Noon about my the refund amount of order no NAEC40004446352. I had cancelled my order on 26/04/202 and i have been told that the amount will be reflected in my personal account within 7 to 14 days and today is the 14 day. You people dont even bother to update the customers about the refund untill i have to mail you or call you so I even went to the bank about this they inform me no such amount has been credited to my account. What the hell is wrong with you peoples why my balance is being hold for so long time in this kind of pandemic days. This was my first time shopping on noon and was the worst experience i ever had, do you think i will recommend this to anyone. I dont wanna listen anything plz dont hold the amount and quit telling lies and release the amount. With this kind of customer service you company soon gonna bite the dust and that for sure

They hven't refund the amount of order no NAEC40004446352. Their delivery associate will call you once only with two rings and wont call you back and will tag you as not answering even if you call them back. I Ordered and expensive item under express and they are Not delivering at the Specified time they promise. Bad experience!

Further to my review below 5 days ago, I am writing again because I’m still completely dissatisfied with noon.com. Don’t be deceived by their responses to complaints - you will see below that most people who write a review are dissatisfied with the company’s performance which makes one suspect the origin of the few favourable reviews. As a ‘middleman’ noon.com needs to have some managerial professionalism. Any idiot can set up a company to source from retailers and sell to the public. The trick is to manage this so that if you’re let down by a retailer, you first of all warn them then if they fail again, you don’t use them anymore. Simple, but noon.com has got it so wrong! After my review below, I did receive a phone call offering me noon.com credits for the amount I was out of pocket as a result of their incompetence (incidentally, the total is AED 260 not AED 310 as I said below as my bank only charged AED 210 to cancel the EMI). I pointed out to the caller that I never want to use noon.com again and, therefore, the credits are useless. I wanted a refund for paying AED 260 for absolutely nothing as a result of their failure. I was told by the caller that she would speak to management and get back to me. Of course, I have heard nothing since! Don’t be deceived by the automatic replies to complaints on this site. Clearly noon.com don’t care about their customers and, it seems, work on the basis of getting away with maybe 8 out of 10 straightforward deliveries - the remaining ones are a shambles. My main advice to anyone reading reviews of noon.com while contemplating a purchase is to believe them the bad ones. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM NOON.COM - choose another internet retailer if you possibly can!

DO NOT BUY WITH NOON Online seller are usually good in Dubai, except Noon. The worst service I’ve ever used here! Received a delivery on 28April, product was “fake”, fake logo, horrible! While the advertising pictures had the real logo...product very different than advertised original product and same price of the original too!! Unbelievable. I wrote and requested refund immediately. Today, 10 days have passed, many emails wrote to Noon with no replies. Many calls with zero solution given and they still have not come to pick up the fake product! Of course refund has not even been initiated!!! Do not use this company!

Its been 3 days past the delivery date and I have not received my order yet. The customer service cant be reached. I have never seen such a worst service from an e-commerce company. Never gonna buy from Noon.com ever again

It has been 3 days past the delivery date and I have not received any communication from their side. They do not answer calls, reply to both Whatsapp and emails. This is the first time I ordered from Noon. com. I am never ordering from Noon.com ever again.

One of the worst services i could have ever come across..... After working hard to get a high end mobile phone for the first time in my life it has a fault within 6 months of using....obviously the mobile is under warranty so i go ahead and ask them to do the needful to which i was told that it would take them about 21 days to either repair, replace or refund the amount to me which sounds fair. 30 days passed with continuous calls to them asking them for the status all i get an answer is that or service center representatives are working on it.... 3qst day i call them again and they inform me that they are not able to repair the mobile so they are going to go ahead to give me a replacemenf of the device or a refund which would take another 6-7 working days. Irequested to give me a replacement as i did not want "noon credits" and for sure i get noon credits.. I asked them to transfer the amount back into my bank as i do not want to purchase feom noon again and surely it would take 14-30 days as per bank policy At this point i am literally calling noon everyday to ask for an update cause no one bothers to call or the reason they keep on giving me is "we tried to call you but were not able to get in touch with you" so the whole world can get in touch with me but when noon calls it is unreachable? Hah Sure.... So anyways they inform me that the transfer of the amount has been approved but we are just waiting for managers approval ?? Wait whaaattt does that even make sence lol.... Another funny thing request for transfer to bank account was done on 14th april and so called approval was received on 18th april...upon asking customer service when does the 14-30 days start? Is it from request date or approval date i am told non it will be after 10th May.....So i got to wait for 21 days more before the 14-30 days period evin begins......totally confusing So i give them another option give me a compensation amount for the difference of the amount of the device as the dèvice is very expencive now so that i can place an order for the same amount...."Sir we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours" call back after 48 hours to know the update "Sir we will get back to you within 48 hours" Some of the continuous diolgues by noon "Sir we are here to help" "Sir we are working very hard on your case" "Sir we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours "Sir we tried to call you but were not able to reach you" "Sir we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience" Its been 3 months since the start of all this and i am still withiut my new phone....have to use the old phone which lags like anything Conclusion DO NOT BUY FROM NOON EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT

It is the best place to buy anything from. I bought many devices before and I wanted to refund Ipad mini 5 and it took 3 days only and it was refunded. They also have fast delivery from 1-3 days They get 1 stars only, they deserve way better.

Bought Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus from Noon.com Renewed program on 20th April 2020. I am Absolutely delighted with the experience. It is a perfect device with all original accessories in 10/10 premium condition. Accessories include Charger, cable, headphone and clear case. Battery life is 100%. at Standby is 4+ days and with use 2 days. I can say the only thing missing is the original box. Otherwise It is a brand new phone physically. I received my delivery in 02 days as against scheduled 04 days Thank you Noon.com.

Terrible service. I bought an iPhone 11 Max Pro - not cheap - waited 3 & a half weeks until the day of delivery. I then got a call to say the item wasn’t available. I also received an email at the same time to say it wasn’t up to quality (which was it?). Noon.com had, of course taken the money on Day 1 via a offer with my bank whereby I split the payments over 6 months. Two days later I got another call saying they had managed to source another iPhone but I’d have to pay again (still hadn’t received the first refund). I declined. Net result: I ordered another iPhone via another company, received it in 3 days, AED 300 cheaper, but out of pocket on the noon.com non-order: Bank setup fee: AED 50.00 Bank Cancelation fee: AED260.00 I was promised a reply within 48 hours to my request for that to be refunded - no answer, of course! So, AED 310.00 out of pocket, no purchase from noon.com, a month wasted. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

the Item was not seal at the original package, as raspberry (www.raspberrypi.org) the main producer sent there items. this mean the item was used or ... (I take pictures) I have order, the raspberry PI 1 since a years, and I receive it sealed in the heavy plastic for protection. sincerely it disappointed more over I receive it a one week late and it is not on the original packaging ...

What happed to my NAEC50016828689 order cancellation process is very hard to track and confusing where is my money I didn’t even get confirmation message with the refunded amount. Or when it will happen? Though this is the only place that they can answer yur questions
