The customer service need to improve alot. They have no help. You just like talking to a wall and wait if your order will be delivered or not. They will even advise you to cancel it and reorder. It doesnt make any sense. The driver (+971-562528904) call me that they only deliver until 5pm, unbelievable.

Worst Experience ever i encountered in purcahsing online item. They dont care there customer. I was expecting my order to be delivered on the nxt day because it was an expressed order. The delivery man called me that his going to deliver the item after he delivered all itam on a particular area. I keep on waiting till 11pm as he promise that his going to deliver after. Then i called customer service but its useless & not helpful. You are fooling your customer. Dont put expressed and promised to the customer if you cannot deliver it on time. Thiswouldne my last orderever in Noon. Not even deserve a one star!!

DO not waste your time with Noon. My order has been delayed for few days now while when I booked the item it was showing it will be delivered next day. Upon contacting the so called "customer service " they informed me someone will call me within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs product is not delivered and nobody called me to inform me anything. Instead, they rescheduled the delivery after two days while it's been already a week !!! They do not care about their customers at all !!!

Worst company ever. To make it worse, the delivery guy refused to deliver the perfume I ordered. He was about 3 km away but want to reschedule the delivery! Two days later the company contacted me and said there is something wrong with my order and they need to cancel it! Absolutely horrendous customer service and dishonest company.

They need to enhance their customer dealing and also the delivery mode as even the customer service agent doesnt know when will the delivery come

Amazon is the best ! As they never compromise on their customer products. The old reviews convince me that Noon used with compromising its products & I am also a victim (received a refurbished i phone for a New i phone ) Really surprised ,why "noon" like reputed company is doing like this? as this will give their valuable customers a bad & unhappy experience ... Goodbye, forever Noon.com

So if I could give Noon zero stars I would but unfortunately that's not possible. I have had the worse experience with them. My husband and I initially said our items must be delivered on the 19th Jan but due to unforseen circumstances from our side we had to move the date to the 25th. I started communicating with Noon from the beginning explaining my situation to them and their reply back to me was just liase with the driver, which we did from the start. All of a sudden I started receiving messages that my items are being canceled. I phoned Noon immediately and I said to them it is unacceptable and they must fixed it, their reply to me was they will log a complaint. The next day more items are being canceled and Noon just keeps on telling me they are busy sorting out the situation and I'll get a callback from an agent. We'll today they phoned but when I answered the phone just went dead with no callback after that. They know the importance of my situation but their message is the same everyday "THEY WORKING ON IT" in the meantime the customer is sitting without a fridge, without bedding, without a dinner set! I'm sick of Noon and I'm not surprised that other people are also not happy. I'll keep on posting 1 star reviews until my situation is sorted.

the platform is full of misleading fake products that cannot be returned or exchanged. and if you post a negative review about a fake product it will never be listed.

This is the 4th time I’ve ordered something from noon and the wrong item was delivered or it had nothing to do with the description of what I ordered. Very disappointing and fed up of always emailing and complaining to them . Can’t even be bothered to return it and deal with the process . Thumbs down

I am VIP customer in NOON as per noon :) and i am very disappointed to write here that the Mobile Phone that i bought from Oppo Noon was FAKE and Oppo certified the same to me and i have the proof. When i asked for return the phone which was never used they said it was out of warranty. With my experience, i will never recommend to buy noon.

Absolutely the worst online delivery system in the UAE!! I would never advise anyone to order something with them unless you have a window of maybe 6 months as they’re dishonest in their delivery policy.

Horrible customer service. Worst ECommerce service That asks its customer to call and complain about their own customer service coz they don’t communicate. If you are buying something from here, good luck.

Terrible service, terrible customer care. All they are good at is telling you they will raise a complaint and you never get anything back. Shame on you. I really think such a company should close and give way to more professional companies to serve customers. Disgusting

3 days waiting for my grocery. Yet haven't been received. And customer service calls are stereotypes of sorry with no authority to track orders or deliveries!!! It is a huge mess.

ordered food and immediately contacted support to either cancel or update the address as delivery address was set wrongly. order the quickly accepted despite urgency shown tot he first chat rep. was advised ill be contacted shortly and that she has sent the request tot he restaurant already. in less than another minute i hacve contacted another support feeling agitated the last person tried to simply dish away my concern. Second rep confirmed the updates sent to restaurant and confirmed that address update have been acknowledged. I have warned the rep multiple time the distance will be far i doubt the driver will agree to deliver to the correct address. in fear of getting the order cancelled / undelivered i have asked to ensure that update has really been acknowledged. I even contacted the driver directly and sent him my current location in which he replied OK. Obviously i have been played around by this people kn owing before hand the outcome an hour after but no one even genueinely cared to advise me properly. I could have let them kip the ooerder in the original address and had someone opick it up for me since its been paid for already. after an hour of frustration they ended up cancelleing my order labelled UNDELIVERED. BOTH THE NEW CHAT SUpport and the driver could not even answer where the food went. NOW i have been charged 52aed for nothing except anger and disappointment. never ordering from noon again.

i placed a noon order for some essencials. payment was done online throught credit card.. order was placed on saturday morning and was supposed to be delivered on sunday evening. that was the reason i ordered on noon groceries. and on sunday night i recieved an sms that my order may get delayed . and after sometime i got another sms that my order is out for delivery. but now its the third day i have not received my order, neither did i get any call from them. and i tried calling the customer service, but nobody was picking up the call and they did not even find it responsible to call back.. then i mailed them.. there was no response.. then i messeged then in instagram, still they did not find it necessary to respond, and then i asked them to cancel my order due to their lame customer service. that was then they responded by saying that the delivery agent tried to contact me and i did not respond.. i have not received a single call or even missed call from any unknown number, and they are telling me that i did not respond..
