I've only gave 1 star as 0 isn't available. I ordered the Roman range desk and bookcase on line after several calls to customer services about shade etc during COVID. When it came it wasn't as we had discussed but I appreciate that colour is not the same to everyone and it was acceptable. What wasn't acceptable was the horrendous delivery men who lit up a cigarette as soon as he got out the van and moaned about the size of the items I had ordered. I unpacked the items and seen that there were faults with both items. Desk- cracked paint, cracked wood, dodgy hinges and drawers that don't open and close properly. Bookcase - Holes inside that looked as if they hadn't been finished doff properly. On top of that the items looked cheap and poorly made. It was at this point that I had several conversation with customer service whereby I was ASSURED that the items were solid oak when I questioned the quality. Having had enough I decided to email the CEO office.....safe to say that was worse. I received a call from a woman in customer relations who again ASSURED me the items were sold oak. I had to send in photos of the problems and I could either return the items or choose another range....My problem was the other ranges didn't fit. Still not convinced at the quality I called a store and was told instantly that the items weren't oak they were painted hardwood !!! That in itself isn't a problem..... however customer service and customer relations staff not knowing is a problem. As the other ranges didn't fit I agreed that I would have the desk replaced but this didn't deal with the issue of the holes in the bookcase. Again, customer relations had no idea.....even to the point that they told me Quality Control had looked at one and it didn't have holes so mine must be faulty. it took them 4 days to come back with that information. I got a picture online, zoomed in and could clearly see the holes. Again I called a store and instantly they stated that it was so you could move the shelves.....they did however agree that there was nothing online or in the installation manual stating this. The person I was dealing with in customer relations then got someone else to call me and refused to take my calls. Very poor display of service from a CEO office. Replacement desk will not be delivered for 14 weeks and no refund allowed for the poor quality of the bookcase or for the appalling service that I have received. If you are looking for quality DO NOT buy this range. I have bought from OFL in the past and been happy with the products and service but they are definitely going downhill in both areas. I won't be back.

I ordered two wardrobes in store. At no point on purchasing these did anyone tell me I had to measure the access in my house to ensure they would fit and if they didn’t I’d have to pay £150 to return them. Nothing was mentioned what so ever. Delivery day came, I’d paid extra to have them delivered upstairs, they couldn’t fit them up. They said they were unable to remove them the boxes to try either. My only option was to pay £150 to have them taken back, money which I don’t have. I don’t understand how it’s £40 for delivery but £150 to have them returned. I spoke to customer services who were really unhelpful and said it’s my fault because someone in tiny writing on an email they sent me AFTER buying the wardrobes it said Id have to measure them or pay £150. I’m pregnant so can’t move the furniture myself. I’m stuck with 2 wardrobes taking up my entire living room that I can’t afford to send back. Also their selling point is that furniture isn’t supposed to be self assembly, however they came in two halves so I have no idea how they expect me to put them together they’re very heavy. Overall awful experience, appalling customer service, they only care about making a sale. They want as much money out of you as possible which is why they don’t openly fully inform you when you buy products. They couldn’t give a **** about their customers. AVOID.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We’ve waited 11 weeks for delivery of our bedroom furniture and have just found out a week before delivery that our bedroom furniture will not be delivered until 30th November - another 10 weeks away meaning we would have waited a total of 21 weeks. We’ve been living out of cardboard boxes and bin bags waiting 11 weeks for this delivery only to find it is going to take another 10 weeks. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Disgusting company. Purchased a sofa for £2000 18 months ago. It now looks so misshapen and saggy and has no support left at all. We thought this would be no problem as we purchased a 5 year warranty at the time of purchase for a further £200. Apparently the product looking awful and not being fit to sit on is not a fault. Some quotes that have come from staffs mouths. “This is how they make them now so you have to buy a new one regularly” “The 12 month warranty doesn’t mean the product will last 12 months” “I would never buy one of these for myself, they’re a night mare” Leaving as many reviews as possible in the hope that no one else is ripped off and taken the poss out of. Fuming.

Very over priced poorly made furniture. The chest of draws we purchased was made from all small pieces off cuts, we sent the first set back with a fault, then waited 3 weeks for someone to call and try and repair, which failed then waited another 3 week for a replacement. I would advise to look else where.

We had a bad experience buying on line ,trying to get through to customer service by phone was very difficult and the response to Email non existent however when we did manage to speak to someone ,the lady was very helpful and resolved the matter very quickly and the replacement item arrived in a few days. They just need more staff dealing with the customer issues.

Ordered wardrobe, dresser and drawers 3 months ago , given delivery date 10th August: few days before, gold another 13 weeks, had got rid of old furniture, now living out of suitcases, never again, wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole, ready for receivers to move in, so don’t pay up front

Dreadful Experience My wife and I picked out a dresser for her birthday and waited 7 weeks for it to be delivered. It arrived with one drawer broken. These things happen. After being on hold for a while I was able to arrange a replacement for the following Friday. That one was in an even worse state than the first. Another hour or so on the phone and I was offered £25 store credit from a manager that didn't have the courage to speak to me on the phone themselves. By this point I've taken two days off work to wait for deliveries, my wife has no birthday present and who knows how much wood and other resources have been wasted. I would suggest looking for another company to get furniture from to avoid the disappointment we've experienced.

waited 3 months for a French farmhouse double bed. it arrived without any fittings. still waiting for fittings after 5 days. of course the room was cleared to make room for the new bed. do they expect you to sleep on the floor indefinitely.

I ordered and paid for a rustic oak blanket box on the 5 July to match a bed I brought a few months ago. I am still waiting for it and have heard nothing Jan Bolden

Bought the top range finley double recliner on arrival there was only 1 transformer meaning the back recliners could not be used and they left the box outside our house without telling us. A 1 hour call to ashley he promised to get the 2 missing transformers sent and to call back to confirm. 4 days later no items or call so another 1 hour call to cathy again promised they were on the way. 2 days later only 1 transformer arrived and once fitted the rear recline shot to full extent and froze. Another 1 hour call to allie as was friday couldnt do anything until monday then no promise on how long to repair so we have to sit on the floor for possibly up to a week

I WENT TO OAK FURNITURE SAT 2 AUGUST I KNEW WHAT I WANTED THE MANAGER CAME UP TO ME IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER TOOK ME OVER TO SEE THE BED I WANTED EXPLAINED HOW IT WENT TOGETHER TOLD ME IT WOULD BE IN 5 WEEKS GAVE ME A VERY CONVIENIANT TIME SLOT I WAS THEN APPROACH BY A LOVELY ORIENTAL LADY WHO WORKS IN STORE WITH A HOT DRINK ICEING ON THE CAKE WOW WAS SHE GORGES LOVE TO SEE HER GAIN OAK FURITURE AT STOKE YOU SHOULD BE PROUD GOOD TEAM WELL DONE AARON MANAGER

Waited 5 weeks for my order to be delivered only to be told there will be a delay for at least another 2 months. Tried calling their customer service was impossible to get through. Promised a refund and that was more then 2 weeks Go and still no sign of my money being returned. Absolute cowboy setup and a joke of their customer service. Never again.

Coffee table delivered 23/7/20 was split badly on the side. Tried contacting customer services...awful service.. held for 20 mins then told I was no 32 in the queue. Contacted newport shop directly & they emailed customer services.. Tried to call them again today held 20 mins then told I'm caller no.39. They only interested in sales. After sales service is awful

Awful . No contact with regards to delivery dates changing at all, and when you ring and try and find out any information the staff are rude and unhelpful.

I was given a date for the furniture to arrive and booked the day off work. No one contacted me to tell me to let me know what was going on. I rang the store who told me 2 days before that there was a delay of 2 months . If I hadnt rang , I wouldnt have known this .
