Would give 0 star if I could absolutely… Recently I visited the O2 Swindon showroom for getting an O2 postpaid SIM connection. Just five months before only I moved from France to the UK as a part of my new job. so my main motive for the O2 prepaid sim was to increase my credit score. But it was one of the worst decisions because due to their continuous hard check of my credit score, I lost 80 credit score (within 5 min !!!!). Also, the respective O2 staff from the Swindon Showroom didn't inform me that they are gonna do a hard check. That is also multiple times???!!!! Still, I don't know how it makes sense to do multiple credit checks and related point loss within a short time (within 5 minutes?!!!) from the same agency?. Now it will take at least one year to recover and now it is adversely affecting my life. I tried to contact O2 customer care so many times and no response at all.

Recently I have had to face several issues with o2 due to miscommunication between the calls and chat agents who simply never looked at the notes properly whenever I called them regarding a refund and would constantly give me conflicting messages and make go through a lot of stress and cause health issues. The agents are very dishonest and make false promises. I had logged a complaint on 10/07/22 and had been told by a call agent my complaint had been logged only to find out after pushing an agent on the chat to check if a complaint on the date had been logged and as I had expected it had not been logged to a senior manager. Also I had to push the agents I had spoken to check the call and chat notes to see if I will get my refund due on the date I was promised and they only did that when I had told them I solid evidence of the chats with the agents and also several reference numbers. Every time I called o2 I would get different answers and lies. Sometimes the agents whom I would speak to would act ignorant and pretend not to know what I am talking about and not bother checking the notes. I have had to force them to check all the notes and give me the correct information. Because of o2 I have had to face poor health.

I ordered a Sim card as an additional line. This sim card never arrived, I started receiving texts from royal mail claiming to have visited my house to deliver the parcel but I was not home . That was a lie, for the whole of that month I was indoors being sick from work. Text requested for me to pay a small amount for the parcel to be delivered. I was desperate, my son was joining a new school and I wanted to be able to communicate with him. I paid a small amount using my card. This was a setup O2 hard exposed my details to the wrong courier service. People started using my details to apply for loan facilities. I was contacted by several companies informing me of what was happening. O2 caused me to be a fraud victim. Instead of accessing the services that I requested O2 concluded that I had updated my existing line, this was wrong, I kept calling them and talking to different customer service staff who give promises that never happen. I finally decided to move to another provider and was charged a penalty. O2 does not care about losing a small customer like me all they know is that they can threaten you by spoiling your credit score.O2 customers be careful 02 will make fraud victims. When I complained,I was told to wait for a manager to call me the following day. I am still waiting for the call.

Fabulous customer service at the Blackburn O2 shop today .Thank you Issy for your excellent knowledge, understanding and support .Definitely would recommend Issy for anything related to mobile phones.A very happy customer .

DISGRACE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Changed from O2 a year and a half ago. Just realised they have continued to take my money via D/D dispite cancelling. Called and spent ages getting it sorted. Eventually received an apology, cancelled D/D on phone while I waited and they applied to 'authorisation team' for refund. said I would hear shortly. A few weeks later, received unpaid bill for that month, and threats of disconnection etc. I was so distraught, got my wife to speak on my behalf. same process, apology, cancelled while on phone and said we would hear. Just received Disconnection notice. 2 months worth of an 'unpaid' bill, threats of credit rating, debt agencies and courts. Tried to call, but they won't pass my security as I can't give amount of my last bill (a year and a half ago). Told to go into an O2 store. Despite saying I didn't have time, they said they couldn't help me. So went into store with driving licence and bill id, but they wouldn't clear me because I couldn't give amount of last bill! Beyond anxiety-causing stress. this will jusy multiply month on month. What am I supposed to do?

My internet connection is shabby at best, when trying to get a hold of them via the app, most of the times I tried all their agents are "busy", if you want to speak to someone prepare to spend an hour on the phone. When looking for a resolution (me leaving the provider) they sent me a replacement SIM... Trouble is they disconnected the old one before the new one came leaving me without an income for days as a self employed person... Avoid them like you would the plague

Absolutely disgraceful company. Criminals have used my elderly parents details to obtain phones and contracts. Despite telling the fraud team, they are receiving threatening letters demanding money. This is extremely upsetting for them. No one at 02 will take responsibility for this and keep saying “there is nothing we can do”. Absolutely disgusting. Worse company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Full of lies and half truths. Over charging my account and then its taken weeks and hours to try and get it sorted. It still isn't sorted! I'm at my wits end. Avoid this network at all costs.

awful dishonest company, read the reviews, we had a business contact to replace a phone next day if it breaks , as a business this was what we needed, an insurance and paid, six months before contract is due to end it breaks!!, they refuse to repair or replace, instead they wish to sign me into a new contract!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP TO THEM

I would have given zero but sadly there isn’t that option they the most annoying ass network on planet. Apparently sending defected products and claiming you have to pay if u want that replaced with another repaired product. Honestly I feel sick to have changed this network. And as Samsung whom they claim does the repair who are the phone manufacturer I find it unbelievable that they actually would do this when the phone is within 1 year warenty please be aware taking contract with them I am so stressed with this and am struggling to get this sorted. They are money hodering assholes

Have not managed to use my phone yet as I need a friend to set it up for me as I am useless with technology. Called customer services last Friday to order my upgrade, the poor lady who answered to me was so helpful I couldn't thank her enough. I was on the phone for two and a half hours and she was so patient with me not once huffing or puffing as I had no idea what to do. Her name was SAVINA. which I have made a point of putting capitals in the hope she gets some recognition for her superb work and tolerance of me, she was also SCOTTISH. If you get to to read this SAVINA and remember me (the lady with the brain damage) I can't express enough how much I appreciated your help and you are not just a voice behind a phone.

Worse thing I ever did was agree to move from virgin , lost a lot of data on the deal, and O2 put up the monthly payments, also went close to a border , not included in "roaming" got charged, even though I didn't get any data, which is funny as in the UK, I keep losing connection? Can't wait to end my contract ... Avoid!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Ive been without signal for 6 days no one can tell me why or when it might ever be fixed. Have emailed 2 complaints that havent been acknowledged and made numerous calls and been into shop got new sim nothing has helped. Finally someone told me I can use wifi enabled calling but I cant get texts and cant get urgent items I need as bank needs to send OTP text. Disgusted.
