Hi, This supposed to be a gift and instead of receiving the box from the order with 2 glasses and a message, it was delivered just the bottle of whiskey in a round case. Very disappointed :(

All items were not received - missing items were Lagunitas Daytime 35.5cl Can 4 pack and is proving difficult to contact O' Briens. The O'Briens invoice/delivery docket received indicated "0" quantity for this item yet the order online stated fulfilled and I was charged even though your own invoicing system recognised you had not supplied the item.

You sent me 36 bottles of the wrong wine. You need to come take it back and replace it with what I ordered .

the order was due to be deliver between 140pm and 2.4opm, did not arrive until 4.55pm. i had made sure to be home for that hour !

Never received my order. My order was delivered to somewhere in Dublin not to my address in cork. Will never order again. O'Brien's Wine's have stolen over €75. from me.

Re order Number: WO-5123391, Hi, I received my order today and I was very disappointed to see that what I ordered was not delivered. I ordered La Porte Du Caillou Sancerre 2016 but La Porte Du Caillou Sancerre 2019 was delivered. I opened one bottle this evening to taste but it is not at all as good as the 2016 year. I wish to return the 4 remaining bottles and please replace them with what I ordered. Kind regards, Marian Manning.

The delivery was not done to my address , I got a call from Powercity in Sallynogin to tell me DPD dropped the package in their address by mistake... if it wasn't for the honesty of guy in Powercity my wine would have been lost!!!!!

I was sent 5 bottles of gran Reserva and 6 Torres. There was a bottle of monastrell that I did not order. Very disappointing. I expect to get what I paid for. Barry Williams
