to request a replacement liner (inflatable part) after less than 3 months. The liner has a flaw in the design where the joints crack after a short amount of time. The cracks are near impossible to fix, and even though extra liner material was provided, no adhesive was (which is a pretty essential component given the heat and type of material that needs to be bonded!) The bigger issue is that a replacement liner was not available for 3 months. Once we received it, we again used for a couple of months and the same cracks appeared. Once could be an isolated fault, but twice is a pattern. The company then refused to replace or refund , claiming the 6 mo warranty had run out, even though for 3 of the 6 month period we were waiting for them to ship the replacement!! To any prospective buyers : DO NOT BUY THIS SHODDY PRODUCT!!!!! Actually, just don't buy anything from this company, complete gangsters.

Horrible stressful experience First my parts were delayed twice and arrive 4 month late Then… they forgot a part and took another month for it to arrive Then , after the winter here in the US was over and I tried to assemble the tennis net … it was defected But the best part is when I notify them if the problem and asked for help, AMY from customer service answered : I don’t see any problem Anyhow, you are late pal we don’t deal with customer from August 2021….. ! Wow , disappointing, unfair , lousy service, attitude and company I so regret ordering from them.

Received item fine but no invoice which I need as buying for a youth club. Emailed 3 times rang and was on hold for 45 minutes had to give up. Won’t buy anything again

I placed an incorrect order and contacted the online help chat…. I was meet by AMY P, who was the most helpful, polite and nice lady, who sorted my order out promptly. Very refreshing….. given some past experiences with OTHER onlime company’s. Highly recommend. well done AMY P and THANKYOU

Sent damaged goods, never responded to customer chat or customer email. Opened a dispute with credit card and they still never sent me replacement parts. $600 purchase was delivered broken and they won't offer any help so I am out $600 with no product. Horrible company.

Horrible product and company. The sales guy promised delivery of 2 weeks for a $6000 order. 2 goals came in a month later and half the parts were missing. The parts were finally received and the quality is garbage. These full size goals were a donation for a school and the athletic department is worried that they will fall on a kid. Tried to get in touch with customer service director and he won't return my email. Horrible company and terrible quality. Oh and I caught the sales representative calling me a stupid American when I was asking about delivery schedules. He thought I had hung up but I hadn't yet. Terrible people

Do not purchase from this company. They do not stand behind their product or ensure a pleasant customer experience. Product was delivered 3 weeks after it was promised. Order had been already cancelled, and now the company (operates under other trade names as well....) is fighting to process a full refund. Again, I strongly suggest making your purchase elsewhere.

As many others here are writing I have had the exact same experience with this company. Ordered a product that was promised delivered no later than a specific data, but product did not arrive. When calling customer support I ended up in an endless queue that seems to be no more than an answering machine. I ended up being the first in line for a good 50 minutes without being connected to the next available customer representative.

I ordered a goal post set and target net (as a Christmas gift) from this company, which according to their email was to be delivered no later than 15th December 2021. Needless to say it did not arrive on the 15th December. I endeavoured to contact them by sending numerous emails - no response, their online chat facility - inoperative and by phone. I had previously made an upgrade to my order via the telephone and eventually spoke to a sales representative who informed me that although the upgrade was made on the phone the original order was made online and this would necessitate contacting their customer service department. I attempted this on a number of occasions to find I was usually around caller no. 30 waiting to speak to a representative. This system moves at a glacial pace, which may discourage people from staying on the line. I estimate that I would want to be on hold for approx. 5 hours before I could possibly get to speak to a representative. Interestingly, their sales line does not require such waiting periods. This order may yet arrive before Christmas (2 days away), however, as I have not even received a tracking number / dispatch update I have my doubts. Please be aware of this if ordering from this company. This was my first experience of ordering from this company and most certainly will be my last.

Attention - Fournisseur peu fiable et non-recommandé. Ce que vous voyez n'est pas ce que vous recevez et même avec photo a l'appuis on refuse de reconnaitre que le produit livré n'est pas le produit afficher sur la confirmation de la commande. Warning - Unreliable supplier - Not recommended. What you see is not what you get. Even with pictures and screen prints proving the contrary, they refuse to admit having shipped the wrong product.

Fraudulent online-shop I Ordered a football net, this is not what I wanted. I didn’t use the net and neither opened it. Now for more than 1 week I tried to send it back and get refund, however this company does not have a clear return instruction. They don’t have a customer service, you cannot call them. You can only fill in an online form and after one week I got a respond and they asked me why I need to return the product ? I ansered them, and two days later they send me a very complicated form to fill in with many questions why I need to return with many conditions such as they will keep 25% of the value, and the product must be returned within 14 days (9 days already gone as they didn’t respond to my return request). Also, on their website not clearly mentioned that they are located in the UK so I will need to pay 50€ to return the item and also will never be able to send the product back within 14 days since they delayed send me their complicated return fom by 9 days.

Awful service, no tracking order, had to chase up order 4 times, on hold for over 2 hrs in total as they don’t reply to emails only to be told the item I purchased wasn’t in stock. Avoid this company at all costs.

They never reply to emails and when you finally get on the live chat they give you a load of nonsense about the order was not uploaded or was not updated in the system. Still waiting for any response that order is being sent and please dont bother waiting for the courier or tracking number.
