I have exclated my problem to them several times as I buy a washing machine from their online system since 10 days and I found it broken and in the same min. it was delivered I have send them an email and call them to show them the pictures and they advised me they will return it back in 48 hours as per their service level agreement. But as you can see it is 10 days till now with no solution. Several people called me from their complaint team and each one of them have advised it will take 48 hours!!!!! And this never happened. Their quality is very bad and customer service it very poor and useless.

Beware, They try to be like amazon but instead they sell fake things and then when you return the item telling them its fake, they 'lost' the item or say that you have returned another item and cannot reinburse you without proof of returning the item (even though they picked it up themselves!!). They are crooks and steal your money, i would avoid at all cost!

It's very bad I ordered a food and I takes 2 hours and after that they canceled it and when I chatted with them they said that the restaurant is 5km far from me so they canceled it!!!???? Why they accepted from the beginning I don't know and after 2 hours they remembered to tell me!!! My kids were so hungry and they were waiting and if I order again from another restaurant it will take 1 or 2 hours again!!!! Last time to order food from noon very bad service

I have received a broken washing machine, I have been waiting as per the customer service for 1 week now and this issue is not resolved yet and no one came Very bad companies team and unprofessional and bad customer support Very bad quality team not checking for the customer experience. I keep showing the pictures to all of my contacts to avoid any one to buy anything from it

Noon blocked my account for no reason and is now not transferring my wallet money to my bank account. I am calling Noon for almost 2 months now, and until now I have not received my wallet money. The only thing they tell is 'it is under process'. Whereas I was told it will be resolved in 14-30 days. It's almost 2 months now. When they blocked my account without informing me, they didn't need this much time. But for transferring my wallet money they are taking ages. Such cheaters. Till now nobody answered me why they blocked my account. Amazon is much better, they have exceptional customer service. People stop using Noon, you will thank me later. Noon customer service is clueless and not experienced. Every time I call customer service, they promise me that someone from the concerned team will call me within 24 hours. But I wonder if noon staff is traveling backward in time. I never get a callback. Being a noon VIP member, this is the experience I am receiving, so what would be the case for normal members?? I have already raised a complaint to consumer protection. Will make sure noon gets sued for cheating consumers. Ticket ID: 138839277 Please resolve this ASAP

Dear noon team, Actually I'm surprised from your reply to my claim that you have called me which didn't happen. How did you get my phone number? I didn't mention it in my claim and just put my first name. I expected more respect in dealing with your customers My previous claim I had the worst experience ever with any online shopping, unfortunately it was with noon. I have ordered a belt that didn't fit, so I have asked to return it because they don't have an exchange policy. Now it's more than two months since I have asked for the return and no one came to take the belt. I called the customer service more than 10 times during these two months with no solution. Only what they did was that they raise a claim and inform me that within 48 hours someone will call me and will come to take the belt which never happens. Then every time I recall them saying that no one come, they apologise and tell me that they will make a notice on my claim and that someone will come to me within the next 48 hours and that has repeated for the 10 times I called them during these two months and nothing happened till now even after they promised that they will refund my payment, even if no one came to take the belt, and that also didn't happen. Unfortunately that was not the first time I faced that with noon, previously I asked to return a stroller and no one came to take it even after my calls to customer service, then I was forced to use it. Actually I need a way to reach noon other than customer service which is not helping.

I placed an order with their sub-brand "noon food" to have some ice cream delivered, but I never got a call from their employee with my order. The order was then marked as undelivered and when I got in touch with customer support, I was unprofessionally treated. The first thing they mentioned was that my money is unrefundable. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs.

The customer service need to improve alot. They have no help. You just like talking to a wall and wait if your order will be delivered or not. They will even advise you to cancel it and reorder. It doesnt make any sense. The driver (+971-562528904) call me that they only deliver until 5pm, unbelievable.

Worst Experience ever i encountered in purcahsing online item. They dont care there customer. I was expecting my order to be delivered on the nxt day because it was an expressed order. The delivery man called me that his going to deliver the item after he delivered all itam on a particular area. I keep on waiting till 11pm as he promise that his going to deliver after. Then i called customer service but its useless & not helpful. You are fooling your customer. Dont put expressed and promised to the customer if you cannot deliver it on time. Thiswouldne my last orderever in Noon. Not even deserve a one star!!

DO not waste your time with Noon. My order has been delayed for few days now while when I booked the item it was showing it will be delivered next day. Upon contacting the so called "customer service " they informed me someone will call me within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs product is not delivered and nobody called me to inform me anything. Instead, they rescheduled the delivery after two days while it's been already a week !!! They do not care about their customers at all !!!

Worst company ever. To make it worse, the delivery guy refused to deliver the perfume I ordered. He was about 3 km away but want to reschedule the delivery! Two days later the company contacted me and said there is something wrong with my order and they need to cancel it! Absolutely horrendous customer service and dishonest company.

Amazon is the best ! As they never compromise on their customer products. The old reviews convince me that Noon used with compromising its products & I am also a victim (received a refurbished i phone for a New i phone ) Really surprised ,why "noon" like reputed company is doing like this? as this will give their valuable customers a bad & unhappy experience ... So if I could give Noon zero stars I would but unfortunately that's not possible. I have had the worse experience with them. My husband and I initially said our items must be delivered on the 19th Jan but due to unforseen circumstances from our side we had to move the date to the 25th. I started communicating with Noon from the beginning explaining my situation to them and their reply back to me was just liase with the driver, which we did from the start. All of a sudden I started receiving messages that my items are being canceled. I phoned Noon immediately and I said to them it is unacceptable and they must fixed it, their reply to me was they will log a complaint. The next day more items are being canceled and Noon just keeps on telling me they are busy sorting out the situation and I'll get a callback from an agent. We'll today they phoned but when I answered the phone just went dead with no callback after that. They know the importance of my situation but their message is the same everyday "THEY WORKING ON IT" in the meantime the customer is sitting without a fridge, without bedding, without a dinner set! I'm sick of Noon and I'm not surprised that other people are also not happy. I'll keep on posting 1 star reviews until my situation is sorted.
