Do not apologize - just fix your mistakes Noon! For the first time, I had a bad experience with Noon, their product delivery is awful. Why I have to spend my time proving that Noon delivered the wrong item, why I have to do all these submissions for their mistake. If you do a mistake - Noon must deliver the item was ordered, give a discount for their mistake instead of hundred times apologizing and waiting for their stupid return policy. Gosh, it is so frustrating with their silly excuses, you have to this and that - I don't have to do anything since initially, it was your Noon's team mistake. So I paid for nothing, they delivered the wrong cheap item.

Absolute garbage of a company. I placed an order with express delivery and paid for same day shipping. 4 DAYS the order hasn’t showed up. Everytime I call their support line I get the same generic answer “we will raise a complain for you, wait 24 hours” It’s like I’m dealing with robots and not customer service. I hope your company goes bankrupt. I suggest everyone to stick to Amazon. +971582134162

They delivered frozen items without calling me and left it on my doorstep for 4 HOURS👎 When I contacted them they said it was my fault and they cant refund me because they sent an SMS? even though I have ordered several times and they called each time to make sure I was home but I guess they were too busy this time to give me a call and thought it was a good idea. Oh and yes the customer service took nearly 30 min and kept putting me on hold just to say they can’t refund me.

The return policy is extremely useless. I ordered a Gas cooker. When delivered it was damaged and also it's not the item that we saw in pictures listed on website. Ordered on 30th jan, delivered on 1st feb. Complaint raised to return on 1st Feb. We are still waiting for a resolution. Each and every time someone calls they say we'll get back to you after taking approval. This has been going on from a week but no resolution. I am not going to order anything from noon in future. Going through a horrible time. It's a gas cooker. They don't understand that we can't cook food without a gas cooker. It's so disappointing. Complaints- 86764228, 86729672

Sorry to day your claim service is hopeless. Since I returned my Apple Airpods you claim status shows only in progress, and i dono what is going on to my claim request. After 10 days the status show closed!! Very poor customer service when it comes to return. If you want to compete with Amazon you guys serious have to work on your return policy service. Here is my claim process went: 1. Submitted claim request on 22 Jan : Status in progress 2. Noon agent collected my airpods on 23rd Jan : No status update nor I got any notification that the item has been picked or received 3. I waited 3-4 days that i will notification that my item has been collected but no notification sadly. Still status in progress 4. After sending email, noon customer called me and updated me that we will refund you amount after a week. I told them to please replace but they rejected and told they will refund. I accepted. But still the status in my profile remain same as in-progress. 5. Feb 4 still no updates on my refund and my request has been closed:-(. I have send couple of emails to noon customer but still i dint received any response. I would like to suggest to please follow amazon return policy mechanism so that your customer will be happy. Amazon update each and single status by email/SMS and tracking status in you profile. My claim request : WASAD100573299

i bought macbook air after reading the product and seller reviews... However product actually delivered from different seller...no one has informed about the change in the seller....i want to see first review of seller before accepting the product...

Utterly useless order processing system. A small order of around 18 grocery items is delivered in 15 shipments over a few day- much beyond the promised delivery date. That was a few weeks ago with Noon. Now same thing is happening again , this time with Noon daily. I guess I will be busy answering door bells for next few days for Noon deliveries. They even send potatoes order in piece meal!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ON NOON! IT IS PAINFUL TO SAY THE LEAST...

Recently purchased a Google Pixel 4A mobile. Noon Cheats by sending products from other cheap sellers and not from the seller as per the order. No any reason given for the change in supplier and no any email reply from Noon.

and so i purchased again but on delivery date im not available that was January 25, so i did is to Re-schedule the next day january 26 in between 8-10am since i work for night shift and i cant wait my order after 10am. the delivery associate agreed and replied "tomorrow" via wattsup convo. but he never came on time. so i decided to cancel. very disappointed with this delivery guy.

My warranty claim was replaced with a lower specification / different model laptop compared what was bought by me. What is more shocking that they are selling low quality branded products as my laptop gave up only after 2 months of light usage where as the laptop should had last far much longer if it was grade one quality product. Upon receiving had notified Noon and so far there is no progress nor the customer service team is able assist and have asked me to wait again for the same period as the original claim raised in December 2020. They even don't have complaint escalation matrix nor there is a supervisor on duty to assist and handle such complaints. I trusted noon and made my purchase but it seem noon doesn't value it's customers. Will avoid making any new purchases from Noon.

Very bad experience. I ordered four items (NSAD10075912390) from which they canceled 2 items and processed the request for a refund. They send me the same messages daily but not money. I hope they will not return my money. I will not purchase again from this site.

Hi all I ordered a perfume (order number NSAD10028687670-S1 )in noon and paid by my visa card however more than 20 days still not received shipment. When I cantact customer service they said it couldn’t be delivery. But I already paid for it they said within two days will be refund transfer to my account but still not. Whenever I cantact they send same message But until now nothing happened I highly recommend do not buy anything from noon cannot be trusted

NAECA0076522934-S2 Writing again about this order. I was told that shipment is lost. How am I responsible for this? They are ready to give credit in Noon Wallet but not to my bank account. I will never ever use Noon again in my lifetime. They keep calling and asking same thing again & again. What's the use of having credit in Noon Wallet when I never ever buy from Noon.com

I am writing this review to warn everyone of dealing with Noon Egypt. It seems that the business model of this subsidiary is based on selling low quality defective products, unprofessional customer services and lies. To make long story short: Complain reference number "79918291" I ordered a halogen heater (NEGCC0090279692) on Dec 3. Unfortunately, the second day I used the heater, its turning function stopped working, so I decided to make a return order (RNEGCC00085067) on Dec 6. Nothing happened till Dec 16, I got an SMS stating that: "We've collected your return RNEGCC00085067 and will soon update you about its status.", so I contacted Noon telling them about this mistake because none contacted me or picked up the defective product and I sincerely and honestly thought it might be a system error. I waited for too long hoping to hear from Noon again but that never happened, I start to contact them again on Jan 3. They said that someone was supposed to contact me 2 weeks ago which never happened. I explained to the agent again the whole situation (This is the level of unprofessionalism I am talking about, every time you contact Noon, you have to explain everything from scratch as if they don’t use any system). The agent told me that on the system, the date of picking up the product was Dec 16 and it reached their warehouse on Dec 21, again this is not true. Finally, on Jan 9, an agent with very bad manners, contacted me asked to meet to pick up the defective product, I met him, he took it and give me a receipt of receiving the product with its packaging and signed it and then silent from Noon like usual. I contacted them again today Jan 15, they accused me of giving them a product different from the product I bought which is utter lies. And when I tried to explain to them, they asked me to wait for 48 hours more (I have been waiting already for 40 DAYS). How I see this whole situation, they are punishing me because perhaps I caused a problem to the person who said that he picked the defective product while he never did, and because I was honest and told them none picked it up instead of lying and ask for refund, they decided to make me pay for their mistake. Or It is a scam process, either I get a defective product or they take it back and find any excuse to STOLE the money and never refund it! And to be fair, I am talking specifically about Noon Egypt, I delt with Noon KSA before, they only sell high quality products and the customer services are highly professional and respectable people, I used to pick up the packages I ordered myself from their warehouse at Wadi Al Dawasir, and I had a feeling that Noon UAE is the same, they even offer a link to Consumer Rights at their Noon UAE website. But it seems that Noon Egypt has different management with different ethics and low respect for their customers. I am not hoping that I will get my money back from this fraud company and I am not hoping that Noon Egypt will investigate this or hold anyone responsible for this almost 2 months delay or offer any compensation for the wasted time and efforts or the lies they have been telling me all that time or for accusing me of sending them a different product. But I hope that people will learn from my lesson and not deal with this company anymore. Please, don’t expect that your experience will be different because from my own experience the whole company strategy is built on scamming customers and not providing them with decent services.

I bought so many times at noon KSA and i did not experienced any problem, one time i returned an items and they picked up on time and my refund was they put on my account,.. And i need advice also regarding noon renewed products is trusted?

I bought a new phone and the fingerprint stopped working in a few days. So I went to Jumbo Store (official service center for One Plus) and was informed it will take a day to two to repair the phone but since the phone is not US or Europe made, it will not be covered under the One Plus warranty and will cost me for repair!! Hence, I had to give it back to Noon for repair but they took their standard 21 working days after handing over the phone, to release the technical report on the phone. It seemed like the phone was lying with them all time and they touched it only on 21st day. Seriously 21 days just to inform what is wrong with the phone while others claimed to repair it within 2 days!! Never going to order again

Still waiting for information 2 weeks after returning my faulty iphone which started going wrong after 3 weeks. I found out that it was actually 3 years old and not new. This has been going on for months now. Apple store won’t touch it as it’s out of warranty. I found out that it was originally registered in Botswana!!!.. Do not buy anything electrical from here!
